Cicis is my childhood. They used to have one in Lexington and it was what we looked forward to every day off from school we could convince my mom to take us. I knew when I passed this one in Florence I had to call in a large macaroni pizza and it did not disappoint. It was so good! Cici's is good for a pizza buffet. If they do not have what you want, you can order one up fresh. Been there once and no one was around, finally someone cam out to take my order and then vanished in the back. No one was around for 10-15 minutes. Ate what was out, it was old and left. They have improved since. Be nice if they had a modern soda machine like Wendy's but selection is okay. Get here right at opening and 5:00 for best care and fresh pizza or better yet, order up one fresh. read more

I ordered a pizza around 8:30 pm and when it was delivered around 9:30 it was the wrong pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza but this has ham, buffalo sauce, and onion. So I called the driver and they said they would get me another. It is now 11:15pm and whenever I call it rings until it hangs up. While I don't care for their salad bar or desserts, I thought their flatbreads were absolutely on point! I just can't get enough of that cracker thin crust!! My first trip to a Cici's was a success. Ended up with five different types of pizza and two helpings of pasta. All of the food was tasty, but there should be more options when it comes to toppings. Pasta without cheese ends up being pretty bland. The salad bar was also a bit lacking, and didn't look very appealing so we steered clear. The workers are very friendly (Joked with me and changed the tv to football when I asked!), they'll whip you up a custom pizza of whatever you desire and get it out to your table with the quickness. But, it's still really pretty crappy pizza all in all... I mean don't get me wrong, even the worst pizza is pretty good, but if you crave anything more than just cardboard and watery tomato sauce you're going to want to shell out for something a little more legit. All that being said, they actually have a really good soup and salad bar. Lots of fresh veggies, including lentils, some good dressing options, and the soup (while obviously not anything special) actually has some real pieces of chicken in it from time to time. I live pretty far away and went with some friends to just meet up and be gluttonous for a day, but if I lived within 15 minutes I'd make this a regular stop for the $5 it costs to fill up.... Oh they also have some damn good dessert pizzas. But you don't want to get into all you can eat desserts, that's a much bigger problem than you're looking for!. If I had kids I wouldn't waste money taking them to anywhere more fancy than this for pizza, because they can more than fill up for a few bucks here and be just as happy as if they went anywhere else. Went here for my friends birthday party. Food was delicious, helped myself to some cheese, pepperoni pizza as well as a brownie. Do wish there were a little more options there. I haven't been here in a long time so let's take another look. The store looked a lot better than I remember with the eating area looking good and their arcade area being separated (Was it before? I can't remember.) Anyway it has a bunch claw machines and other games where you can win small prizes (I won a handful of pretty rubber balls.) The pizza buffet is still the big draw here and it was as delicious as ever. Lots of different pizza variations from traditional favourites such as pepperoni, cheese, and a meat lovers all of which are good takes. Also of note are a great mac and cheese pizza and I love their buffalo wing pizza. There are also a couple of deep dish options and some delicious cheesy garlic bread. There are also a few dessert options my favourite of which is their very rich brownies. I also got an order of their hot wings which are not on the bar. I feel like they were better than in the past with plentiful and good sauce (good for a pizza parlour anyway.) The wings were still on the small side though. All in all there is better pizza out there but for the inexpensive price you pay, the delicious food that they do have, and fun environment that you eat in this is a great place to bring a big family or group for a great dinner. read more

I've been meaning to try ci-ci's for years & i finally did and while it was not a bad experience, it was not all that & side of fries either. they had a very minimal salad bar and some soup and a pasta dish with really watery red stuff i assumed was tomato sauce. there was about 10 or so different kinds of pizzas to choose from but there was not a lot of variety of toppings. they did offer to make up a pizza with the toppings i'd like but i like anchovies and i didn't expect them to have any. i only paid $5&change and i got my money's worth and while i really like pizza , i don't really like making it my whole meal. read more

Ah, Cici's. Quite possibly the guiltiest pleasure in all of pizzadom. Yes, I will be the social pariah whose review gives Cici's two stars instead of just one. I have granted them an extra star for one reason only: A meal at Cici's costs $5, tops. For that price, I'm not expecting Maisonette 2.0. Plus, the food really isn't THAT awful. My Cici's rule of thumb: If it looks revolting (i.e. Macaroni and Cheese Pizza), stay away. Otherwise, their pepperoni pizza, pasta, salads and garlic bread are perfectly adequate for the price. I'd rather eat at Cici's than at 95% of fast food restaurants. A salad and drink at McDonald's will cost nearly as much as Cici's entire buffet. Also, their not-quite-entirely-baked brownies are pretty fantastic. Eat one and try not to go back for a second. I dare you. Sure, Cici's are overloaded with emotionally detached parents shoveling food into their faces while their hyperactive children toss breadsticks at each other. im writing an updated 1 star for the absolutely awful "Cici's Pizza" to reply to the response from the guy who works at Cicis who added a comment to my review. Of course im not going to spend my money eating there anymore. However, this location is in between a "Half Price Books" and a "Game Stop" so I do walk by and it is only filled with children. Its a child's restaurant for children. The commercials show a business man in a restaurant filled with adults. Thats not an accurate depiction of "Cici's Pizza". "Cici's Pizza" is like "Chuck E Cheese" with no games and worse pizza. I will say this though; One time walking by, i did get a chuckle seeing one fat kid walking in. He had a strut walking in like he was going to his home. "Cici's" was his "Cheers" and he was Norm. Cici's isn't great pizza, but who can expect great pizza for the ridiculously low price which Cici's offers. It's like $5.00 for all you can eat pizza, pasta, salad, bread sticks, and desert. You couldn't get any cheaper than that. Though they don't offer a wide variety of toppings, it's pretty hard to screw up a salad, and pasta, and pizza for that matter. They have any type of pizza you can think of, but if you want something different, you can just let them know and they'll make one however you want it and bring it out to you. The only big complaint, and big reason why I rarely go... is that it kills my acid reflux. I can't really hold that against them though because everyone else that I've ever gone with that doesn't have acid reflux is completely fine after eating. I know I'm not really supposed to eat pizza anyways but I can handle pizza from anywhere else but there. So maybe if you have acid reflux I wouldn't recommend it, if you don't though and you feel like being cheap... it's not THAT bad, it's just not that good either. :) read more

My wife and I quite enjoy Cici's. The best time to go is around lunch time. That's when it's busy enough that fresh pizza is put out often, but it doesn't get too loud. But this particular location suffers from some poor staffing. The custodial crew isn't very considerate as they clean tables--including reaching across your food to refill napkins that you don't need to have refilled yet. It's as if the person knows they have a job to do and they won't let any customer stand in their way. Finally found a Cici's that was still open! This has to be the cleanest one I've been in. The restaurant was laid out well, and flow brought the buffet was good. They had all the favorites, a couple surprises and kept them coming. I didn't see an empty pan for more than about 60 seconds, long enough to be cutting the replacement.
