This place is great for kids 2-5, which seems to be what they were going for. We tested it out yesterday with the family and the kids really liked it. The toddler area is great, especially the slide that goes into the ball pit. My toddler loved was having a blast. My four year old enjoyed just about everything. It's not too big of a place, but it's definitely entertaining for the kids for an hour. They have snacks inside and drinks (alcohol included) for purchase. They have 2 private rooms for birthday parties and some open areas for seating in different parts. Friday afternoon wasn't too crowded, but I imagine it can get crowded here. read more

Fun concept if it was kept up especially for the price to play per person per hour. These are several of the issues I saw with the place: Broken ball air sucker in toddler area Missing foam balls to shoot out of canons Ninja courses not open Trampoline area- large spinner broken and missing Shoe racks hazardous- I leaned against one and it and myself almost fell over as well as I saw other patrons do the same. They need to be anchored down. Cleanliness questionable Broken locks in women's restroom and no toilet paper in several stalls They play the same music over and over ( Same 6-10 songs) It is a fun place to bring kids especially in El Paso heat but they need to fix and clean everything up or lower the price to reflect the issues stated. read more

This is a great place to burn energy for little ones! I was looking for a place to surprise my two little boys with for some time outside of the house. X Zone on Joe Battle has trampolines, play places, a small soccer field, obstacles, and so much more! I was pleasantly surprised with the workers cleaning everything being touched and used while we were there. It made me feel more comfortable having my children play there and they were working very hard to make sure things were sanitized and to standard given the current pandemic. It is a little pricy. Prices are higher on Friday and Saturday, but the smile on my kids faces was priceless! We will be back! read more

Xzone East. Took my son a while back around 4pm on a Sunday. Got thoroughly lost each time trying to find the place and of course since it's one way adjacent to the 10 freeway, it's a pain to turn around and try again. To avoid that you want to turn into the narrow lane BEFORE Perches Funeral Homes. Food was a little pricey but I figure that's how they make the majority of their money, water and snacks. At least the CA burrito was filling and pretty good considering the location is a kids play area. The meat wasn't chewy, the tortillas perfectly thin and stretchy. I would have liked more sauce but maybe that's because I'm so used to El Paso food now. I saw a lot of people with cups of a spicy chip like entree, not sure what it was though. Bring your own water and grippy socks if you want to save money. The place was crowded, lots of birthdays and excited kids and bored adults waiting around while their kids played. There's seating scattered around and the areas are manned by staff. They're very nice and try to warn the kids to play gently but are clearly outnumbered. Not a lot of social distancing here. There is a toddler area but I saw some older kids and even adults without toddlers just hanging out there. I heard that they have toddler times during the week and maybe it's calmer then. I've been to these places before for birthday parties pre-Covid and it's one of the cleaner places and more organized than most. It's just the kids are so wild and the parents just watch without intervention that I worry about the ability to get hurt, there's only so much the staff can do. My friend's toddler daughter broke her arm in the trampoline area of a play area like this so I'm very cautious. I ended up walking alongside the perimeter keeping an eye on him and it was a good workout, lol. I definitely like that a place like this exists for kids, it's hard to find indoor activities that are fun and the prices aren't bad at all. I'd come back for a birthday party and definitely would try out the food here, it's not overpriced for the potions. The boy loved it there and keeps asking to come back. I would leave negative stars if I could. Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids. Took 1 hour 40 minutes to deliver. Talked to managers from 2 shifts and they claim pizzas had gone to a party at the venue. When they finally brought it after and hour and a half their comment was an insincere "sorry." I think they evaluated themselves with that comment. They are indeed "sorry." Don't recommend this location at all! read more

We had our son's party here in the middle of May and it was just pure chaos. First, I wanted to reserve their party package #4, but that area isn't even semi private. It's roped off between the kitchen and bathrooms, no thanks. So I reserved package #3. When I went in to sign the contract it is full of grammatical errors and contradictions. But our son really wanted his party here so I took a chance. On the day of the party we arrived and I checked in at the front. They basically just waived me in and told me to go. As I was walking back to my car for more supplies there was a woman at the front who apparently reserved and paid for a party that they had no record of but she had her copy of the contract. Later I saw they had pulled some tables together and that's where they had her "party." Now our actual party- They have one older woman working as the hostess for all the parties, I think there were at least 5 this evening. You can never find her and she doesn't write down what you are asking for or ordering so it never comes. They ran out of food! Just told me yeah, we dont have any more food. What?! I was mortified that I had nothing to feed my guests. It is impossible to get refills on the drinks. They apparently have no one counting how many people are in the facility and with multiple parties and walk ins it feels like there is way to many people in there. It is deafening loud. We encountered almost every possible bodily fluid- blood, feces, urine, vomit all in the play area. All were "cleaned" by an employee with paper towels and a rag. No disinfection. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Then when it was time to check out and pay, we were magically charged for all the food items we ordered but never received. Never again. read more

Wanted to do a little something for my sons birthday since I've made it a tradition to make their birthday "one on one time with mommy". My son decided he wanted his big sis to join us so after looking in to Xzone I decided this would be the perfect place to let them run wild. I do not regret my decision. I like that I had the option to pay for myself to get on the slides and try things out with them...and of course I did! There was a a lot for them to do. I paid for 2hrs and was kind of second guessing myself thinking I should've paid for 3hrs but I'm glad I stuck with two hours because that was more than enough time. They had a little snack bar to buy drinks (including adult drinks), snacks, pizza and a pretty good variety of other food. The play area was pretty clean, I didn't see anything looking grimy. The kids loved it and it had me feeling like a kid again. I'd definitely take my kids their again and I've already recommended it to a couple of friends. read more

So we are frequent visitors at the Westside location. We made the drive out to the East location. We have a 9yr old 5 yr old and 1.5yr old. We made our selection time with front desk cashier and then she asked " if we would be going in with our 1.5yr old " and we said maybe. She said it would be a $5 charge . I questioned her as to the pricing that doesn't shows anywhere an adult pays $5 to walk the toddler area. I told her we are frequent at the Westside location and told her we have never been charged for an adult fee. I asked her why or where was the fee up on her pricing board. It's not . I looked at there website and nowhere did I see a $5 charge for adult. read more
