Of course they had all types of apparels, shoes, accessories and sports goods for men, women and kids. The items in this store had discounts up to 40%. Few more items had additional discounts on top. We found a pair of shoes for our daughter that costed only $20 for original price of $47. I found ankle socks 6 pack too that had 25% discount. The line was short, so we had to wait less than a minute for checkout. It was a quick process. Stuff members were friendly. Overall had a wonderful shopping experience here.

The parking is non-existing since the street has been redone, causing area employees/residents to utilize customer street parking for the most part, since cars are parked there for hours on end. The man, before even saying hello looked over his eyeglasses and said I could get an $800 ticket for multiple parking violations for my parking actions. After leaving my shoes with him I asked him where parking was located for customers and he said "all over" and became visibly upset about. When I returned the next week, I felt he was still upset or maybe just has bad customer relation skills. Maybe he doesn't like people who wear black shoes...I don't know but I would not recommend anyone visit his store or if you do- wear white shoes.

But, now that they've consolidated to one location, it's out of control. Today (Feb. 7) I pulled up 45 minutes before they open and there are 18 chairs lined up to save places in line. There are 20+ people, standing behind the chairs, braving the cold. Why does RR allow this to happen? Shouldn't everyone be required to stand in line? Talking with others, if this isn't fixed soon, we'll find a new way to spend our money.

If you are looking for cowboy boots, this place should be on your list. They also have shirts, pants, suit jackets, and belts. Most of the items here are men's, but they do have some women's boots, shoes, and clothing as well. The store is clean and well organized, and has convenient hours. The parking system up to now has been easy to navigate and validate at any shop. The new "frictionless" parking system is an obnoxious data grab, irritating to set up (I do not want to make an account for every place I park), and impossible for people who choose not to have a smartphone on them at all times (me). :) I'm sure it cost a lot to implement, but every person I've talked to has also found it frustrating. Will be ice skating elsewhere from now on and choosing alternative parking from the crown center garages whenever possible.

The Crown Center is a family friendly shopping and entertainment spot. Mostly clean and well…read moremaintained space. There are shops like Hallmark, Crayola, Starbucks, convenience store, tea store, souvenir store, Halls (luxury store, mostly expensive goods), local KC good store and so many different restaurants. The hallway connects it to entertainment places like Hallmark visitor center, Kaleidoscope, Sealife and Lego Center. In the plaza they also had ice rink and Christmas decorations. There's indoor parking, street car stop and Union station (minutes away) for guests. Throughout the day, lots of tourists, including families with kids visit this center. The restaurants have varieties like bbq, pizza and sandwiches. Sheridan's frozen custard is a really popular ice cream store. It is also connected to Westin hotel via passageway. I did struggle a bit the signs and directions. There were not clear in some corners. Security personnel are available throughout the plaza, we took some direction help from them. But overall it's a prime spot in KC.
