Very very thick and fast cookies, very similar to crumbl. They deliver to you and it's only $3. So not bad at all, the only problem is that I live in south chandler.. so they only delivery to gilbert zip codes. I had to order it to my cousins house 6 minutes away and pick it up from the delivery person there. Mind you, the driver actually had to pass my house in south chandler to get to the gilbert address. 2 star review disclaimer- we absolutely are OBSESSED with the cookies. Which is why were so sad that the following events occurred: We regularly order from this location. Tonight we ordered through the app for delivery. It was about 9:12. Keep in mind they close at 9:30. We place the order, excited for the first box of holiday cookies we would order this season. I mean, peppermint chocolate, apple pie, how could you NOT order a box? Order goes through, no problem. We usually order through DoorDash because we have the dash pass and our fees are waived. Through the app it's $2. No big deal. However, through the app there doesn't seem to be a way to track the order so we called in to make sure the order went through and was being worked on. The employee answered and told us the order was actually ready and they were waiting for the driver. Here's where things get interesting. She then told us that they would be locking the doors and wouldn't allow the driver to pick up the order past 9:30. Hmmm...so you close at 9:30. I wonder how soon after that time do the employees actually leave the shop. Couldn't they have waited a couple minutes for the driver while they cleaned and closed up? She told us it must be a glitch to be able to order after a certain time. I happen to work in restaurant software, I just happen to know that it's a customizable option to allow orders after a certain time. That being the case, if this is the policy going forward I would suggest pushing back your delivery acceptance window through your software. I'm mostly saddened that the employees wouldn't accept even a couple minutes after 9:30 to wait for the driver. In this day and age, this type of customer service is what will make or break you. P.S. We took our business elsewhere tonight. We ordered through DoorDash to get something delivered. Place closed at 10. Order was picked up at 10:02. Somebody else was willing to stick around for our business... read more

This is my favorite jumbo cookie place! I love that they always have chocolate chip and biscoff. These cookies just melt in your mouth and are amazing when you eat them fresh. I have had these delivered to family and friends and I also ordered 100 of these for my wedding instead of doing cake! Everyone loved them and it was a huge hit! read more

However, the novelty of this company is "hot, fresh cookies delivered to your door", and believe me, when they get this right, it is absolutely worth the $13 + tip + tax. But, that's not always the case. My husband and I ordered twice this week. The first time we finally pulled the trigger, it was worth every penny. An hour later, we had hot, gooey, fresh from the oven, melt in your mouth cookies. It was a dream! So the very next night we couldn't resist ordering them again. This time, though, they showed up cold. Not even a little warm - and that's supposed to be the "selling point". We spent $30 on cookies this week, which is ridiculous in my mind, but if every experience was like the first one, I would be happy to shell out $15 per box (of 4 cookies). I was quite disappointed when I went this Saturday 3/6/20 and got a box of cookies. I've always eaten crumble and so I thought I'd try Chunk and was not impressed. Crumble cookies are always so soft and the box I got tasted like they been sitting there for at least a couple of days. So don't think I'll be back to Chunk after that experience unfortunately. Very cute place with huge cookies. They are pricey but fancy, thick, and huge. Their thing is that the cookies are warm. It's like crumbl where the flavors vary depending on when you go. Got a 4 pack to try, ordered online for pickup, and then it gives you a time it will be ready. Arrived even a little after the time and they had never glanced at my order. It's a very small place and just had two girls working. There's no where to eat inside or really much room to stand in there for in line. I ordered and paid ahead of time online to avoid the wait and close quarters during covid. Maybe it's minor but with how popular they are I hope they hire enough people to have a separate spot for online pickup orders so 1. It's done and ready to be picked up and 2. People who have already paid don't need to wait in a giant line to get up to the cashier to say I've already paid. Hopefully as time goes they'll be able to hire more and streamline this. read more

I love this cookie shop! I tried all those other cookie shops around the area only to find the middle of my chocolate chip cookie to be very doughy and grainy BUT not here. The chocolate cookie was not doughy and I LOVE how they served it warm.... Hence why in my photo the cookie was already snacked on before I remembered to take a photo and I was still in the parking if the shop.
