I've never been to a Cici's Pizza before and for the most part it's ok but I wouldn't make this a frequent visit, especially since I don't live in the area. I went in today around mid-afternoon and had the buffet plus a small drink. I was expecting the charge to be about $15 but my buffet cost was cut in half. I looked it up later and apparently they have a deal just for a couple of days where adult buffet prices are only $5. My total was about $8.50 so this was a pretty good deal. The food however, was somewhat lacking. The garlic bread was extremely greasy and the pieces weren't cut into even shapes. Some were huge and others were very small. The desserts were a bit stale and soggy from sitting there too long. I tried one slice of pizza from almost every option and I'd say the best was the supreme pizza with the mix of meats and veggies. The worst was the mac and cheese pizza and the cheese stuck to my teeth. Apparently Cici's is doing a collaboration with some Internet personality named Caseoh and rebranded the mac and cheese pizza with this guy's name. I don't know who he is but this pizza is not good. Most of the pizzas were dried out from being under the heat lamps too long but what bothered me a little bit was that none of the pizzas indicated what sauce was used. The toppings were obvious but you won't know what sauce it had until you took a bite. Some were tomato, some were cheese, and one was alfredo, I think. The pizzas are very thin and the slices are on the smaller side so by quantity I had enough slices for a little more than a large pizza but by volume I'd say it was equal to about 3/4 of a large pizza. I was full but not to the point where I considered it overindulging. I was here for a little over 30 minutes and only one pizza was replaced while I was here. It was fairly busy and a lot of people were going for the buffet so I don't know why more pizza wasn't being prepared. By the time I left almost every pizza had been taken. CiCi's Pizza is affordable and perfect when you are very hungry you crave pizza and you don't want to wait. There is nothing cozy nor cool about the breakfast and the pizza is not the best but neither the worst. You get a big selection of different pizza options, salad bar, and pasta for under $8 per person. AWESOME! The place is clean and I love coking by every once in a while. The pizza gets a 3 out of 5 but the restaurant gets a 4 out of 5 for its reliability, military discount and great costumer service. read more

This location of CiCi's Pizza is always nice to visit. The staff is very friendly and the manager is always eager to help. They keep the place clean and the sweet tea is always just right. If you've never been to a CiCi's, it's setup like a salad, pasta, pizza and dessert bar. You pay first, then go get your food. The salads are okay, and the same goes for the pasta. The desserts are pretty good, but the pizzas are where they succeed. They have the usual pizzas like pepperoni and sausage, but they also have buffalo chicken and cheeseburger pizzas among their other creations. Since you can go back as much as you want, there is always something to try. Tip: If you don't see your favorite pizza at the bar, ask one of the staff members behind the pizza bar, and they will make you that pizza. I think that's great since you never have to go without your favorite slice for too long. The selection and service definitely earned this place an extra star. This is also a great place for kids, or groups since the price is very affordable. It's about 5 bucks if you don't get a drink and a little over 6 if you do. What else can you ask for? read more

Now usually I don't do this but uh... I just had to finally try this place! Mostly cuz my hubby has been bouncing off the idea for awhile now and also cuz I was running low on cash and thought why not if it's cheap. I'm pretty health conscious most of the time so I wasn't ever feeling it and hoped for at least a salad bar to go with my pizza but the both of us kinda kept our expectations to a minimal. Man were we in for a surprise. We thought their pizzas were gonna be super cheap quality and flat and dry. Majority were pretty much just as good as domino's minus the garlic crust. but they did have a cheesy garlic bread and some stuffed crusts. great assortment of pizza toppings like meat lovers, hawaiian, buffalo chicken, pepperoni, spinach alfredo, and the only flat pizza was on purpose which was the Flatbread chicken carbonara. And that ended up being my fave! I just loved the alfredo sauce on it with the chicken, bacon, and tomatoes with what tasted like basil or oregano. And I love a good crunch with each bite! Their salad bar is pretty standard and the mac salad that goes with it could be dry at times. But since they also got this chicken noodle soup and pasta bar with marinara or alfredo sauce, I just use the pasta there and add the Italian dressing they offer to it long with the veggies I want with it. WAY better! Desserts are apple Bavarian pie, brownies, and cinnamon rolls. We think the rolls are the best of the 3. Brownies were too dry to our liking. We always share a fountain drink and for 2 adults, the total is only 13$. Do it! Food coma every time. We ended up going there for dinner 2 consecutive nights lol. We regret nothing! read more

I'm from El Paso, and people say it's sacrilegious to not say that Peter Piper Pizza is the pizza people pick. Don't get me wrong, they have a good buffet, but I prefer mine from Cici's usually. The food is always hot and fresh (except the salad, which is cold, thank god), and you can get what you want. I lack imagination when I come here, and I get the same things: Pasta bowl with anchovies, red sauce and olives (which they bake for you). After I down that, I cruise the line and lament at the lack of veggie pizzas. As a vegetarian, I wish I didn't have to wait for a hot pie, but this is the same at most buffets. The one part that I like less is their desserts. Their cinnamon rolls are delish, but the apple and bavarian can disappear for all I care. If you get a chance and they bring back the smores skilled, though, GO FOR IT! read more

I was pretty surprised when I ate here. When we walked in we were greeted very nicely, the guy (I'm assuming it's the manager) was super friendly. He made sure we knew how everything works with the salad/pizza bar and everything. When I was a flake and didn't give him enough cash, he joked about it instead of being a jerk (yes, it's happened). I first thought it was going to be one of "those" CiCi's because the pickings were pretty slim when we first hit the pizza bar. I soon found out that wasn't the case. They brought new pizzas out constantly, most of which were requests. They even asked customers serving themselves what kind of pizza they would like to see next. It was also very CLEAN. We got a nice goodbye when we left, too. It wasn't the BYETHANKYOU that makes me laugh so hard at the one by Fort Bragg, it was honestly like he really did want me to have a great day. Like I said, I was very (happily) surprised by this place. I will be back. read more

My daughter got a free kids buffet coupon for this place, but I had never heard of it before and had know idea what to expect. The staff was friendly the pizza was decent for the price especially. It even offers salad with the buffet. There are two types of salad and nether are great but again its more than I would expect for $5 all you can eat. The guy behind the counter saw me lingering, and looking for a pizza that was not there and he asked what I would like. I told him and a few minutes later it was there. Overall I really like this place but It is not very clean. Kind of what you would expect from this type of place. Greasy salt Shakers walls have grease as well from little kids touching them but I don't think its days old grease so they probably clean it pretty good at closing. read more

We visited this Cicis on 7 May 2017. Now I have to say that we are normally big cicis fans but this place was definitely not up to standards. Variety of pizzas was kept to an absolute minimum. The pizza they did have out was cold to luke warm at best. The pasta as, well as the soup was just a tick above cold. When I asked them to heat up the soup for me it came back just a bit warmer then it was to start with. Would certainly not recommend this particular cicis. read more

As soon as we walked in we were expecting the typical WELCOME TO CICI'S! Instead we got a very weak "uhm oh welcome to Cici's. I had to grab about 6 trays to find a CLEAN AND DRY one. Even the silverware and plates were wet. All the pizza looked old and tasted really stale. I read a few of the reviews saying the place was really clean, however, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days! Very disappointed in Cici's!
