Had reservations for supper. Was greeted and seated promptly. Our server was very nice and attentive the whole time. Salad bar was well taken care of and filled. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and relaxing. Our food was very good. I had the Forest Inn Steak Bourbon style with Garlic Mashed potatoes. Very good will be back.

We arrived a 1/2 hour after they opened on a Saturday night and the parking lot was pretty full. The restaurant is handicap accessible once you get in the front door, but you have to be able to open the door without help. When we went in we told them there were 3 of us and we had a reservation and we still had to wait to be seated. The lady at the register was not friendly and definitely not welcoming especially if you didn't have a reservation so I would recommend calling ahead for a reservation. Our server was right on top of things and did a good job making sure our food came out hot, fresh and just how we ordered it. The food was very good. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, a 1/2 chicken with baked potato, and a whole rack of ribs also with a baked potato. The meals included a very nice salad bar and a bread basket. Prices are right in line with all the nicer restaurants in the area.

We got a resevation a week before, and it was a good thing. This place books up quickly, so if you want to get a seat, CALL FIRST! We arrived several minutes early out of respect to assure if they had an opening, we could be seated. Our seating was perfectly aligned with our reservation. We had a nice seat in a long room, with typical western regalia on the walls and ceilings. I should note the servers who were on the tall side were experts at tipping their heads to avoid the lighting. We started with an order of Flaming Saganaki (the sign does say GREEK Steak House) which arrived at the table sizzling, and created quite a large flame when it was lit up with a hearty OOOPA from the servers. It tasted as good as saganaki usually does of course. The salads came out, and were quite good. You have your choice of dressings, which were more than enough to cover the salad. I failed to mention the bread and butter, which while not pictured, were very good. The entrees came out - my wife had ordered the 20 ounce Prime Rib, and it was beautiful. I honestly had second thoughts about my Filet order her Prime Rib was so spectacular, and fortunately for me, she took pity on my eyes and gave me a few chunks to enjoy. The Filet Mignon was perfect. So tender, so juicy, and well-seasoned. I cut it in increasingly smaller pieces to enjoy it more. We really enjoyed our visit, and we believe you'd enjoy it too!

We ordered the saganaki to start, which was flambéed table side and it was fresh and delicious. We shared the porterhouse and the lamb chops (which were loins, not ribs) and there was an extra $8 charge on shared plates. The porterhouse was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The filet portion was my favorite part. The lamb loin chops were very thick and came with 4 large pieces. Each order came with a side salad or soup, and some type of potato, with many options to choose from. I love the Greek influence on this steak house restaurant. This is a great place to celebrate a special occasion or for a nice dinner.

You see, my husband has been confined to a nursing home with dementia. Tonight was our anniversary and for many years, we've celebrated at Prime Quarter. As I sat there, crying while looking at pictures, Jessie and what was wrong and listened. I told her about my husband, my anniversary and that I will never get to spend another one at their steakhouse with him She constantly checked on me, always asking if I was ok and did I need anything. When I went to pay my my dinner, she said that it was paid for and brought me a piece of cheesecake to bring home. Then she hugged me, told me that everything will work out and that she would pray for me and my husband. This simple act of kindness brought even more tears. The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable, but tonight, Jessie went above and beyond to comfort me. Thank God for people like Jessie, who in a simple act of kindness, can help a person when they are in despair. Thank you Jessie. Other than having to deal with a freight train that stopped on the tracks right as we were trying to get to the restaurant from the theater, and having to go way out to the west end of town to get around it, everything about our experience was superb! I'm pretty sure we were seated by the owner, who was amazing to talk to. You could tell she loved what she did and what they provide to their customers. She put us in the charge of the bartender, who brought our drinks, took our orders, and checked on us regularly throughout the meal, even though she was doing double duty. We had a large lunch, so we weren't going to eat much for dinner. As soon as I read the menu I realized I was going to have a hard time deciding, but I love cinnamon ice cream, so I knew I needed to leave enough room for dessert. I ended up ordering the grilled cheese, which came with bacon (hold the tomato), and the homemade chips as my side. Everything was delicious. I brought half of my meal home, and it was just as delicious when reheated with my air fryer a few days later. My husband had the Acres Pretzel, which was huge and yummy. (I had a bite to try it!) The cheese sauce with it was thinner than expected, but very good. We started out with a Manhattan for me and some Lena Brewing caramel pecan coffee stout for him. Mine was perfectly crafted, and I took a sip of his, which was also yummy. In addition to my cinnamon ice cream, we each had a dessert drink. He had the Chocolate Caramel Kiss, and I had the Banana Bread. Again, very yummy. The cost of all of this came to under $75, which we thought was marvelous. Coming out from the city, the prices here are definitely more reasonable and much appreciated! We have this restaurant on our radar now, so anytime we are out this way again, we will head there. We are already making plans to come out and see a show next summer, if not before that. To the owner and all the other staff, thanks for such a lovely experience! You have a wonderful establishment!
