Ok, let's get this out of the way...I am powered by coffee. There is no question about it. My drink of choice-a large, 4-shot latte, skinny, extra hot, with 3 sweeteners. My average day-2 shots at home, 4-8 shots when out and about for the day, then 2-4 shots in the evening. If I can't sleep, I just make myself some coffee and then slip off to zzzzzzzzzzzz. If there is a God, on the 8th day he rested and made himself a Nespresso.

So, let me tell you about Cibo Prospect. I had stopped by here many times over the past few years as I drove by on the way to somewhere. Although not a regular, I was always cheerfully greeted, served promptly and they made a great coffee!
Now that I have moved to Prospect, I'm a regular. I am often greeted by name and they usually remember my drink, so I don't even have to order most of the time. And, like always, they make an awesome latte.
I am normally not a fan of chain espresso stores. But Cibo Prospect is run like a specialty coffee boutique - only with better service than you get in most of those places.
So, whenever I am absolutely certain that I want a great coffee in a place that's guaranteed to leave me in a better mood than when I arrived, I come here.
There is plenty of inside and outside seating, heaters outside in winter, a great staff (I've been here often enough to have been served by most, if not all of them) and FREE WIFI.
If you care about such things, I can report that they have a large bathroom too, no squeezing into a hobbit style stall to do your business.
Parking is plentiful, on-street and in a large, free public lot behind the council offices next door.
If you have been to another Cibo and not been happy (like maybe the Cibo in Norwood on the Parade--they can't even spell the word service there, much less provide it) give the one in Prospect a try. You will not be disappointed.
