Interesting how my previous review did not show up here and the owner tries to send me a message on Facebook to call them. I took my grand children to this location on Sunday October 6th for lunch. As we were walking by the pizza buffet I saw a live cockroach crawling right on the counter. Another customer knocked it to the floor. She told a young man behind the counter. He can around and picked it up with a napkin. If they are crawling right out there in the middle of daylight, you can imagine what is going on behind the counter. I do not need any messages saying you don't believe it and to call you. There is nothing you could say that would change what happened. read more

Oh, what a lovely place this pizza buffet is--if you can just ignore the circus of lousy people that seem to appear every single time I go. Seriously, it must be a talent to gather that many loud, messy, and questionably-behaved individuals in one place. But hey, that's not the restaurant's fault... I think. Now to give credit where it's due--the pizza? Fantastic. It's actually really well made and tastes great every time. They keep it fresh and stocked, and it's honestly hard not to go back for a third (or fourth) plate. Plus, the prices are super reasonable, especially for families. It's a good bang for your buck when you're feeding a small army of kids. The service is generally solid. The staff keeps things running and the tables cleared. That said, I did once get spit on by a cashier who very confidently shouted "hawk tuah" when I tried to pay with Apple Pay. Not exactly the customer service moment of the year, but hey, I guess they were passionate about their payment methods. The vibe of the place is great too. Cartoons are always playing on the TVs (perfect for distracting the little ones--or me, let's be honest), and there's even a small arcade to keep things fun. I've never been to Cici's, I'm from the northwest and we have a place called Izzy's that I figured it was similar to. I wasn't too wrong, but I was a little surprised because for $6.49 you can't beat AYCE pizza, salad and dessert. I had a couple encounters with Bryan (the manager) on Wednesday night and his customer service and hot food control was on point. Hot pizza was consistently put up and so were the cinnamon rolls and brownies. The salad is what I went for but I left knowing I would be back for the pizza and cinnamon rolls. Don't come here expecting a buffet with a plethora of option, you will be disappointed. But what I did get was a clean restaurant (and bathrooms), good customer service, hot pizza and some of the best cinnamon rolls I've tasted. I woke up this morning with Cici's on the brain, that's a good sign.... right?! read more

I haven't had Cicis since my kids were teenagers, all grown now- I just don't eat much fast food/junk food. My nephews were visiting and my adult son loves pizza- mom and I opted to do lunch with the boys here. My nephews are 12 & 14 and very picky eaters & this is a great option to make everyone happy. I was happy to see the salad bar looking fresh. We dug right into everything. The kids definitely ate enough to feel like we got a great value. Mom, Eddie and I all got big salads to start and then hit up the pizza bar to grab various kinds of pizza. I always enjoy their spinach pizza and the kids liked the buffalo chicken pizza best. Dessert pizzas also were inhaled by all. The custard pie and apple pizza were good, but the cinnamon rolls (fresh) were the best. They did a great job keeping the pizzas coming out for the lunch crowd. I would dine here again if entertaining kids. read more

I haven't been to Cicis since I was a kid so for date night we decided to change it up and go here. We do not regret it. The cashier was extremely nice!! We got the buffet. They had a salad bar, chicken noodle soup, pasta noodles with a side sauce of marinara and white cheese which were both soo good! The pizzas were fabulous so was the cheese sticks it tasted so good with the marinara option! My favorite out of the whole buffet was the cinnamon rolls so warm and delicious!! I definitely recommend this restaurant if you have kids or budgeting. If you are a water drinker they no longer have water cups at this location but they do sell 50¢ water bottles. read more

We drove an hour to get here expecting it to be a decent location, but our expectations were significantly lowered. One of the members in our party has an allergy to onion and garlic. Other cicis locations are able to accommodate and make her a personal pizza. (The red sauce has garlic so they have to remove that) At this location, however, they put hardly any cheese at all on the pizza. See the pics. It was so disgusting she did not want to eat it at all. She then asked if they could redo it with more cheese, but they told her they weren't allowed to make more than one personal pizza for someone; that it would "go against their policy." Since when? We have been many times to cicis pizza and they are always happy to make her another pizza if the first is unsatisfactory. She came into the restaurant starving, and hoping to have a good dinner, but left hungry and very unhappy with the staff's inability to make her personal pizza correctly. Also, this location does not serve water. Only soda. They make you pay extra for a bottle of water, so that was also very frustrating. They also didn't serve any pasta for the entire time we were there, even though many guests kept asking and waiting for the pasta. Hopefully next time we go to Cicis it will be a much better experience. read more

This location brings back so many memories. The quality of food is even better than I remember back in the 90s. The place isn't as big as I thought but there's at least a dozen tables occupied by families of 4 or larger and the flow of the environment compliments the quaint space. Melissa was super helpful and very courteous. We haven't been to CiCi's since 2008 and I applaud this location, staff, and product it offers. The arcade is made up of about 10 large games with two huge motorcycle riding games in the middle of the store. I haven't seen a single table with leftover plates or debris nor have I seen any trash on the floor. The only set back for our family is that you don't have access to free water at the drink fountain, my husband drinks a gallon of water at every meal and our 3 & 4 year old don't drink soda. They do offer refrigerated water bottles for .50 so that's good!! They have every pizza you can remember with hot and fresh ones being delivered to the buffet every few minutes. The staff is above the standard for keeping their product high & tight. Delicious flavors, fresh ingredients, and a friendly staff .. what more could you ask for? read more

This is the first I've been to CiCi's since I moved to Florida. I was heading to the grocery store and I was starving so I figured I should grab dinner first. Plus the Yelp reviews were positive. I was greeted as I entered the restaurant which I thought was a nice touch. After I made my purchase the associate gave me his name and told me to let him know if I needed anything. The pizza bar was full and I grabbed one piece of three different pies. The flat bread pizza crust was hard, but the other two slices were good. I also ate a salad. All the ingredients were fresh and I was pleased with the variety of salad toppings. Desert was yummy, but the cinnamon bun with icing was my favorite! I would eat here again. read more

It's been over 10 years since I've eaten at a Cici's! I was pretty skeptical as my previous experience didn't leave me wanting more.. but why not, it's surely changed... The staff members immediately greeted us in unison with a pleasant smile! The interior was revamped and very modern. The cost is seriously the best for unlimited pizza, dessert and salad bar! It's been years since the last time I've eaten at Cici's. My son had not tried it so I took him after a long bike trails ride at Hanna Park. They shout "Welcome to Cici's!" when you enter the restaurant. Friendly and energetic staff. Their buffet is now $5.99. I guess that's dinner price? It's like a party in there. Very busy. Didn't even finish eating bc of how gross the food was. No actually the food was good for the most part but most of the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. I will give this review as based upon the management. We walked in 8p on a Saturday night and were pleased to see the remodel. The bar was pretty empty and by no way reflected 15 varieties of pizza as advertised but the salad bar looked inviting. Now this place is known for special orders availability when you order the buffet but this manager decided that asking for garlic bread to accompany the pasta WITHOUT CHEESE demanded an additional fee. Sometimes, your brain tells you that you want something very specific. I have been wanting cinnamon rolls... But not just any, Cici's. I haven't been to Cici's in like 8 years. I finally convinced my family to go today. I promised that if we didn't like what we see, we would leave. We came in at 4pm. There were 2 other customers inside. The manager greeted us right away. Not having stepped into Cici's in so long, we were surprised that it was clean and updated from what we had been to way back in the day. It's $6.29 for adults and at 3... $20 is all our dinner came to. (No soda or wings for us.) The salad bar is expanded with a few more choices like raw broccoli and carrots. Chickpeas. Beets. They also have a chicken and cavatappi pasta soup (I didn't have any) and cavatappi pasta with red or alfredo sauce (I also did not have this either.) A dozen different pizzas. Breadsticks. Desserts: Apple or Bavarian cream pizza. Cinnamon rolls. Brownies. Also, you can order pizza any way you want. You just grab an order sheet and they will give you a buzzer when it's done. I ordered a flatbread that took maybe 10 minutes from order to pick up. Their flatbread comes out really thin and crispy. While we were there, I sat facing the kitchen. The manager constantly kept the line clean. The staff constantly kept the bar stocked. More and more people came in. The staff continued to keep up with the line as well an individual orders. I alway noticed that when smaller children came up without a parent, the manager helped them get food from the line. (Customer issue though- parents should not let their kids serve themseIves at buffets ever. Luckily, I didn't see any "violations" y'all know what I'm talking about.) I also visted the restroom which was also clean though I feel the soap in the dispenser was watered down (it may just be the formula, I washed my hands twice.) So I have to say, overall. Everything was great. It's cheap and filling. Certainly great for families on a budget. This location is clean and obviously the staff is doing a great job. The salad bar was fresh and the bar ,as a whole, was clean. For $5.00 you get a full belly! Right now though they are running all kinds of crazy specials. It was down to $3.99 for a while there! Maybe the previous reviewers had to deal with an incompetent former staff, but I can assure you that this is no longer any issue. I was met with probably some of the best service ive EVER had, which was (admittedly) unexpected. They were super friendly, answered all my questions, and the manager was unrivaled in awesomeness, singing whenever a new pizza was finished and happily greeting everyone who entered or left (quote, "Cici ya later!"). Maybe this seems a bit cheesy, but I think everyone there was a refreshing change from the dreary unenthusiastic wait staff I see everywhere else. So what if "it's just cicis"? Seems gone are the days when CC's used to offer traditional style pizza. It's getting harder and rarer to find a classic supreme or combination. Pepperoni or cheese pizza, on a good day, if you're lucky. Perhaps one can special order them, but they are not reflected on the serving line. Instead, are various substitutes and/or combinations of "ghetto" pizzas, which, quite frankly, are not (that) palatable, with the exception of one or two that might be good...We realize that it might be a demographic or cultural thing, (and that's OK, if done right) but suspect that it has more to do with somebody's idea for cost cutting.
