Buy one pair of shoes that had a black tag and get the other pair 50% off. Now that was quite a deal. Couldn't pass that up so I got a couple pairs of new shoes for school. The staff was really nice and very helpful. If we asked to see if they had another size they checked on it right away. Quick service. They had new bright colored shoes like pink, orange and ranged from camo to the traditional black converse, that I personally like the best. They go with any outfit! If your looking for a new pair of shoes and like good quality service with a smile come here and give this place a look. :)

When I entered the shop, the staffs were busy tidying the items but one staff immediately came help my need. So it took me 3mins to check-in and drop the bag and got the cash back for 2 out of 4 items. I waited for less than 10mins for the staff to check the items( there are several items before mine) and was told how many items they could take and kindly let me know why the others they couldn't take ( they gave the explanation of the handbag, then after I asked for one dress they did take, they also kindly let me know why) Overall this is a pleasant experience selling something I don't need or wear for long time for some extra cash. The plus is that in their shop they have so many varieties of good stuff. I will definitely return to buy the next time when I need something and sell if I have some clothes/bags no longer needed.

Keith and Team were presented with an impossible challenge, and rose to it. Late the week of 1/20…read moremy son, the Marine, lost his great grandmother. By serendipity, he was on home on leave during her passing, and agreed, when asked, by his grandfather, the Airforce Vet, to cancel his plans, drive 8 hours, and be present and uniformed at the funeral. Great Grandma married an Army Air Corpsman after a whirlwind romance in 1942. She would have been quite impressed by the uniform. After all, she kept the last one over 50 years. In packing on Sunday night for a Tuesday morning funeral, our Marine became aware that his SIZE 14 patent leather shoes had not made the trip with his blues. Because Grandpa was so appreciative of his presence, that he assigned him pall bearer duties, ONLY the dress blues were appropriate for the event. I began first thing Monday morning calling any store in the KC area that had a sliver of a chance of fixing this problem in 24 hours or less. Keith and his staff answered their phone - no phone tree. They knew their inventory, their rental and sales abilities, and they jumped into action. When I arrived at 0930 the next morning, they had a plan A, a Plan B, and epic customer service and attention. I have blanked out the Marine's face as it was taken after the funeral. After fulfilling his duties at Mt Washington Cemetery, uphill, during a week with a rather lot of moisture, his shoes are no longer in regs... but they certainly completed the mission.

If I had written this review 12 months ago, ATC would have been decimated!!…read more As a former record store manager in the 90's, I too had to browse through items that customers brought in to sell and determine if we needed the product based on quantity on hand, demand for the product and the quality of the item; then determine a cash vs. trade amount to be offered. I spent an afternoon cleaning out a closet and several drawers putting items into three seperarte containers - trash, donate, and take to ATC for trade in. After depositing my large bag on their counter, I started shopping. I found several items that I knew I needed - including a KC Current cap that I still wear religiously. Guesstimating that I had enough trade in value to cover my few selections; I was humiliated when then they said that they couldn't use anything I brought in. Cash value - $0, trade value - zilch. I now realize how those customers that brought me in EZ listening LPs from their parent's collection, or metal / rap cassettes that they were tired of felt when I handed them back there items and stated, "no thanks". I'm over my hostility and realize I'm no longer the generation that is influencing the culture or marketplace. Alas! Today I picked up a couple of plaid shirts for fall at $6 each and a $1 KC brewery shirt in the bargain rack. I walked away happy with my bargains, yet feeling slightly obsolete.

Love me some Cole Hann!…read more Cole Hann started using NIKE Air technology in their shoe designs several years ago. It is a godsend to girls who still want the killer heels without all the stabbing pain. Not all the Air designs are winners, but there are always a few each season that hit the mark.
