We bought a used 2023 Chevy Silverado from Chuck Nash Chevrolet and we also bought the extended warranty, and were told that we could get a free key fob replacement if we lost one. My husband lost one of the fobs, and we filed a claim to get the replacement. The claim was approved November 26. We were told by the parts department that the fobs are back ordered and they would contact us when it is available. We have heard nothing. We could order one on Amazon and it would be here January 6.Why can't the dealership do the same thing? Now they are not returning our phone calls. read more

Would've left a review before, just based on our experience buying last Feb of 2022, but I didn't. For starters, there were some sensors that came on, nothing major, but still we were buying the truck used, but wanted them to fix that. We also told them it had something leaking, weren't sure what. They claimed they fixed it all. The sensor light came back on a few miles after we left the dealership. We took it back, they claimed to fix it again. To this day, that sensor light still comes on and when we had a Ford dealership look at it, they said it still had the original part and had never been fixed. Fast forward to now. We started having a rattling noise when you start the truck, so we took it into Ford. It's the cam phasers, which would've been under warranty due to a recall, but the truck had been fixed 3 times prior for it so it voided the warranty. We took it to our friend mechanic to fix it at his shop instead of paying over $4000 to Ford for them (to put the exact same part on to have it break again) and he's putting better quality parts on it. However. We just received a call from the mechanic. He says there is Silicone all over inside where they "fixed" the leak and it was was a coolant and oil leak, so it had started leaking again due to their "fixing" it. Plus, let me just say how nice they were at Chuck Nash when my husband bought it....until the papers were signed. Then they completely changed their attitude and didn't want to be bothered with the things they told us they would fix. We've had it a year and a half and already spending thousands on stuff that should've been fixed right before they sold it. Won't be going back for sure. read more

Got my favorite car from this place a few months ago. Salespeople were all very friendly and helpful. Loan specialists got me a great deal on an awesome car. Followed up with an oil change and the folks over in the service center were just as professional and prompt as they could be. Even the detailer ROCKS!!! WAY TO GO CHUCK NASH!!! I wrote a review yesterday and it was removed...it may be driven by the fact that I mentioned, by name, the excellent service we received from another dealer whose sales team treated me and my wife as a part of the negotiation and did not handle us from behind a smoked glass wall while sending a "messenger" back to the sales desk each time leading with the words; "So here's the deal". The "messenger" at Chuck Nash Preowned was a nice young man by the name of Steven. The "man behind the glass" sheepishly avoided us at ever turn...we would look at him while he was bird dogging the messenger after being told what to say and when when we would try to catch eyes with "the man behind the glass", he would sink in his chair. The last time Steven was sent out, the message was clear that what was offered....which was the sticker along with a very poor trade in price (low end of range of vehicle first rated as very good condition)...was the deal unless we wanted to come off our number. Bottom line was that on a $35k truck we would have to increase our number by an additional $2k from a price we had already lifted by $1k. The "messenger", Steven, said that "he" (we knew that to be the man behind the glass) "may...may come off $500 but that was it". We looked to the smoked glass wall approx 20 feet away to see ^the man behind the glass* shrink back into his chair and divert is gaze back to his computer. We expressed that we did not expect this routine, said our good-byes and left knowing who had wasted two 120 nile round trips for a joke of a sales process. My 2 stars go to the polite "messenger", Steven. If I could, I would give a zero to the over-all sales process and poor culture or lack there of that we observed while on-site. Damian in the repair shop began telling us the repair wasn't covered BEFORE they bothered to take a look under the hood!
