Let's start with the positive. The food was excellent. Portions and toppings perfect. The place was very clean inside and out. Now, the service is opposite of these thing. From the moment the employee came on the speaker to the moment I left, the employees I encounter were very rude by being dismissive, quick to hostility, and just outright noncommunitive. The one at the speak was speaking with the customer at the window and attempting to take my order at the same time. This was not successful for he could not handle both. Then, when getting my order from the employee at the window, not a single word was said even after u said hello. Just nothing, handed me my food and just walked away. Was looking for a restaurant I could sit down in because I am traveling for five hours. This is the second Burger King that the lobby is closed the restaurant is open 24 hours drive-through only. All the lights are on, it looks like the lobby was open but it was not. Ordering went pretty quick only 6 1/2 minutes from the time I ordered till the time I got my food although it is almost midnight. I asked for a small onion ring and got fries I'm assuming the rest of my food is OK there's no going back and fixing it, would take too much time No catsup! Ask for a large half unsweet tea half lemonade, no lemonade in my drink. So now I'm gonna have to stop at a convenience store and get some lemonade or just get a different drink. Typical fast food attitude of don't care if order is correct. Two minute wait in drive up, paid and then we waited and waited for one Whopper and fries. Four different people came to the window to ask what we ordered. They tried to give us two of the wrong sandwiches. Thank goodness we continually check our orders before we leave the parking lot. We, not should anyone, have to open wrapped sandwiches in the car to confirm order. We were close to not returning to this new location but apparently someone has heard our plea's. Been there 2 weeks in a row after work. Say they are open 24 hours. Every time they state their system are down, mind you this is every day. I know it's fast food but this location needs to get themselves together. Nobody answered at the ordering speaker for like two minutes but the way the line is designed with the curbs you can't just pull away you are stuck in line once you pull in so we waited anyway. After taking the order they said pull up to the first window. Nobody came as the cars in front of us pulled through. We pulled up to the second and the person behind the window disappeared and didn't come back for a minute or two. When they came back they only gave is half the order, closed the window, and disappeared again. We sat waiting for about three more minutes. Eventually they came back and hung out and didn't open the window until my husband finally leaned over and knocked on it to tell them that we were waiting for his meal too. They didn't say anything just walked away and we waited around for another four or five minutes until they came and opened the window to literally toss a bag into the car and close the window again. This place used to be good because it would offer the whole menu no matter the time , it could be 1 or 3 am and I could get a shake at that hour and it's frustrating driving to a place and only wishing for one thing and that thing they stop selling it at that given hour if your a 24 hour fast food place it means you serve everything no matter the hour what a bummer read more

I know it's just a Burger King. What can you expect? But this... This a collection of the most rude, incompetent, third rate burger slingers I have ever come across. Tonight was the fourth, and last time I have given this place a chance. Roughly the same results as before. From the drive up I ordered 3 whoppers and a crispy chicken. The voice came back: "No crispy". I politely asked for clarification and again received: "No crispy". The "helpful" young man then read me a total with no chance to add anything else to my order. After managing to add onion rings I got to the window where, other than the total, Mr Personality said nothing to me. Minutes later he was joined by a young lady that shoved a bag through the window without a word. No onion rings. When I mentioned this, she walked away without a word, grabbed a bag and shoved it through the window, again without a word. I know this is an interstate exit restaurant. As such they get interstate traffic and do not care about repeat business. But if you are considering stopping along the way, move on to another restaurant or another exit. Between the rudeness, the mistakes, the cold food, and sandwiched that look thrown together from across the room... You can do better. read more

BAD.... CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. NO LUNCH FOR WORK BECAUSE OF HER!! WHILE MAKING THE ORDER WE ASKED FOR A LITTLE EXTRA KETCHUP AND MUSTARD SINCE ITS STILL ALWAYS DRY WHEN WE ORDER. The Hispanic female manager kept talking over us so we just went to the window. I said consistently please make sure it's not falling off the sandwich even tho they type in heavy. She got an attitude when I showed her the sandwich spilling over with ketchup and mustard and just gave us our money back after she took the sandwich back and said she needed the food back which was fine but she lied and said she was replacing it.
