He seemed like a very honest person, so I let him do the repairs. He did a very good job, and meet all my expectations. I called this dealership and was given a fairly reasonable price that was $300-$400 cheaper than the other competitors. They had to order the part which came very quickly (1 day). As soon as it came in, I was able to schedule a service appointment. I made it for 8am but got there early (7:15 am) and Bonnie starred my paperwork. I left to eat breakfast and came back (1 hour later) and I sat in the waiting area for about 20 minutes and my car was done. I was so happy considering the fact that I thought I'd be there all day! I'd definitely recommend anyone bring their car here to get serviced. I will be driving past the dodge dealership here in New Braunfels and take my car here for future service needs.

This caused the car to not function well so we had to stop the car at the side of the road. After a guy recommended my friend to call these mechanics, she did and we do not regret it. They were so nice and funny. They really were helpful. They came and towed the car and took it to the shop. They had to drain the tank in order for the diesel to get out of the system. They were quick!! The cop had told us that we might have to wait a day or to, but no, they did the job in 1-2 hours. They also gave my friend a discount because that's how nice they were, and they did an amazing and fast job. If I lived in Luling, these guys would be my go-to mechanics. They seem to actually care about their customers and their cars!

Tony the shop owner spoke to me himself after they dropped the tank he gave me a quote of 140 to 160 for the labor, he then ordered the wrong part, after a couple of days my husband had to order the correct part drop it off to them so they could finally get started. They later call my husband telling him they need a certain tool for them to complete the work, as if now it was our responsibility to buy tools for a damn shop!! Somehow they managed to figure it out and the car was ready for pick up...husband shows up to the shop, and they bill him not 160 not even 200 but 280!!! That's right..280 knowing that we just wanted to be done with these people he paid and brought the car home...only to later get the call from the mechanic letting him know that they billed incorrectly and now there was a hold on our debit card for 560 WTF!! The car was picked up Thursday afternoon and by Friday my son noticed the terrible sound the car now has when it's coasting...a sound that had NEVER been there before..like something is loose...of course we'd rather pay someone else to look for what I'm sure these con artist left unscrewed on purpose...NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I do business with thise shop again..I hope sharing our terrible experience with them will help others avoid the same mistake.
