I was pleased that the Saucony Guide was top of the category, and well,I have good taste. He bought out 3 pairs of shoes, including the Saucony, which I decided on. I might not even have to wear my plantar fascitis orthotic cause the shoe has orthotic support. I also loaded up on good socks. This store is clean, pretty and you should check out their wall of run tickets. This is where i will go when I need my shoes. The staff is knowledgeable and really knows their topic. Both of these shoes have exhibited the same problem; the sole is separating from the shoe and after very little actual use. We understand the limit of returns/exchanges is 30 days and under normal circumstances do understand the policy. We were given the New Balance phone number which we appreciated but I would have expected the store to take a more active role in addressing this with New Balance on our behalf. We purposely bought locally to support business in Lee's Summit but given this experience, we might as well buy on-line.

The stores are mostly smaller versions of what you would find at Oak Park or Independence center. This place is a decent stop off to kill some time but if you really want shopping you need to go to the larger stores at other locations. There is one bright spot, Macy's. Why? This store is genius. In this unassuming store they have placed a Starbucks, an oasis for men waiting for their wives while they finish shopping. The mere act of selecting flip flops can take a woman over two hours -this is a fact. For the first time in my life I sat down and enjoyed an anchor store comfortably without pressuring my wife to go. This alone gives the entire area a bump to three stars. Of course, its small enough my wife can't find what she's looking for and we end up driving over to Oak Park anyway.

I believe in order to get the coupons in the mail, you must have a store credit card. This is the only credit card I have (other than one through my bank that I use strictly for gas), but it's well-worth it for the coupons!

Additionally, there were clothes I brought that, with the right accessories, such as a shrug, could easily be fall clothes because of the colors. At first, I told them to donate my clothes, but after giving it some thought, returned and took them back. I wish the girl yesterday would have told me they are only accepting fall clothes. I would have gone through the box and pulled out the fall pieces right then and there. Instead, I feel like they didn't go through the box in its entirety and my time as a customer was not valuable to them.
