I told them that I ordered from the door dash app, like the Facebook post advertised. They then said nobody had contacted them for an order. I'm assuming a driver, which is not their fault. With my experience with door dash usually the store/restaurant will notify you if something you order is not available. I probably would have just went and picked it up, but due to the one item that I ordered from the app not being available and already waiting a long time I just went ahead canceled the order. I have ordered straight from their website in the past with no issues. I know DoorDash is new to the store and I hope for the future that issues like mine are resolved sooner.
