As good as it was, it was more than we could finish so they topped up the soup and we took home the leftovers. The pork chops were served on a sizzling platter, nice and hot. It was delicious! We barely managed to finish this one. Both dishes were perfect for the cold weather, and included rice and traditional side dishes - kimchi, bean sprouts, pickled radishes, and pickled cucumbers.
