This is a pretty special destination and just on the outside of city. This is great for the venue…read moreas it means parking is better. It's also quite peaceful as well. A large Venue decorated in modern decor, and some space outdoors for groups. Love the booths in the far back corner. The staff are super friendly here. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and seated. At all times you feel welcomed and you know that you will be looked after. I love a all day breakfast menu. I saw a picture of the gin cured trout and knew that was what I had to order before I arrived. It was just so pretty! I was right, it was almost to pretty to eat. I couldn't bare digging into it without taking a few snaps. The trout was cured well. I feel like it could have been cured a little longer to have a deeper flavour. Maybe more salt and sugar was needed. But, that does not mean that it was not tasty! It was really lovely. The egg was poached well, crème fraîche was a great edition and lifted the dish. An added surprise was the sea greens. I really loved them. I think that not many people are used to them, but they are really tasty. The carrots were nice, but felt a little out of place. I think what the dish needed was a sauce. The crème fraîche was great, but something with a deeper flavour or seasoning. The rest of the menu looked great! I look forward to test more items. In fact, be sure to try out the coffee. I think we may have another great coffee destination in Adelaide. They offer a couple of filter options and cold drip. I am looking forward to watch how this business develops!

Coffee Craft is the front of house for Patio Coffee Roasters. It's a cafe/coffee paraphernalia…read moreshop. They have fancy home machines & grinders, jugs, tampers etc etc. They have a large selection of beans that are roasted on site, single origins as well as special blends. They also do barista training and machine hire. I spoke to the owner Basil, and was interested to know the he has been roasting for over 20 years and was one of the first roasters in SA. Him and his staff know their coffee. They use Bonsoy and I've seen them use various cow's milk. I think they use Paul's now. Parking behind the building can be accessed from South Rd or the side street. I've even parked in the neighbouring businesses parking spots... I'm sure they don't really like people doing that though.. Overall, great ethical coffee & nice service.

Service was OK, what ruined it was what seemed like the owner and his companions were behind the counter talking loudly. I know good coffee takes time, but I was waiting roughly 8-10 mins for mine. Because I usually get it on the way to work, I want to be in-and-out as quickly as possible; which means most mornings I will not stop to purchase one because I fear it will take too long. Parking is also a tad tricky. Lastly, the minimum eftpos is $10 which mean I need to buy 2 coffees plus something small if I want to use my card. If I have no cash, it will prevent me from buying a coffee that morning. Overall though, this is a coffee place and they do damn good coffee!
