Both of these shoes have exhibited the same problem; the sole is separating from the shoe and after very little actual use. We understand the limit of returns/exchanges is 30 days and under normal circumstances do understand the policy. We were given the New Balance phone number which we appreciated but I would have expected the store to take a more active role in addressing this with New Balance on our behalf. We purposely bought locally to support business in Lee's Summit but given this experience, we might as well buy on-line.

They accept major credit cards, as well as cash for any purchase. Since they are inside the shopping mall, there is genuinely plenty of parking for you all to park. Not sure if Kansas City's public transportation comes through this area or not, but best bet would be to have your own rental car or have uber / lyft app on your phone for quick and easy access for on demand rides. For the most part though, I was satisfied with my purchase and got a 20% discount too. It was around the price range I was looking for - after the discount. If you are looking to start a fitness program for your health, starting that couch to 5km program, or even half marathon or marathon training, consider coming to the Gary Gribble running sports here in Overland Park to discuss your running goals and they can get you into that comfortable training shoes to get you started on the path to a healthy and inspirational success. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Renner's. I was told I could pick them up in 3 days for a charge of about $18. I'm so impressed with the result! The toplifts look and feel sturdy. Even the scraped heels looks better after the damaged areas have been blackened to match the rest of the heels. Will return to Renner's for my future shoe repair needs and recommend them to anyone else!
