Again when the presentation of the video of her life... we couldn't see because we were seated under the pillars & the screen was facing the door. Perhaps a backdrop screen covering the bar just for this presentation. The food wasn't really good; chicken with a white sauce, no vegetables and rice was not good nor attractive. I suggest you train the wait staff to address guests that napkins are not rags! A young man asked me for "my rag" because he was picking up dishes and glassware. I am a mom, grandmother and realize the young employees & understand they are learning and took no offense but other people may. For me it was funny since he pointed to my lap! We celebrate our wedding reception last month here at Madrid's Ballroom. We in fact enjoyed every…read moreminute of it! We and our guest did not want the evening to end. My husband and I wished we booked for the extra hour. I did feel coming up to our wedding date quickly approaching conversations were getting pressed last minute and questions were not getting responses until days after the fact. Which if you ever planned a big party all the small things end up adding up towards the end. So I do feel simple communication practice would of greatly been appreciated. In previous experience in other ballrooms, I did love how the staff served the guests with the drinks and food, during the dinner hour. It kept the ballroom looking elegant. versus all the guest getting up to line up for their dinner plate or having them to gather their own plates for clean-up. The staff was great, you can tell they were there to be attentive to everyone's needs and requests. When it came down to my husband and I to cut the cake. I made sure him and I cut the bottom of our cake. Thinking the staff knew to save the top of the tier of our cake for us to keep to take home. Disappointed to say they cut into the top of the 3-tier cake instead of saving it for us. The moments we did met with Mr. Madrid he was nothing but helpful to our needs and requests we greatly appreciate how he came through for us on our special day, THANK YOU

Fun concept if it was kept up especially for the price to play per person per hour…read more These are several of the issues I saw with the place: Broken ball air sucker in toddler area Missing foam balls to shoot out of canons Ninja courses not open Trampoline area- large spinner broken and missing Shoe racks hazardous- I leaned against one and it and myself almost fell over as well as I saw other patrons do the same. They need to be anchored down. Cleanliness questionable Broken locks in women's restroom and no toilet paper in several stalls They play the same music over and over ( Same 6-10 songs) It is a fun place to bring kids especially in El Paso heat but they need to fix and clean everything up or lower the price to reflect the issues stated.
