Food was good, hot and plentiful. The dining room was clean and service was quick and friendly. Wouldn't mind coming back when I get the hunger for a pizza! read more

The food on the Buffett is fresh and tasty. They were out of ice. They also ran out of tea an hour and a half before close and never filled it. It dropped literally a few ice cubes at a time and we had 6ppl. We also wondered why the kids money was going to fast in the game room til an employee told us there was a $10 you machine in there. Why? read more

Cicis Pizza - MAN THAT **** WAS SO GOOD no kids meal tho what the?! - Pizza Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

If there was a 0 start rating I would put that, the pizza cook was on his phone the entire time his attitude was horrible, everyone was shoving things around, there was no pizza on the line at all, the floors were filthy. You could tell these people hated their job. read more

From when me and my husband walked in the cashier was not smiling, didn't greet us, she acted like we were bothering her by the look on her face we didn't do her nothing but literally just enter the restaurant. I don't know if she was having a bad day but it was so uncomfortable. The pizza is different than it use to be or different from other Cicis . they should make more pizza different ways add jalapeños or something . They didn't have forks ,dressing were low for salad. The cook was nice and manager was nice . The guy cleaning the table wasn't smiling either look like he didn't like his job but he was nice when I asked him a question and he was a very hard worker. read more

The counter guy was helpful. They had no running water and the city could not get back out until Monday so they still made sure that I was able to get a pizza. read more

Typically, don't bother with these types of establishments. Buffets? How trashy...but I was practically withering away from starvation, so I decided to stop inside to indulge. The worker at the time, Fred, had a certain demeanor about him that I couldn't figure out at first. As I shut down my first plate and got up for another one, Fred noticed my concern with the buffet selections and immediately asked if I would like to have a custom pizza made...if you know me, you know I LOVE having something made specifically for me! He made sure my every request was taken care of, and he personally brought it to me! God bless America, God bless Texas, & god bless CiCi's. read more

Love this place and the staff! There one guy here (forget his name but y'all, skinny, dirty blonde hair) SUPER NICE and so attentive

The manager was really kind made the food really fresh and was steady cleaning the back always asked if everything was fine when ever I walked up to grab anything I needed!!! read more

I used to go to this place all the time when I was younger but after today I will never return. Like everyone else, I entered a smelly and dirty restaurant and was grossed out by many unsightly things but even more disappointing is the decline in quality. I haven't been here in at least 5 years so I don't know when the crust was changed but now it is doughy and flavorless. I rather 5 bucks at little Caesars and get a more quality product then 8 for all you can eat crap in a disgusting setting. read more

Hot, fresh food with kind and helpful staff! Just what we needed while passing through town!

Had a chance to visit this location a few days ago. The service was amazing. Everyone was very pleasant. The salad bar appeared to be well stocked with a variety of healthy choices. The pizza was above average. They had numerous choices and I had to go back for seconds (maybe thirds). For the price it is well worth it. read more

I used to go to Cici's all the time when I lived in Georgia and I loved it, was never disappointed. I saw this place and was so excited because I haven't had them since I lived in Georgia. The salad bar was pretty good and the veggies were fresh. The Italian dressing was too salty for my taste, but what's worse is that the pour spout was messed up and dressing squirted everywhere when I went to add it to my salad. The Alfredo sauce was pretty good, but the marinara and pizza sauce both tasted like the basic canned Del Monte sauce. On the plus side with the pizza, it looks like the slices got bigger since the last time I was there. However, the spinach Alfredo pizza was bland and dry, as was the white pizza. I wasn't impressed with the stuffed crust, but I didn't expect much for $5.99 anyway. The best pizza they had was the ham and cheddar, since they didn't have any buffalo or barbecue chicken pizza out. The apple crisp dessert pizza was good as usual, but the brownies were way undercooked and too gooey. As for the staff, it appears that none of them want to be there. I went at about 4:40ish, to try and beat the dinner rush. At about 5:05, some person comes walking in talking to one of the staff clearing tables, trying to get him to buy drugs or smoke up with him. I don't know, I heard something about weed. The dinner staff showed up at about 5:10, so maybe it's just a lack of good management here. Either way, I wouldn't recommend coming to this location; incidents like these are probably the reasons that most Cici's are getting shut down. read more

Hello and greetings fellow yelpers, I must warn you this review is not going to be pretty. I normally am a very kind yelper, giving three to four stars as I am critical but realistic. Alas, I must sadly state that this place is a greasy mess sent from the spawn of Satan himself. As I stepped in I waited 3-5 minutes for the bus boy to quickly run to the cash register and charge me, as the 5 employees working the area were chatting laughing ignoring my cousins and I. Immediately after getting rung up I realized what I stepped into, walking with my head down as everything in the salad bar seemed to be missing. The brownies are the only good part and as I scooped up bits and crumbs of remnants of the delicacy to no surprise it was stale. I sighed slowly heading back to the food area after going through a plate of stale greasy food, looked at the brownie area and an employee, expecting them to realize my concern as they simply looked at it and walked away. I wheeped inside as I tried to partake in a second helping when I realized how badly the grease was effecting my stomach. To no avail, I finished the pizza pie and took off, cursing the name of Ci Ci's and promising myself to never go back. Again I am normally a nice but hard critic but this injustice could not be ignored. read more

This is usually our favorite place to go, but they need to play closer attention to orders. I placed an order to go. It's a good thing I checked, wrong crust even though I repeated it several times. Even when we eat here special orders come out wrong. Other than that all is well. Easy fix. Pay attention to orders when received. read more

This place was packed from the moment we got there until the moment we left, yet the staff kept a positive attitude and kept the pizzas coming (and everything else). From the person cleaning the floors, to the person cashiering and answering the phone and greeting people all at once, they were all on it and in a good mood which made for a good experience. A guy named Ricardo stood out because he was guiding everyone while actually helping abs attending to people's requests. Showed good leadership! Food was good, hot and fresh. Would definitely recommend! read more

Arrived at 6:19. Tables filthy (more than 75% of them filthy), many un-bussed. Signs on each table says to take care of your own trash and plates. Busboy finally came around at 6:40 it so to wipe down tables. Men's bathroom messy too. And soda fountain was a disaster. Salt & pepper bins...how many weeks since they were cleaned out. Food was better than Calallen location, but so dirty here, we will not return. Not employees fault....thus us all BAD MANAGEMENT. Good thing there is not a "notify health department" here on Yelp. read more

I don't usually rate a one star but this establishment earned it. The food area had multiple flaws: 1. No food? Cashier didn't even offer warning/heads up (there maybe a wait on your food please be patient with us, kind of explanation) before I paid. Taking my $ and not delivering product rubs me just a little raw. The salad bar was scarce, many of the pans for vegetables were bare. No noodles in the "Italian food" area so no pasta for the kiddos. As far as the pizza goes, I saw plenty of label's of where pizza normally, goes but only empty pans and lonely spatulas to accompany said signs. I grew up in the food industry, so for me to leave a review such as this for any restaurant establishment is difficult but this is warranted. 2. Employees discussing behind food line issues/drama in the dining area. There's a walk-in, office, stockroom for that, not the dining area. The restaurant was apparently "in the weeds" and although I understand breaks are state law, if your team members need you, you usually don't just relax in the dining room and laugh, gock, you get up and give them some relief, help-"Ayuda"-for you non-Spanish speaking folks! I won't be back to this establishment or the one on Ayers. I remember the Cici's on Weber when I was a kid, plenty of memories there but my kids won't know Cici's the way I did. read more

Worst place I been at. Other Cici's employes work as a team but this place is awful. They don't have any customer service at all. First the tables that were available were dirty, and the guy that was cleaning it seem mad at the people. Second the buffet line never had pizza you would have to request it to get any good pizza. Third the staff were not courteous at all they seem mad. Don't waste your money here otherwise go get Little Ceasers read more

the pizza was bomb. The salad was so fresh I didn't even use my dressing. The service was awesome. The girl in the front was sweet an was keeping track of that salad bar always wiping it and fixing the utensils to look very clean and organized. Place was clean and kept. read more

Good pizza. Pizza dose not stay on buffet very long so you have fresh pizza. The staff are great.

I have ate here so many times that I have lost count. Everytime I eat here it is a great experience. During the peak hour it can get a little cramped and dirty, but given the circumstances it's hard to blame them. Pizza is always well cooked and never under the heat lamp long enough to lose quality. There was one manager that was unfriendly, but he didn't last long. If your in the area and want a good pizza buffet don't hesitate to eat here. read more

Smells like dirty mop water! plates are never picked up from tables so it is hard to find somewhere to sit. rather go to little ceasers.

Came in on a Thursday night around 830 and my wife had to wait for 15 minutes for them to bring out the pasta. The food counter were dirty and the whole we were there the staff didn't even wipe it. The salad bar counter were filthy with crumbs and spilled food. The worse cicis ever and will definitely not return here. Where is the management for this establishment? read more

Asked for a military discount, was told they don't do that. I had gastric sleeve and showed medical card for reduced price and was told they don't do that either. I eat less than my two year old. Went for lunch today & will NOT be back. Upon entering a Mexican man was asleep on a table & when after about 30 minutes he woke up, they did not even clean the table. HE on the other hand went to work at Cici's in his filthy shirt with greasy hair. A black man was in the bathroom stall when my husband went in to urinate & the smell was enough to gag a maggot. The man came out of the stall & did not even wash his hands and yes, he was a Cici's employee. We were so disgusted we left. read more

This location was not too bad. Only go here for the kids. The wait staff seemed nice and friendly. The desserts were good.

No cinnamon rolls the pizza was mediocre but we always come for the rolls. There were none.
