Helpful employees that measured, tracked and suggested the right fit for my needs. Always a bonus, especially cause I have a tendency to check prices first and go for the cheapest, but maybe not the right choice. Speaking of prices, very reasonable in comparison to other running stores I've used in the past. Started a new account that will keep track of my spending and reward me after a few purchases. Always makes me feel good to support local over big chains. Another bonus, it's next to Foggi's Ice Cream...you know, cause you plan on running off those calories.

When I returned them within 30 days, I learned this store only gives store credit, no refunds. The employees were dismissive of my concerns, showed little care about the injury, and one employee even laughed and told me I should shop elsewhere if I didn't like their policy. So rude and unprofessional. This place is just another highway robbery dressed up as a shoe experts. As a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed. I was forced into store credit against my wishes, and this experience has completely broken my trust in the business.

I will buy from this store over and over again after that experience (and send everyone with good taste in shoes that way too ;-) ) Thank you Kim and Charles! We would give you 6 stars if we could.

I took a photo of the view from the parking lot, but when I got inside, I was so busy shopping I forgot to take photos! I did include a photo of the nice autumn sweaters I purchased. The prices actually seemed a bit better since the last time I went in, which is surprising, considering most prices have gone up in other stores in the last year. I found a good selection of clothing that I found attractive and tried on and then shows my selection. I was mostly in the women's section and the house goods, and women's shoes section. They have a lot of dressing rooms to use that are in good condition without clothes left in them. The woman who works at the dressing room section is very determined that she's going to count the clothing and you're going to return the correct amount. They also had a good variety of HomeGoods that were reasonable as well. The cashier was very nice and efficient and I had an overall good experience. It's been six years and this Target is still standing, so time for a fresh look. I maintain that…read moreit's a fairly standard Target, chock full of what you'd expect to find at any of their locations Nationwide. The parking lot is still a massive disaster IMO, especially with how it bottlenecks at the entrance, though to be fair to them, I'm not sure what else they could do to fix it. What does work here is that the lot is huge so you'll at least find a spot, even if it's a tad bit stressful getting in and out. Now, why bump my rating up to four stars? Primarily because they've done a really excellent job of continuing to improve this location. Everytime Target seems to come out with a redesign this spot gets it pretty fast, and not only do they implement it seamlessly but all redesigns seem to really work here. Now, this Target is no longer my primary Target, but I do still visit here from time to time and one other thing it has going for it is that I feel like I have fewer issues here in general. It could be the nature of me not coming here as frequently, but I can't think of a time that I've had a negative interaction with a staff member, them being out of stock with something, or waiting too long at checkout. Overall, once you get past the parking, I think this is a very solid Target, and it's super conveniently located once you pop off of the highway as well.
