On a recent Sunday afternoon we were passing through Indianapolis looking for a place to have lunch…read morethat we don't have at home (Louisville) and I said to the wife, I said "Hey, can you see if there's a Jack in the Box we can have lunch at in Indi"?, to which she replied "That sounds good, let me check!". This location is right off of the expressway and it's very easy to find. It was about 1:30pm, so we fortunately missed the lunch rush. Before we even walked in I knew what I wanted, and that was those outstanding Jack in the Box tacos. There was a current promotion for 2 Monster Tacos for $3. Was I dreaming? Sign me up! The restaurant was clean and well-stocked when we arrived, aside from the drink station with, let's face it, is trashed in just about any fast food restaurant. The floors were clean, trash wasn't overflowing, and all the tables were clean. The dining room counter tops could use some attention/repair. The are cracks next to the drink machine that look like they want to be fixed. My wife's whatever-it-was burger was good (by her account). The Monster Tacos were very much worth taking a short detour off of I-65. The staff we encountered (cashier, primarily) was very nice and helpful. For the most part the staff was busy taking care of things, but during the 45 or so minutes of our stay, no one came out to take care of the dining room. Now that we know there's a Jack in the Box easily accessible during our trips to Ft Wayne and back...TACOS!

I have a serious question, is your staff just incompetent or stupid, or both?…read more I ordered your food through a delivery service, that's how I was able to get some of my money back, otherwise you wouldn't pick up your phone, terrible customer service on top of the terrible food service and terrible food. I ordered two of the potato wedges with cheese and bacon, but now somehow come with ranch, I asked for that to be taken off, and it shows on the receipt, -allergic to ranch, but that doesn't seem to matter to you as you can't read the receipt or what you're supposed to do.... I ordered a box with four tacos, spicy chicken sandwich with only mayo, " not for me allergies and all" which again shows on the receipt, obviously it came with everything else. Ordered a double junior burger meal plane, with wedges and again shows on the receipt and not received correctly. On top of this, the Dasher waited 25 minutes at your location to get my food. This needs to be addressed with the general manager and area manager as you're only one a few locations in Indianapolis and your food quality and service are terrible and will put you out of business.. I come from Texas, where there are multiple Jack in the boxes and they would all have a conniption fit with the way you put out your food. Shame on you Jack in the box and at corporate. Needless to say, I won't be recommending your company like many others especially after winning an hour for cold and wrong food thank you so much for charging me top dollar for poor food. Also really feels like you're trying to screw us with the amount of food you gave, siding shrink flat-ion., boxes of wedges were half empty .

We use to live in Mississippi and would go to Raising Canes a few times a month. Now there is one…read morein Valdosta and we can go again. I missed them. Best chicken and love the Canes sauce. Service is as expected, they are busy but people are recognizing how good they are. The inside is smaller than the store in Mississippi so seating can be tight.

I'd been itching to try Raising Cane's, however, there's really not a location near my home and I…read morejust hadn't had the opportunity. However, I've been making regular visits out to my family in Putnam County and this has allowed me to drive by the Avon location of Raising Cane's. Today, I finally got a chance to check it out. Raising Cane's is a growing chain that specializes in chicken fingers (or tenders). That's it. That's their gig. When founder Todd Graves proposed the idea in a business class, he received one of the lowest grades because his professor said it wouldn't work. Graves persevered. Named after his labrador (literally named Raising Cane), this chain is growing with three Central Indiana locations currently (Avon, Carmel, Noblesville). As noted, Raising Cane's is based around chicken tenders/fingers in a handful of different combos. They have multiple sides, serve Coke products, and have both sweet and unsweetened iced tea. They have a two-sided drive-thru, though only one side was open at my time of arrival. You can dine inside, however, on this visit I did not. I could tell the curb cuts were appropriate, however, I won't speak to accessibility on the inside. The employees I met were friendly and helpful. I was able to upsize my drink, always a plus, and my order was accurate. I tend to prefer barbecue sauce with my tenders, however, I opted to try their Raising Cane sauce. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Raising Cane's is community minded with six areas of focus - education, feeding the hungry, active lifestyles, pet welfare, entrepreneurship, and "other" (meaning they enjoy supporting community organizations and will consider "other" ideas). While I'm not quite ready to go 5 stars here, I enjoyed the tenders quite a bit and I enjoyed the small order of crinkle-cut fries. The food quality was good and the quantity was a solid meal. Employees were great, the drive-thru went pretty darn quickly, and I have no issues with calling this a solid 4-star experience. I'll definitely be back.

And often they are out of the different flavors of coke in the middle of the day. Now when I want a veggie burger meal I travel the extra miles to eat at the Burger King on West 38th street. They always make my veggie burger the way I want it, and the store is always clean. The sober employees are polite and they work well together. This Burger King stands out in comparison to the others in part because of the Hispanic manager. In the daytime he can be seen doing the same work as the other workers. He is courteous and keeps the restaurant in tip top shape. No trash on the floor, or dirty tables and the food is made right, and on time. The fountain drink machine is always in good shape too. Those are the reasons I travel the extra distance to eat there. If you've eaten at other Burger Kings and had your order messed up, or thought the employees were high on something, or the tables were dirty, then you should go to the Burger King on W. 38st and you will be pleasantly surprised. That Burger King should be used as a model for the other stores.

The chicken sandwich is EXACTLY how it's been for 20 years and there's something so comforting and satisfying about that. Their fries are thicker and better than McDonald's. Prices are decent and their ice cream machine is NEVER broken. Just this evening I placed a 45 dollar order on the app, went over to pick it up and it was ready within 10 minutes AND the order was correct! The manager was very friendly and I complimented him on their quick service. Happy customer here, will keep going back.
