I couldn't believe the amount of fries I got in my order. I had to do a double take. Unbelievable

Sticky shoes, sticky shoes Always makes me smile Sticky shoes, sticky shoes Next time I'll avoid the pile... None sticky floors for the most part. One of the larger CEC we've been to. The service was a bit slow for a birthday no one came over to the table to take the order so our party went to the counter to do it. There is a trampoline area as well as play pen. You need to pay extra for that. They did have a few games for toddlers in the middle. Is it me or did you used to get more tickets for skee-ball back in the day? There were a few of the games not in service. Not to mention the photo car had left a bunch of photos all over the floor. Nothing like your kids faces all over. Food was what you'd expect. Pizza was pizza and baby wings had more bone than wing. Kids enjoyed it always the best part of anything. Shoes didn't stick to the ground like suction cups another plus. God bless

My husband and I brought our girls here for my oldest daughter's 4th birthday. I hadn't been to a Chuckee Cheese since I was a kid, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There have been so many changes but for the most part it's still the same. A lot of games, a playpen area, dining area, food section and of course the ticket redemption area. My girls spent majority of the time playing in the playpen area. They played some of the games, but we noticed a lot of the games were not working so that was a bummer. We took a lot of photos in the photo booth. I miss the animatronics band they used to have when I was growing up in the 90s. I knew they got rid of those years ago, but it was always one of my favorite things about Chuckee Cheese. We didn't end up eating here so I can't say whether the food is good but overall, I would say it's a good place to bring your kids for some fun.

Came to celebrate my son's birthday. The tables closest to the entrance were dirty. I asked to borrow a towel and the young lady came to clean the tables, but didn't wipe the chairs. The food took over an hour. The two times I approached the window, I saw the guy fixed his sweaty hair by using his bare hands to move it to the back. (I hope he uses globes to fix the food.) The kitchen doesn't communicate with the front so the people in charge of giving out the salad plates didn't know we ordered a $16.99 salad on the app and wouldn't give us a plate. There are no napkins at the tables. We all know the claw machines are manipulated so that they don't have the strength to grab anything, but the scam goes beyond at this place. $3 for 1 try $5 for 2 and 5 for $10. I put in 2 $5 dollar bills which simple math would say I get 5 plays. We only got two plays. I went to the manager and explained that I put in $10 but only got two plays. She gave me 2 plays. A good customer service person would have said, I'll give you the 3 plays but next time it must be a $10 bill to give you 5 plays, but no. She said it was clearly stated there. I took a picture and it doesn't say that the bills need to be exact amount. Chuck E. Cheese needs to learn his moves and be more enthusiastic! What a disappointment.

I recently visited the new Chuck E. Cheese location in whittier, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. I love that the new location is so close to home. The ninja run and trampoline area are such a nice addition. There's also an employee there ensuring everyone is playing safe. For a Check E. Cheese it was very clean, and at this time all the machines actually work, which is a nice touch. However, I did notice that the service could use some improvement. The staff seemed a bit confused and overwhelmed at the register where you purchase your tap cards and food, it was a weekend so it was very busy. But for now, I'll definitely be back for the food and convenience!

Dry with no sauce or cheese ..!

The cooks name is Ruben, but he doesn't know how to make a pizza. The manager's name is Amber and she's very rude. I took a picture of my pizza. You'll be the judge of it. Dry with no cheese is my opinion there's are other better locations these people here don't know customer service. There's another person working here. Seems like she's somebody she understood what the situation was, just found out her name is Amy she's a manager also, but they didn't care about the situation, and didn't bother to say anything or try to help. The place is not that big neither save your time and money go to another Chuck E. Cheese

New CEC location in Whittier. I wanted to come while it's new and clean; it didn't disappoint! This location is still fresh, but I'm curious about how it will age over time. So much is the same from my childhood and so much is also different. I appreciate the easily reloadable tap cards, which makes regular visits seamless. We've been 3x and surprisingly, there haven't been too many people, tables and games are accessible. The staff is young, but kind and professional. Prices have gone up, so buying the monthly pass definitely makes sense. Food is good. Different than back in the day, but on par with what you'd expect from CEC.

Make sure your whole group is together before start time so you all play at the same time and no one misses out. Our group was a bunch of 5/6/7 year olds and the group they played against was 10-12 year olds so I felt like that was a little unfair but no one got seriously hurt so that's all you can ask for. My least favorite part was the arcade. Some of the games weren't working so that's a bust. Our kids were too young to use the VR game so it would have been nice if they got to ride the bumper cars twice instead of just losing out on that. On top of that there was only one person staffing the VR game, the mini bowling and the bumper cars so it was like 10-15 minutes between each option and there were only maybe 8 bumper cars so when there's a line the kids had to wait about 20 minutes just to ride the bumper cars. There were lines for the bumper cars and the VR so no one used the bowling because there wasn't enough staff. The pizza was fine, I believe you can order other stuff outside the party pizza if you want.

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Of course, the place is already quite dirty as it is, especially since it's closing soon. Some of the rooms were cool. I like the balloon room and the lights, but some people should really read the rules. First off, this family blocked the stairway to get in. And one of the family members was this short, big guy who was just running in the balloon room in circles and popping all the balloons and kicking them around up over the walls. Now that's fine, but then me and boyfriend tried to make our way in and another couple too, were there. He continued to kick up a bunch of balloons, while me and another person was trying to take pictures. He even accidentally knocked down his daughter in the process. He was extremely obnoxious and even joked about it with his family members, who just laughed and took videos. Now most of the interactive stuff was bad. It was gross for the most part due to all the germs, dirt, and hair. The balls and balloons all have random dirty smears of brown and orange on them. The ball pit was very dirty. I assume they're not planning on sanitizing any time soon due to the exhibit closing down. Anyways, we go into the light room and the worker says stay in the path and don't the lights. After two minutes, all of a sudden these three kids run in and start going into the lights and grabbing them, she stares and doesn't say a thing to them. These kids are super rowdy so I say something, and then she says oh, yeah don't do that. Pretty useless in my opinion. Most of this stuff is geared towards kids, but my bar was already super low. Do not spend your money here. Go somewhere else.

Plenty of parking made everything really convenient. I actually used to come here years ago to volunteer with the Special Olympics bowling team, and I can definitely say they've done quite a few updates since then. The space feels refreshed and more modern while still being comfortable and welcoming. We ordered pizza, fries, and both bone-in and boneless wings. Everything was surprisingly good for a bowling spot, definitely better than expected. The food quality honestly caught me off guard in a good way. The music wasn't overly loud like some other bowling alleys I've been to, which made it easy to talk and enjoy the event. While I probably won't come back regularly due to the distance, I'd absolutely attend another event here if one is hosted. Overall, great experience and a fun place for group events!
