I've ate here three times now and each time it was the same. I figured maybe it would get better the next time....but nope. The pizza is "OK". I ordered my pizza well done and each time it arrived mushy, actually borderline under cooked. Flavor of pizza was good, but not being cooked as ordered is a deal breaker for me. To be fair too I ordered one of the times in early afternoon thinking maybe other times (evening) they were too busy... but same results. Very disappointing when spending $35+ for a pizza. read more

The coupon did not say " have to spend $$"... but the next coupon I got says a $10 purchase is required. I've spent too much time on line trying to make website work. Pizza was really good. Not too much sauce, lots of cheese. The bad thing about the restaurant is that they took a very long time to make my pizza. We called for a carryout at 6 pm. They told us it would be 30mins. At 6:35 we arrived to pick up our pizza and one person told me that it would be 10 mins. 10 mins layer a different person told me that it would be 45 mins. They finally came and said it would be 15 more mins. At 7:15 they came and told me that there was a mistake making my pizza. We ordered XL pizza but someone made a large. They gave me a gift certificate for cheesy sticks the next time I come. There was one lady who said she ordered online at 4:30 and she didn't get her pizza until 6:45. But the pizza was good! I travel often and delight in delivery but tonight was the worst experience. My order took over ten minutes to complete and was left to get cold. After giving my information repeatedly and address several times the order was left for an hour on the counter... I finally called them to figure out what happened. They realized their mistake I confirmed my order again and they swore it would be promptly delivered. Two hours from my original order and four phone calls it was finally delivered. It was delivered wrong and the delivery person was rude after I told him to return it or get it right. So sad they cannot do a simple order or be polite after many mistakes. read more

I tried Marco's Pizza for the first time and it was pretty good. I ordered 2 of the specials for 19.99, which was two medium one topping pizzas and cheesy bread with a 2 liter drink. I feel like the deal was great especially if you have a crowd because the slices are a nice size and very filling. The pizza had fresh ingredients but I do feel like as for as the crust seasonings it can be a little bit over powering and take away from the ingredients. The cheesy bread was a little lite on the cheese and had too much bread to the point that it was supper dry and not even the cup of ranch or tablespoon of marinara sauce helped. Overall the visit was just ok for me but my kids said that they would return but as for me I would definitely have to have the taste for it because you can't beat FRESH ingredients. read more

This was by far the best pizza I have ever had. The crust was in no way heavy, like most pizza crusts are, and was like biting into the best piece of french bread ever. My only complaint was the crowd of teenagers working here... They were very unprofessional and while I realize this may be their first job they need to learn how to properly act in a service enviorment. We walked in and all we saw was self phones out. There was a crowd of teenage girls behind the counter texting, eating pizza and chattering. Two of them jumped to help us and once we sat down to wait for our pizza they all went back to eating and texting in plain view of all the customers. Another customer walked in and they busted out laughing as they tried to help them. They had to compose themselves to even get the mans order. To another customer they began bad mouthing other customers, discussing with him how rude people are to them and how they just don't get why customers are so mean. Everyone in the resturant was side glancing in horror at how careless these girls were. As people left trash began piling up on the tables. The girls simply stood around joking and eating while a tattooed man from the pizza line came around the pick up, smiling at customers and cleaning up a mess that the girls should have been cleaning. They spent more time joking, eating, texting and eating some more then they did working. As a matter of fact...I don't think they worked at all while we were there more then taking orders. What made things worse was a man indrocuded himself to us as the "Owner" and yet he wasn't handling his employees. I understand that this is a freshly opened business. I'm okay that because they are new the service time can be an hour or more. I understand maybe your so busy you have no time to make your employees act right. It still needs to be pointed out, though. I will be eating here again. I will gain 50lbs+ from this amazing place. But I don't think I will be going in again until they hire a manager who can teach these little girls how to actually work or fire them all. read more
