Their customer service has been more or less for a long time, I don't know if it's because the majority are just Spanish Speakers or they genuinely don't understand everything we order but for the most part it's been ok. Recently I got off work around 3:45pm and went straight to the restaurant before going home. I noticed a HUGE improvement starting at the drive thru. A clear English and friendly voice came on the speaker. He made me feel special and welcoming. Arriving at the window a young man greeted me and repeated my order to make sure it was all correct. The brief moment while paying I asked about his working at the restaurant and he said he's been there for only 2-3 weeks. He's always in a presentable state, very caring, and even asked how my day was. In all my years going to that Jack in the Box I have never experienced that before. EVERYONE if you want to be taken care of and treated with respect always ask for Felipe in the drive thru, I can guarantee he will take care of you. I can honestly say that if he stays at that restaurant he has a bright future ahead of him. I also found out he only works from 2-10pm I think, so if you want excellent treatment go while he is working there.
