If you go inside, just ask for fish food. They give one little cup to each person (so they don't get over fed). It's plenty enough. Our toddler enjoyed feeding them. There's no barrier or gate or anything between the patio and pond, so make sure you watch your toddler! As for the wines, we did a tasting and I honestly can't remember because Bianchi was our 3rd winery. I drank so much already and was buzz. My husband bought 2 bottles, at least I can try them at home now. They also had a pizza vendor. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Super fun winery for kids!

Lovely outdoor seating with a patio to avoid being in direct sunlight! The staff are exceptional, so welcoming and friendly. We had a blast learning about their wine and listening to live music and just having great company! We went home with a bottle of their Viognier. So good!! Will definitely look into their jeep tour next time!

The 1954 Jeep tour took us throughout the vineyard where we saw the vines up close and so many deer. Brian educated us on the wine process. He walked us through the family history as well as the history of the vineyard. Wines were great! We bought several bottles of The Crash wine. There's a good story that goes with that name and no - it's not about the Jeep. Outside the tasting room is a nice covered patio. This was our last and one of our best stops in Paso.

The whole visit struck that rare balance: polished without feeling formal, refined without ever feeling rushed or "in-and-out." Dennis has been with Eberle since 2017, and you can feel how much he cares about the place. He spoke about the winery with such genuine pride, and as you look around the tasting room at the rows of award ribbons from years of vintages, it hits you--this is a place with real history behind it. Little did we know that we lived about 10 minutes apart, found this tidbit out a in 2025, while talking to Tealy, who makes the experience at Barr second to none! This has been a favorite stop of my girlfriend, who has been a long time wine club member with Barr, from her days of driving limos for wine tasting, she always talked highly of their wines. Greg does excellent wine, across the board, from a simple Albarino to a more complex Cabernet Sauvignon or 6950 (Referring to the address of the winery), one of my favorites from Barr. The club is wonderful, where there are no added yearly fees, just good wine and discounts on wines, complementary tasting and private tours. One of the few destinations I really enjoy visiting off 46 east. The tasting room is co-located with the production facility, as you drive up through winding vineyards onto the property. The tasting room has indoor and outdoor seating. A small, bar with additional couch seating is available, while there are various Barr related items for sale. Behind the bar is where the magic is. The tasting lineup is very strong and if there are additional bottles open, you could receive a splash of something different. For me, it was the 2013 Grande Finale. Not a big dessert wine fan, but this excellent. I don't believe this is a single wine in our collection, since I've been introduced to Barr that is bad. The entire lineup is exceptional and there is usually something for everyone. for those cooks out there, I do recommend some of their olive oil. Devine! As of this review, I know they are trying to retire... again from the wine industry, hopefully Greg and Teally hang around for a bit longer, they do an excellent job when it comes to wine in Paso Robles. He chose Sculptera for us since we both preferred white wines over red (they have a seperate tasting just for whites) and this was the perfect selection. Jeff gave us a brief overview of the property and sculptures. This was a great chance to get familiar with the winery. One could spend a couple of hrs there. They had live music, a food truck, and picture boards covering the interesting history of the area. We returned to the Bianchi winery where we enjoyed another tasting of wine along with the scenery. They had seating outdoors which overlooked a coi pond with a small waterfall and fountain. Jeff took some great pictures of us along the way. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

At Sculpterra…read more... They are in the business of turning water into wine....... One grape at a time!!! Yeah, I didn't believe it either, but then I saw a sign in their vineyard that proved me wrong. It read: "Water into Wine" And now, I'm a believer! So what brought us to this magical place you ask?? Well, besides the obvious (the wine).... It was the.... ok you caught me!! We came for the wine! Yeah, we were staying at the Ava Hotel in Paso for my wife's birthday weekend (definitely check this place out if you are looking for a beautiful spot to call home away from home) And being that we were in wine country.... We wanted a nice outdoor vineyard where our kids could be outside, run around, and get all of their energy out all while Mommy & Daddy had our own little R&R time sippin' on the good stuff. And let me tell you, it was Good Stuff! When we first arrived at Sculpterra, we already knew the place was going to be a hit as the parking lot was hoppin. And apparently we weren't the only ones that got the memo that this place was THE PLACE to be as it was just a little bit off the beaten trail from where we started out... Approximately 6 miles from "Downtown Paso" (through the city limits, down the 'ol country back roads and suddenly we were in wine country!) Prior to heading to the vineyard, we did a quick pit stop at McDonalds for the kids so they had something they liked. As for me and my wife, we opted to get some of the local fare items offered on site, cause what goes better with wine than a yummy charcuterie board? I'll answer that momentarily! But wait, theres more!!!! Upon finding a nice little table outdoors to sit and relax with our wine chilled in a bucket of ice, there was suddenly music to our ears and Love to my eyes! Yes, there was lovely Live Music being played by a band and out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a food truck serving Mexican Food from a local Mexican restaurant. Remember earlier when I said what goes better with wine than a charcuterie board? Well, if you guessed a little Mexican Food, then you are oh so right, but only in moderation! So in order not to ruin the good vibes of the beautiful vino from Sculpterra, I opted for just one taco and a cup of their poblano soup and man was it fire. The soup was piping hot and it had a kick of spice that made me spice from ear to ear. As far as the wine, the vineyards vibe and the entire aesthetic of the grounds, Sculpterra Winery & Sculpture Gardens (the vineyard was adorned with many abstract and contemporary pieces that are all photo worthy), this place checks all the boxes. The place is kid friendly as there is plenty of space, both indoors and out, with areas for the kids to throw a ball, run around, or even learn to play a g as a game of chess. She treated us kindly and didn't rush us at all. I have a newborn and a toddler, and both were welcome inside and at the bar (we stood). She let us try most everything and we ended up with almost a case of bottles. As someone who works in the industry, I so appreciate the excellent customer service. Tobin had all the funky 90s charm one wants. Their wine was not bad! I especially liked the rock n roll Syrah. The classic Zin (what they're known for) is quite jammy so keep that in mind.
