I've always seen Dr. O'Rourke, who is fantastic, and during my most recent visit, I saw Dr. Waddell. Both are very down to earth and very friendly, they listen to your concerns and answer questions thoroughly. All of the office staff are great to work with and they also explain everything. I really have no "negatives" with this practice. I recommend them to everyone!

We were 15 minutes late for the first appointment, and were told one of us could not be seen because we were late. The office receptionist was not kind to us at all; very rude. There were no other patient's in the waiting room...not a one, and no other patient's even arrived to the office for their appointment until 40 minutes after we got there. Office staff were all sitting in a back room; not busy!! We have been going to this office for years. When I called to tell them why we would not be back. I was told Dr. O'Rourke's policy is he will not see patients if they are 20 minutes or more late. We were 15 minutes late. Really!? Very bad patient/customer service. Yet they don't call back when you need to reach them. If you can make an appointment, when you show up for your visit it's disorganized and you wait forever to be seen. Then you're rushed through like you're being run through a cattle auction and harassed to make an immediate decision to buy something on the spot, even if you need to test new lenses to make sure they work before you buy a supply of them. Go somewhere else, the anxiety, stress, and judgment isn't worth it.

Finally another exam and i paid an extra $288 for lenses because I was told my prescription changed. After receiving the glasses, they still were not right. It turns out the progressive lenses were wrong. I picked up my glasses today after a few hours I noticed my nose was hurting. Well the nose pad was missing on the left side of the glasses. I have been to this place 6 times and I still have no clue if they are any good or not. I am disappointed, dissatisfied and very upset to pay $600 for glasses I have yet to wear.
