I was at this location and immediately when entering the manager had an attitude towards me and my daughters. I asked to buy a game card in Spanish and she pretended to not understand what I'm saying. I asked an employee to translate for her and he said that she speaks Spanish. The card that she gave me didn't even work, she even went and tried it herself and it didn't work. I asked for a refund and she ignored me and when I kept asking the only answer she gave me was that she can't do anything about it. Fire Belinda G. she is rude and told us that we cannot share drinks even though she wasn't doing her own job... this shows how she cannot do her own job properly without making sure that people cannot enjoy their food. Please do not go to this place while "Belinda Gorostieta" is managing the store. Last evening we visited CICI Pizza at 3435 N Beltline Rd Irving TX 75062 for my niece's birth celebration. This was my first time going to this food chain. We were two families with 4 adults and 7 children (15, 13, 9, 7, 4, and a 3-year-old). The restaurant in charge Belinda Gorostieta took our order of more than $100. As she handed us soda cups for all of us, we told her that we only want cups for 8 people. She very rudely told us that we had to tell her this beforehand, as she now has to cancel the order and do it again (Note that, this was my first time at any CICI Pizza, so I did not know what to do beforehand). She kept looking at all of us, as we settled on tables and started eating. Within minutes Ms. Gorostieta approached us and said, "You guys bought fewer sodas and you are not allowed to share". I told her that we were not sharing, then she intimidating said, "You are sharing, we have the cameras". My husband approached her and told her about her bad behavior in front of our kids. She called the cops on us. My kids were crying and shaking. When the cops arrived she told the same lie to the cops that we were stealing soda for which we didn't pay and that my husband punched her (wow). All her staff was very swift to start recording us. Cops simply asked us to leave the premises. We paid more than $106.44, received extremely rude customer service, hardly ate anything, and got accused of stealing their soda. I'm sure my niece would remember and talk about this intimidating birthday event for many years to come. I can not even comment on the food as we did not get to eat and CICI Pizza took our $106.44. Please do not go to this place under the management of Belinda Gorostieta. I have never seen such an unwelcoming, extremely rude, authoritarian, lying store manager. My 9-year-old could not sleep last night due to Ms. Gorostieta bad behavior. As I was dropping her at school this morning, she randomly said, "I don't want to go to this pizza place". After school, she is still talking about the last night's event at CICI Pizza, this is how traumatized she got. Visited for Pi Day Discount, as that is a feature of dining establishments in America, and I am not from America. It is a very smart and cool idea to offer such a discount, especially since it encourages education in maths since it centers around the mathematical constant, 3.14. This was also my first time at this establishment. Upon my entry to Cici's I was met with loads of trash scattered everywhere and across the tables. The employees were kind, but they should work on cleaning the place. Further, no person was wearing a face mask, which I found very dangerous in this pandemic and health scenario. I witnessed an American family of about four leave about 30 plates on their table and trash all over the floor. Very gross and disrespectful. The staff did not bother to clean it any time soon. Upon paying for my very inexpensive meal, I went into line for get slices of pizza. I very much was impressed with the selection, as in my country (Nigeria) we usually only have a small selection. However, I witnessed patrons who were of very poor hygienic standards, and wore tattered clothes with stains and unsightly shirts that did not fit. They also sneezed and coughed near the food, and even touched their noses and then the food itself! Perhaps Cici's should look into having staff serve the patrons, and not the patrons serve themselves, since the patrons are very unsightly. After I made my selection of food and drink, I sat down at a table and commenced my meal, which was not of very good quality. My neighbor told me good things of this pizza, but it was very bland and thin. Further, the patrons around me were very loud and disruptive of my meal. I could not eat in peace. The establishment was not playing family music either, but music I have heard on the radio. Many employees of this establishment looked very sad and distraught. The disruptive nature of many patrons and the low cleanliness standards makes me not wish to return to this establishment. I could not eat my food in comfort, knowing that it could be soiled with the germs of a cough (which could be prevented with the requirement of masks!). If masks are not worn, how many wash their hands? Perhaps there should be hand sanitization gel before the line so patrons may clean their hands. It has a much better variety and better tasting pizzas than one other particular pizza parlor I won't mention. The first time I went the tables weren't as clean as I would have liked and no one came around to take our plates as we finished with them but over all it was just OK. This time, I come in with a friend, craving macaroni pizza and the place is PACKED! But that wasn't my direct problem. One of the workers was taking personal orders but when I tried to place my order (for a simple pepperoni they were out of), she wouldn't and said one was "coming out". But when a buffet is so behind the curve, it doesn't mean you'll get a piece when it does come out.
