Went on a teacher's discount. For 5$, it was awesome especially since food & drinks are pricey. But i believe regular fee is 25$ and its definitely not worth that. 2 fun slides and a lazy river and waiting pool. I had a non-alcoholic can, one cucumber lemonade, and a turkey leg and it was 31$. In all, i paid 36$ and had a great time but would have been very disappointed if i had paid 25$ to enter. read more

Bought a season pass as my neighbor recommended doing it. Overall, I really like this place. It is clean and I haven't had any complaints about that. The food is expensive for what you get so I don't order anything. I also would like them to enforce the "no hogging" the inflatable tubes as there are not enough to go around. You are not allowed to bring your own. Also, with school being back in session, they have really weird hours and the website calendar is not always accurate. I will buy a season pass again next year. read more

What a score to have something like The Elmont now with open doors in El Paso and was truly beyond impressed with the amenities, services, and decorum. This is not the neighborhood pool or a hotel pool, but instead more so like an upscale pool + resort club that you'd find in Miami or Palm Springs. The staff is well attentive and very respectful which leads to everyone just being in such a good mood. There were plenty of cabanas, lounge seating, and patio tables throughout the space which made it super nice. What really stood out to me though was the sound quality of their dj stage. Waters and space were more than clean and it was not dirty whatsoever. There was so much staff bussing down everything that the location was spotless. Didn't have a chance to try their food but was told they have a pretty solid brunch experience over the weekend. I'll definitely want to come back and see how a typical experience is without a big dj performing, but I'm sure it'll be a great time. read more

Andrea and her team made everything effortless -- they were on top of every detail and made us feel completely supported from beginning to end. I had signed up to use the pool here through Resort Pass and paid about $35 for each pass. Booking was easy since Resort Pass is simple to use. The day of our reservation finally came and we were so excited. We arrived a few minutes after their opening time and the line was already long. There was one employee working the ticket / check in booth and security was there as well. I waited about 35 minutes in the sun because the party ahead of us was making their check in very complicated. They seemed to know the ticket lady well because they were having a full on conversation and laughing around.. Our turn finally came up and I showed her the reservation and confirmation number on my phone. She didn't even bother looking at it and she rudely told me that they were not accepting that. I asked her why not and she told me to rebook on a different website. SO I stepped out of line and went to the website she told me to go to and take a look. Here I was going to basically have to buy another set of tickets. There was no point of getting back in line and at this point we were hot, irritated, and the line was even longer then when we arrived.... so we left. I contacted Resort Pass right away, they refunded me my money, and they told me they were very sorry I had not been let in. They too were disappointed that the worker had told us what she said and they were going to contact them immediately. I was told to return, but I had other activities planned for the day and I did not have time. I took my daughter and granddaughter and two friends to the Elmont today. It was the first time we've gone since they opened. I would say our experience was OK. It was a clean facility and I observed a lot of workers on site. I was disappointed that for the amount of money it cost to get in, they did not provide nearly enough floats for the lazy river, and they don't enforce their policy of not saving floats by your chair to use all day long. We read the rules before we went and one of them was no outside water bottles of any kind, so of course we didn't bring any, but they apparently don't enforce this rule either. We brought a lock so we could lock some personal items up and feel the park, but the lockers that were mentioned on the website blew down last summer and have not been replaced. I got there a little after 11 and we left at three. We all had a meal there and all of the food was good. The food staff was also good. All the kids wanted ice cream before we left, but they had none. What? They weren't expecting a busy day on a Saturday? I might go back again next summer, but for the money I spent, I could easily just go to my country club.. So it wasn't exceptional like I thought it was going to be. It was just OK. read more

The personnel at the Elmont were the most disgusting people. I had the worse customer experience I've ever had in my life. The personnel treated me and my gf like garbage while we were trying to locate our IDs to get in. The security started pushing us violently when we tried explaining that we were looking for our IDs. Then threatened to remove us with another security if we didn't move. Once we found our IDs and went in, the pool service was gross. We literally found a used condom and trash. The water was disgusting and murky. We immediately left once we saw the condition. I caution anybody that goes there to please take precaution in case of the bacteria you may attract with their uncleanliness. Zero stars from me! read more

I ended up coming here because my hotel didn't have a pool and had a discount code to this one. So my brother and I came for the day while I'm visiting him in town. THIS IS FOR KIDS!! If you're anything like me and my family (not fond of children) this is a waste of your time and money. I recommend going to a nicer hotel and getting a pool pass there. The photos online made this look like they had an adult pool and then the kids pool area. Nope. All kids. I can't even read my book it's so noisy and they are everywhere splashing. Two literally jumped on me. Ew. I'm also celiac, I thought at the very least I could order some smoked BBQ or a salad, which is typically safe to go to. Nope. No BBQ on Wednesday, no salad. So you're limited to basically children's food. At least they serve alcohol so I could tolerate this while I try to get my entry fee moneys worth *eye roll*. The door staff were also super unhelpful, I booked my ticket online and never got a confirmation email or anything and they had to look up the tickets by my card number. Then we had to get searched at the door to make sure we didn't bring outside food or drinks. Good thing I snuck in my apples and protein bars though, I CANT EAT ANYTHING ON THE MENU!! The bag checkers were also super drama about a water bottle. In summation, for children run by children. If you're a *children person* congrats you have somewhere to do that. If you're a normal adult, this is a nightmare. read more

I have been twice and love the hospitality at this resort. The water park is amazing, especially the water slide and the big bucket. The staff are all so friendly seem to really care about the guest. They have a variety of foods to choose from. All excellent. Finally the bar is a great place to grab a drink and sit by the pool while people watching. Nice waterpark and really doesn't feel like you are in El Paso anymore once you enter! My biggest complaint is they have very few inflatables! The ones they do have once people get them, they literally never let them go. Taking them from the lazy river and to their seats until they leave the park. I didn't see any kids doing this, all adults. Typically when we have attended water parks in the past, once you leave the lazy river, the inflatable stays and it works because everyone has an opportunity to use one. I had to carry my 4 year old around the river the entire time we were in the park because of this. Please establish better ground rules for the inflatables if you aren't going to provide more. We were even willing to purchase an inflatable for our little one but they didn't have anywhere to do that either. read more
