Ordered a couple of pizzas on the website, came in to pick them up and Pizza Hut had gotten a large order just before they got to mine, thirty pizzas to be exact, and they were running a little behind and said it would be about eight minutes. I'm a complete chill kind of guy so I told the really awesome employ, "No problem, let me know when it's ready, I'll be right over there." I took a seat and it wasn't long until my pizzas were done, the fella thank me for my patience, and I thanked him for making me the pizza hero in my house tonight. I checked the pizzas and they were spectacular! And they smelled great on the way home. Great experience and my family loved them! Walked in there were no customers. All the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. The girl said i could clean the tables if you want me to. One girl was waiting on the customers that walked in the other was talking on her cell phone. Got a salad and one of the crackers was open. They just had tee shirts on with no name tags. Pizza hut has really got slack in their dress codes and appearances. Have not got order yet do i hope food is better read more

I placed my online order aprox3:00,wanted it ready@4:15.was it no.....then once I finally have the chance to check my order it was wrong. They forgot my ham them decided to cook the ham in a dirty pan and place on top of my pizza. I said no I would like a new one. Then placed sausage on a beefed order. Allergic to it. So as they preceded to 're cook my pizzas my cheese bread and wings got cold. Then still put sausage on one pizza and barely any cheese on the other. No apology no discount and no remAke of the wings or bread. I was furious. I will not go there in a long while if them. I Whent straight to dominos and got my orders No hassle. Great mom and pop pizza places do not exist in Lufkin. I miss having the opportunity to eat at a non-franchised pizza place as I am from Ohio where we had so many GREAT Italian places to choose from that it was a running joke in my area every time a new one opened. That being said, the Pizza Hut on Timberland has great pizza and cheesy breadsticks. The staff there do a great job and the phone is ringing off the wall with delivery and takeout orders. We have eaten her a half a dozen times since July and have always had friendly, courteous service. read more

The change in management was a great stepping stone in this restaurant, the staff is friendly and respectful. They recently started a charity with Jorvorskie Lane and has done very well. The food here is great and has improved from the past. It is the only pizza joint I will go to from now on. read more

Never again. I have been sitting here a good 30 minutes and have heard the loud mouthed manager complaining about a customer. Upon arriving our server Connie was pleasant. Brought our check as the tea was delivered. I informed the server I had allergies to mushrooms. Each pizza if the 6 5 had mushrooms on them. Each pizza that came out had them. And the manager still botching across the restraunt. I have worked food service all my life. This store will never get money from me. The exit door is blocked and the front of the store has a area where they assemble boxes. Looks trashy. And I am still angry at the manager. And didn't get a slice of pizza! Good pizza but the salad bar was the most disgusting I've ever seen. I hate bad reviews, I really do...but brown peaches and slimey cucumbers, wet cheese and brown lettuce, I couldn't believe my eyes. Sickening sight when you really want a salad. Recently there was a commercial on tv that I could really relate to talking about the "hassle" of logging onto a website, building a pizza, hunting for a coupon code, then going to get your pizza. Funny, I've always enjoyed doing it that way and there for a while I got really great deals on Pizza Hut pizzas. It's getting harder to find a really good discount code, but they're still out there if you're willing to look, and when you find one, you can't beat it. I like pizza, as long as fresh, quality ingredients are used and it's properly cooked, there's really no such thing as a bad pizza. If you like your pizza delivered an hour late, if you like the pizza to then come to your door cold, and if you like your pizza to be anything other than what you ordered...well this is the restaurant for you. This is why you work so hard to be able to treat your family with a pizza night, to be treated like poo and to get hung up on be the manager. My money will never go to them again. Let me start with this, Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza (when its good). I went to pizza hut buffet today 6-14-16 and it was terrible first thing i said to waitress was "can i get a pan pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on the buffet?" And she said "yes" there was only 6 pieces of pizza on the buffet table there was no bread sticks and the pasta was looking really bad almost all dried up so i asked waitress if we could get bread sticks for the buffet and she said "its gonna be a while we got too many orders" and then i looked to see if anybody was working on my request of the pan pizza and to my surprise the cook was at the computer taking orders by that time i was done with my drink and waitress walked by me at least 4-5 times and not once she asked if I needed a refill. Finally i asked her if i could get a refill and she grabbed my drink cup and rolled her eyes at me. Everywhere i go if there is a pizza hut im getting pizza hut but the best pizza hut i ever eaten at was in Alexandria,La they would put pizza hut in lufkin to shame. read more
