I did not love Rockin Jump. Its hard to appreciate this establishment when my family and I have been to other similar jumping establishments and even their sister location on the east side seems much better. This specific location seems built for younger kids ... 8 and below. As an adult they don't tell you this, they ask you if you want to jump so you pay and when you finally enter the facility its for mini size. Overall, my whole experience at this location started bad. Their parking lot is not big enough so parked on the street. Was asked to sign the waiver and the specific computer I used was out of paper so then when I approached them to tell them my family and I were rudely ignored by their staff for about 5 minutes while she carried a random conversation with a client and avoiding looking our way. When she finally acknowledged us she questioned us 3 times about the printer and left us there helping other clients, when other clients arrived with the same problem she helped them not us. Finally, a different staff started to assist us but asked us to get in a different line so someone else could help.. I told him we had been waiting so he did finally helped us.. while paying (Approx $25 per person) he asked if we had socks we said yes... we brought socks bought in other different establishments.. and after 20 minutes we were finally in. Their snack bar advertises pizza and chicken fingers but when you ask for them they say they got other orders in for parties so it may take up to 30 minutes for one order. Got a hot dog which apparently had been sitting there for ours.. by far worst hot dog ever. When about to play some dodgeball we were approached saying we couldn't jump because we did not have "Rocking Jump" socks and we needed to buy some. When I spoke to the front desk staff they stated I signed a waiver stating I would only use "Rocking Jump" socks. That waiver that no one reads says that.. I refused to pay for the socks... because why not just add them to the original price which is high enough as it is.. They apologized many times eventually socks were given and I was asked for next time to specifically bring "Rocking jump" socks. (Stupid rule, jumping socks are jumping socks). I was disappointed at the establishment again it is not for teenagers much less for adults and they should warn you. Made the most of it, I will definitely not come back. read more

I have patronized this business for years with parties for my grandchildren and numerous one time, day and month passes. My my granddaughter visited in June and I paid with my credit card. This business has drafted July, August and September after repeated verbal and written requests to please stop taking unauthorized drafts from my account. Really, really expensive! Not just the base price to get in, but you have to pay extra for some of the "special" activities they have available. To pay $24 per person to get in, and not be able to do all of the activities was very disappointing. We were driving from California to Texas for the holidays. After driving for 13 hours, our 8 year old was sooooo tired of sitting in the car. After getting checked into the hotel, I looked on Yelp to see if there was somewhere close by that would let her burn off some steam for a couple of hours. We found Rockin Jump and she had a blast. Nice group of kids in the dodgeball area included her in the game and she totally enjoyed that and all of the other areas. Especially the game on the floor! On Groupon today they had a special voucher for two 1hr jump passes, which I purchased. When we got here, I was informed by the cashier that the voucher could not be used, since they consider summer break a holiday & holidays are excluded from the promotions. Also, I have a 3year old & I was also required to by a jump pass for myself since he's a toddler. The positive thing was that she did offer to give me the promotional price of $9 per person. The kiddos had a fun time & the hour definitely seemed a lot longer than an hour for my out of shape self. LOL. I'd definitely recommend this place for kids of all ages to burn off energy & adults looking for a good workout. And I'll definitely be back since I won't be able to use the voucher until the school year starts. My kids and I had the best time of our childish lives... and yes that includes me :). The price to get in was a little high but for your kids and some fun you can get into as well, meh, why not. The staff was super kind and considerate with me coming in with 3 kids and one being a baby. They made recommendations for what to get on and which to stay away from. The price for all the meals were fairly priced (hot dog, pizza, candy, etc.) They have a rest area for parents with flat screen tvs so your kids can play while you lounge and relax. There's only one bathroom in the building so but it's very clean. You have to wear trampoline socks which made us feel as if they took pride in maintain a sanitized fun zone for families. They had so many different trampoline areas from single trampolines, dodgeball areas, basketball areas and more. It was just an awesome experience. If I could, I'd come back again. Brought my family here and we had so much fun!!! They did have the huge rock wall and the bungee cords which my kids loved. They didn't have as many sponge blocks as the east location but overall it was a lot of fun. For 3 it did cost $121 so it was a bit much. This was a really cool place! I really enjoyed my time here. My daughter is 4 and she was jumping under the 6 and under trampoline section and she enjoyed it! Some workers don't really pay attention to the children but I noticed a young man named Sebastian really was on top of things. Especially in the toddler area because older children liked getting in but he really was on top of getting them out before having to get asked! I give it 4 stars because it's a bit pricey. read more

We arrived at 12:30 PM. The line was relatively long, but I can say it did not take long for the staff to get to us. They had a $20 spring break special for unlimited jumping. So, we did that. My son is having a blast! There is an area for children ages six and under, so I feel very safe having him play in that area with his dad. There are tons of other things to do. There is a dunk area with to basketball hoops. There is a place where kids are jumping and throwing balls at each other - kind of like dodgeball, I guess. There is a balance beam that reminds me of the show American Gladiators (I'm old, I know), where if you fall off you fall into some cushy foam. The facilities appear very clean, and people seem overwhelmingly excited or happy here. Even the parents look happy! There are workers that are supervising just about every station. They are easy to pick out because they have green and white shirts on, and many of them have whistles to alert children to inappropriate play. I am really impressed. I wasn't sure what to think when we pulled up and it seemed like the facility was in the middle of nowhere. We came to check it out in order to determine whether our son - who tends to be very apprehensive about these types of activities - would want to have his birthday here. Took my daughter around 4 p.m. to jump for an hour or two and was required to pay for unlimited jump time even though she only wanted an hour. So due this she had to jump alone (we're military and on a budget). She had some fun but got bored quickly and I would've loved to go do it with her but maybe next time. Next time I'll know better but they really should think, not everyone can afford to spend $20 a person to just jump for an hour or two. Give us the same options as the winter. Do your homework before going. This place is not good for little kids as there's not much they can do without getting trampled by bigger kids. We were supposed to go to X Zone next door and came in by accident. Less than 5 mins in we realized we were in the wrong place and they wouldn't work with us. We also had a 2, 3, and 4 year old and we were concerned for their safety because of the larger kids. When I brought it to the managers attention they said all sales are final but offered store credit to come back. We dont live here and even if we did we would not go back. Not even for free. We paid almost $40 per kid for them to jump on a freaking trampoline. That's all the little ones can do here. The kids still had fun because they're kids and they know how to make everything fun. But as a parent you dont want to get screwed. You get a lot more bang for your buck at other play places. They also have the audacity to charge extra for other activities. The concession stand is a ripoff. Several workers were rude and the customer service is horrible. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen and I will finally be satisfied when they go bankrupt. read more

Apparently these trampoline gyms are pretty popular now. I can see why as they are totally cool! I took my little (insert Shameless Plug for Big Brothers Big Sisters program). You have to buy a set of their special socks (extra grippy I guess) and they have time based options or unlimited time options (I went unlimited for two and it was about $50). They have a variety of stations. Bouncey dodgeball (awesome! Balls are soft so even a grown man throwing balls cant totally destroy a 10 year-old...not for lack of trying though). There is a foam pit with a beam where kids can try to knock each other in gladiator style. Additionally, there is a trampoline basketball court, a foam pit for doing flips and jumping in, a slingshot jumping rig, a rock wall, and a general trampoline court. The trampolines are actually a series of small trampolines interlaced with soft mat dividers. You have ti be careful when jumping cause you could def land wrong if you jumped right onto the dividers. There are little videos all around showing the proper way to jump. The staff consists of friendly teens and the establishment was very clean and open. They offer a small concessions stand that can do simple food items (we got a pepperoni pizza that took a comically long time to be made). Pizza wasn't anything special but got the job done. If you are looking for a fun weekend place to take the kids Rockin Jump is a good option. I seriously got a work out from jumping on trampolines for a couple hours. Damn I'm old. read more

Expensive, they do have sometimes Groupon deals but beware you can't use it the day you purchase it. Also if it's a holiday weekend you can't use the Groupon either. You can't use socks from so other places they require you to purchase the socks from them even if they are the same but if they don't have the name rocking jump in them you can't use them. Both location lack customer service you bring up a issue and they don't care about customer satisfaction. If the manager does not want to deal with the customer he tells the attendant to relay that he is busy when his actually not. They don't make the effort of trying to resolve the issue, I have given them three chances and at every time that I go I run into an issue that results in me spending much more money making it not worth returning again especially if you are taking more than one kiddo. I thought probably is only one location that they lack customer service and not it's both location they always come up with the fine print and rules and dishing out more money. The managers can make exceptions and they can try to make the effort to resolve the issue, however they choose not to bother. At the end, a businesses needs to understand this customer will decide to come back to my establishment, will share his experience with other whether it's good or bad. If you want customers in your establishment you will treat them more welcoming and try to resolve any issue that arises in a courteous manner. read more

I live in El Paso and can't really seem to find anything to do with my almost two year old. My 11 and 14 year old nieces convinced us to try this place out. I had seen they had a weekend special for unlimited jumping so I took my nieces and son. I thought that taking a one year old woulda cost cheaper since they really can't enjoy the trampolines that are available, but they charged me full price for him! I had 4 tickets and special socks all coming out to $30 dlls per person. The cashier at the front overcharged me, and I hadn't noticed till several minutes after and when I went back to complain she was annoyed and made me feel stupid. Brought my two kids for 'Tot Time' on Wednesday 10-12. They LOVED it, all of us got great exercise. Plenty of parking, clean facilities, lots of attendants to supervise and make sure everyone is playing safely. Enough to do for Kids to be 100% engaged for two hours. You do have to buy and wear their non-slip socks, but fair price at $2 a pair and good every time you go. Air conditioning is nice and cold, complementary lockers so parents can play without watching a purse or phone. Well stocked snack bar. Had my daughters birthday party here this past weekend. It's the third time I've come. Once for fun, once for a party, then I decided to have my daughters party here. Glad I did. The place is clean, which is important to me. We had a party attendant: Jazzmine, who was awesome and took care of everything we needed. They even had candles on hand and we'd forgotten ours! They get to jump for an hour, eat pizza and cake, then they've still got a little jumping time on the backside. The kids have a blast and it's safe. Good facility but you cannot pay by the hour. You literally have to go online and purchase by the hour and then hand it over to the people upfront. This means you have to register go through the whole process it on the web on your phone taking 20 to 30 minutes of your time. While your kids are sitting there wondering what's going on and why they can't get into Jump. This is extremely poor model. The this is a trap basically to end up paying a much larger fee for an all day jump or for a month long or three month long jump at a much higher price. Very poor business practice. Clean, bright, and lovely staff! We went to Rockin Tots on Wednesday from 10-12 and my 3 year old LOVED IT. No big kids in the way, lively music, and free range to jump and throw balls and climb in the foam pit. Even Mommy had fun jumping on the trampolines and falling in the pit!
