I assumed they'd use a little common sense and not charge me for something I was never told cost extra -- but they did. I spoke with a woman in a blue shirt at the counter (who appeared to be a manager) and told her that this $1 bowl of green sauce earned them a one-star review because of the hidden fee. She refused to give me her name, though she had no problem giving me someone else's when I asked for a manager's contact. To be honest, the food isn't great anyway. I won't be back -- all over a dollar and the principle behind it. They must have really needed that dollar, because they chose this review instead of simply not taking it from me.
