Ma tax rate 6.25. Their 6.25% tax is close to 7% then they tax you again at about .75% ... Tax 1- wrong, Tax 2- illegal

There is a problem here, one large enough to ruin a good review. Really flavorful and fresh food ruined by two things. First is presentation & packaging, second is a double taxation & tax rate at a higher percent. Three options here for preparation, wrap, bowl, and nanini. Always get the bowl, unless you want a mess on your hands. They serve in foil in foil lined bags, however the foil lined bags are so small. They will take your wrap and wrap it so tightly that it bursts and you are left with what I like to call a wet diaper wrap. The nanini, which is a grilled folded over pita bread, is taken from its half circle presentation and folded into a square, where it leaks like a cheap diaper from all sides requiring a tray and a fork and knife, and unfortunately none of these are provided. Go with a bowl and a fork. The pretty pictures of the food being served in baskets is dine by chutneys themselves. Longwood galkeria doesn't have the facilities for reusable plastic baskets, so don't expect one. Trays seemingly don't exist anymore. Let's talk tax. Taxes suck, taxing more than one should, sucky, adding another tax on top of it, skimming and extra sucky. Check your reciept your tax listed at 6.25% is actually closer to 7%, then listed below that is tax2, what is tax2? Dunno, but it is an additional .75% Thus when all is said and done you are paying 7.75% in tax, a full 1.5% over what the law says. Chutneys...are you skimming? I think you are! This was supposed to be a 2 star review as man the food has flavor... However the review by U.D. annoys me further. It is obviously the owner, only reviews the two chutneys locations, only posts quick tips about chutneys, only checks in at chutneys. The photos he posted makes the food look delightful, the squished mess you get in reality, quite a juxtaposition. Now had you let well enough alone, had you decided to just let others review you, that would have been one thing, but instead I will ream you a new #$&@hole instead. Cmon, you posted pictures of the hot table from behind the counter. You weren't the sharpest tool in the shed were you... Let me guess, the sledgehammer?

Being in such a busy area means it can get really crowded, and parking around Fenway is famously tough, so planning for takeout or delivery through their app might save you some hassle. The core of the meal is the crispy chicken tenders or sliders with that signature spicy rub. It starts mild at the lower levels but has a significant ramp. Starting at "Medium" is where you really begin to feel the tingling burn, and it jumps dramatically from there to the "Extra Hot" and "Reaper" levels. The Dave's Sauce is the perfect creamy, cooling companion to cut through that heat The chicken can sometimes be on the drier side, though the generous sauce helps. The crinkle-cut fries are a solid side, and their thick milkshakes are a popular choice for putting out the fire if you overestimate your spice tolerance. It's a solid, no-frills spot for a crave-worthy spicy chicken fix. Just know your spice level, expect a crowd (especially around game time), and have a plan for parking.

I ordered a sandwich and a chicken tender and wish that I got two sliders, it was so good! The chicken is super tender and juicy, it comes with a sauce and slaw that is fantastic and the pickles cool down the heat balancing everything out. My son ordered the mini sliders and he got jealous when he saw my regular sandwich. The slider is a full size sandwich and the mini's are bite size.

Not a bad price and quality - not great, but not bad. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito and it…read morewas only $8.95 for the smallest size which was actually enough to fill me up. The chips and pico de gallo also was $4.50 and the amount of chips was enough for an entire plate of nachos. I was definitely full after this. Chips and pico de gallo - pretty standard. The chips felt like chips from a bag instead of freshly made which would have put this over the top, but there were a LOT of chips. The pico de gallo could have been bigger for the price, but it was enough to eat maybe half of the chips and the rest I ate with the burrito. Grilled chicken burrito - I got this with pico de gallo, sweet peppers, Mexican rice, chimichurri sauce, cheese, lettuce, pinto beans, and marinated onions and the fillings were great. The chicken was moist and the flavors really melded together well, but the tortilla was a bit strange - it was pretty soggy, slimy, and a little bit gummy which was not like any tortilla I've had before in a burrito. However, it wasn't bad. It was a strange texture but it was flexible enough to hold the ingredients which were a bit wet as a whole, and it didn't rip, so I can't say too much bad about it. It didn't affect the test much but the texture was a little weird. Still, the sweet peppers were an awesome touch and there was a good ratio of meat to other ingredients. Is it the best burrito I've ever had? No. But getting full for $8.95 is pretty rare nowadays, so I'd definitely stop by here again.

Saloniki Greek is a local chain in the Boston Area that was founded in 2016, w/ this being their first location! Now they have expanded w/ 5 locations total-- Fenway, Newbury St/Back Bay, Downtown, Cambridge (MIT), & Cambridge (Harvard Sq). The first time I had it was at their Newbury St location, & it was my first time the other day trying it from here... safe to say they definitely NAILED IT! I actually think this time around, Fenway made the donuts better hahaha. It was pretty chill the day we visited so ordering was a breeze & took ~5ish minutes for our donuts to be ready. They come piping hot & are the perfect dessert for after ANY meal. I've had their gyros before but always find myself coming back for their Greek donuts, highly recommend! ***Also, if you have a Student ID, you can get a free order of Greek fries if you order either a salad, sandwich, or plate. ***
