My first time back in years and the bathrooms were clean tables were wiped off plus the floors weren't sticky. It's been a min but they finally stepped up. On the other hand their Security staff seem to be on the WiFi for to long or they are talking to the staff. We accidentally received the wrong order because they were so busy, and I don't blame them. That place was packed!!! And the other customer just happened to dress the same as my brother . But of course they apologized to the other customer and handed him another order afterwards. All I can say was they tried to keep up with everyone. But I do suggest they hire a little bit more on staff.

It's more than just a pit stop; it's a cool, modern tribute to Diné culture with some of the best food on the road. The Highlight: The "Soo Big Burger" is the star of the show. You can get it on a standard bun, but the move is definitely ordering it on fresh Navajo Fry Bread. It's made with 100% Navajo Beef, and the quality is obvious from the first bite. If you like heat, be sure to add the green chile for that authentic Southwest kick. Final Verdict: Whether you're a local or just passing through to see the monuments, this spot is a "must." Great food, rich culture, and a perfectly "cool" atmosphere.

I felt the red sauce was a tad spicy for my taste, but overall the burrito was ok. The service as good and the restaurant was clean and bright. Overall the expience was good and next time we are through Tse Bonito we will stop for a burrito.

My New Mexico native boyfriend loves Blake's and we make it a habit to visit Blake's as many times…read moreas possible on each visit to his home state. This was our first time driving to Albuquerque from San Diego and we were ecstatic to learn that there were three Blake's locations in Gallup. This was the only location that serves breakfast all-day though and my boyfriend is primarily obsessed with the meatless breakfast burrito with red and green chile so we knew this would be our lunch spot. I wasn't feeling a burrito for lunch though and debated between the three chicken options before settling on the chicken strips with upgraded seasoned fries and cherry milkshake. Somehow, we had never tried the seasoned fries before and they will now become a part of our regular rotation as we loved them! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the chicken as it was just okay. I think my biggest issue though was the ranch, which was can make or break a meal for me, and it definitely broke it here. It tastes like bottled ranch and not fresh homemade ranch, like our other New Mexico obsession (Dion's) makes. I think if the ranch had been better, or if I had asked for barbecue as another dipping sauce option, the chicken would have been more enjoyable too. Luckily, the fries were delicious on their own and the cherry milkshake continues to be one of my favorite things and I'm so glad Blake's offers it as an alternative the other traditional flavors. The wait for our food seemed like it took awhile but we used the downtime to stretch our legs and take our dogs for a walk. Just don't expect this time be a quick fast food like stop.
