Kudos to the cooks for making them so good across different shifts (lunch, dinner, weekends). Please don't change and I'll keep coming back often. Customer service isn't bad and even though other reviews comment on their service, I haven't noticed anything really bad or worse than the local norm. Just order correctly and simply and you'll be ok. It would be helpful if they added trash cans so we can help toss out our trays when we're done. Overall very satisfied and am a recurring customer. 2019.

By now you've heard about Texas Roadhouse and how they're doing nasty things to your food. Well,…read moretonight I found out that this Wingstop location is doing the same damn thing. I watched the cook, mop the floor at 10:45pm on 08/25/20026. He had detergent on him and on the floor. Most of all he had chemicals on his apron. We ordered 30 wing combo and he put the mop, to the side and went into their fridge. He took out a bin of chicken and grabbed that chicken with his bare hands, and place it in a fryer for our consumption. I told the young hispanic night manager and she went to him and said, "he saw you"! He said to her, "I don't care"! She came back to me saying--he said he didn't do that. I replied, he's lying. Don't you have cameras everywhere? I told her to just give me back my money but our guest wanted some wings, and asked the manager. Why are you arguing with us instead of just dropping some fresh wings. The night manager conceded that, that was a good idea. She told him to drop some more chicken and he did the same damn thing again. Remember, he had chemicals on his hands and clothes. Well at that point our guest saw him as well and demanded our money back. She told us it would take 3 days for us to get a refund and with that we walked out. To see someone contaminate food intentionally is unforgivable and it's my opinion that they should be charged with a crime. Just like a builder that builds a brick home with no concrete or cement. This was not his first time nor will it be his last. That's why this store has such a low rating. They're taking chances with your life and health! Beware!

The beer is always cold and the drinks are made well. The food has been fairly consistent--burgers and sandwiches are cooked well--but the wings can be hit or miss. They're often overcooked and dry. The last time we went, they were cooked perfectly but barely warm. Also, some items can be overly salty, like the fried cauliflower--we couldn't even finish it because of the saltiness. Lately I have found their classic chicken sandwhich and wowee get it deluxe style and you have a winner! It's a big chicken patty fried perfectly and without sauce crispy and tasty! Overall, we still enjoy coming here for the atmosphere, friendly staff, and good crowd. Plus, it's close to the house, which makes it an easy go-to.

The bartenders and servers know all the locals which is evident every time me and my coworkers stop in here for happy hours or for dinner. They still give us the attention we need for drink refills and food orders. For drinks, it's mainly beer although they have hard liquor available here. I always stick with Miller Lite since it's cheap and they bring it out quick. As for food, it's mainly burgers and bar eats. The appetizers such as the wings, chips n queso, fried jalapenos, and pretzel bites w/ beer cheese are our favorites. Meanwhile, they do good burgers here which are a favorite amongst the team. Each day will have food specials such as half priced appetizers and $1 wings. Check the menu out for the full details. It's a great place to watch sports and grab drinks/eats or catch live music if it's available. This is part of our rotation whenever we're in Lufkin.
