Pizza is a lot better than it used to be back in the day but it has gotten very expensive. Also, if you want to do the trampoline, you have to buy a pair of socks for each which is $10 each and when you come back you have to buy a pair of socks for each child for $10 again. so you end up with a ton of Chuck E. Cheese slippers socks. that is ridiculous. End up with a dozen socks if you'd like to come here all the time. I don't think we'll be coming very often because that's too expensive. I went to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday with my grandchildren, and had a wonderful time playing and enjoying their pepperoni pizza. I really want to give special recognition to two of the employees. Jesus and Zim were absolutely incredible. They went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of, and helped out when my three year-old granddaughter, was afraid of Chuck E! It's so unusual to see employees go above and beyond nowadays, but both Zim and Jesus deserve the recognition. read more

The staff is seriously so rude... unbelievable. If you don't enjoy working in these kind of environments then I don't know what you're doing. No one would even ask if I needed anything while standing at the register, staff would literally walk by and ignore every single person waiting to be helped. Same with the rewards, kids take time to pick and choose with is completely normal, what is not normal is for the staff to just stare at the kids while they choose instead of helping the rest of the people/kids in line while there's more than one register for that. The staff here were not properly trained. My friend and I came together for the buffet. The counter person took so long to ring her up and did not tell her until after she paid that the buffet was finishing in ten minutes which translates to 4 slices of pizza for her and a child. She changed to a salad bar which took another 30 minutes to set up! I had a sandwich, not bad and a kids meal. He did not tell me until after I paid that I could not get pepperonis on the kids Pizza bites. The counter people moved at a glacial pace. Don't come for the food. I have to say this is one of my favorite Chuck E cheese's. The service was awesome the staff was friendly. They made everything so nice and easy. And the food was delicious the pizza came out fresh and the cake was awesome. We didn't make reservations we had to change our plans at the last minute for my nephew's 10 year birthday and we marched in there had a table great service and games for 2 hours! Be warned! Over the past week my husband took my 4 year old son to Chuck E. Cheese and my son got hurt incredibly bad. My son wanted to ride one of the rotating rides in the back and when my husband went to pay the ride said "out of time". My husband then told my son they were out of funds and it was time to get off. As my son was getting off the ride, it turned on and started moving. There was a glitch on the ride! My son ended up falling off the ride and landed right on his face. His front teeth caved in and he was bleeding all over the place. We immediately took him to the ER where they did CT scans and informed us we would have to go to the dentist for an emergency extraction. My son ended up losing one of his front teeth, the other is loose and his lips are bruised. We will have continuous dental visits + bills due to this incident. This is to warn other parents to BE CAREFUL. We've had many cases where games didn't work property there but for a ride to glitch and cause my son such trauma is horrible for all of us. read more

Ill be honest. I haven't tried the food. I can't bring myself to eat at a place so filthy. I've been here several times, I have a 3-yerd-old who adores Chuckie and gets a kick out of all the games. If this place was cleaner and had working machines id give it a better score. The employees are nice but they are very understaffed. I'm updating my review. Previously I had given it 2 starts, but now it doesn't even deserve one. The "token" prices have changed. You get 3 on the dollar instead of the normal 4. So now you pay more to deal with broken machines and long waits. No thanks. Here's a little tip. Bring your own quarters. The games all still take them. read more

Line seemed unusually long for a Thursday evening . The manager was helping with other things - like pouring beer & redeeming tickets. Finally, a 2nd cashier showed up to help with the growing line. We used a coupon I had found online directly through the Chuck E. Cheese website. It saved us about $5. The pizza was tasty. Flavorful, with crispy crust. It came out in a timely manner. I would say the appearance of this location is inline with other locations I have visited. They are doing construction in the parking lot, but finding a parking spot was not an issue. I am sure everyone knows what this place is. It had been about 15 years since I had been in one when my wife coaxed me into going with our 3 year old. Screaming children are not my thing so I reluctantly agreed. I was pleasantly surprised. They no longer use tokens. Everything is on a card. Different games than I remember. The employees are very friendly. The place was very clean. Now I can not comment on the food as I was not going to spend that much on a little pizza. I let my kid play for an hour and he only burned about 3 bucks in credits then we ate at home. They have special days of the week where you get token credits for like 50% off. read more

I stopped in today just for lunch. I'd heard good things about both the Rockin' Pizza Roll and the Cinnamon Sticks - and let me say.. those good things were spot on. The Pizza Roll is more like a personal pizza rolled up then buttered and dusted with parmesan. The Cinnamon Sticks? Crunchy on the bottom, crumbly on the top and the perfect amount of icing. I hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese since I was just a little girl. My memories of Chuck E Cheese is that it's a fun place and you have the chance to win a ton of tickets and get some sort of toy, that you must have right NOW and then never play with it again. Well, after a recent birthday party at Chuck E Cheese for some one year old twins, things haven't changed too much. The decor is one of them! The early '90s/ late '80s music was jamming, the animatronics on stage were right on and they had a huge TV set. You know the first kind of big screen TVs I'm talking about and it's totally rad! I remember Chuck E Cheese being a lot bigger, then again, I was a lot smaller back then. There are a ton of video games to play and earn those tickets to get that cheap toy you NEED (not really). The pizza was delicious (it is what it is, don't make it more than what it is) and yes, you really can order beer! Who would've thought?! The birthday celebration part was a lot of fun too, Mr. Cheese comes out and visits all the tables and there's some competition between the sides of the birthday area, which is also a lot of fun. So, really to sum up Chuck E Cheese, really is the place where a kid can be a kid! Or in the case of the group I was with, where adult males can be a kid again. I highly suggest re training your staff on how to provide good customer service. I understand that majority of the staff are young teens to early 20s but it seems like each person working there hates their job and interacting with people. I haven't been here in years so obviously I'm not familiar with a lot of the changes that have been made such as the reloading of the play cards. I asked a team member for help to reload a card that my niece had and he just blankly stared at me and asked how much time or points I wanted. When I told him I wasn't familiar with the new process instead of him offering to help or explaining it to me he just pointed to the play menu above so I told him i would figure it out and he shrugged and walked away. Once I figured it out and was ready to pay the young girl at the register had the same annoyed blank stare. No smiles no happy greetings from anyone. Again, if you do not like dealing with people please do not work at a place where customer service is the main part of your job. Horrible experience. read more

Arrived at 10:45 only to find out the store opening was delayed an hour for a VIP party. I didn't think the Kardashians would be celebrating Kylie's newborn so early on. My kids rushed in with a look of hunger. Hunger for the feeling of special blue tickets rewarded after dominating a game. I play Street Hoops and surpass my own personal high score by 50 points! Wow this place sucks!! I mean I don't expect much from a place like this but even with my expectations being low the managed to disappoint me pretty terribly. First of, I came on a Monday to avoid the crowds. Which I did. It was pretty dead. Decided to order a personal pizza and fries for my children to share. It took them 45 mins to get my food!! 45 freaking minutes for a tiny pizza and fries. When I went to check on my order they said it should only take between 15-30 mins. I was going to complain to them but nobody seems to want to listen so I decided to complain on here. The food finally came out and it was burnt. I honestly don't care for Chuck E. Cheese due to how crowded it gets and how adults like to take over games and not let the little kids play but that's not Establishments fault. It's like dying and going to hell. Smells like hell, dirty as hell, weird as hell (employees). I literally had to explain to my kids why the mouse was rude to them, he was walking through in his suit, ignoring all the kids waving and trying to high five. Providing a one star review comes not only from the fact that I can't mark zero, but from the fact that my daughter still has some fun here, but my review is mine, as a parent with parental concerns. We've already come here several times because my daughter is 3 now and needs to play games, escape and burn some energy sometimes. The truth is this place is far more disgusting than I realized the first few visits and the business continues to enable a parental problem. During our last visit my daughter began to climb the tunnel/jungle gym thing and I saw it; the zip ties covering the padding and the creases below were CAKED in a aged, black, grimey, filth covering both. And each one I looked was worse than the last. (Look for my photo here on Yelp). The very things that are supposed to protect the kids are covered in filthy, disgusting bacteria covered crud. I'm not a germophobe, but I have practical limits. I looked at the bathrooms as well and I couldn't imagine when they were last cleaned, even the tile looked like it really hasn't been cleaned in months. The faucets were covered in grime and hard water. Each time we've gone the tables are covered in old plates and napkins and they're never cleared. They are here when we arrive and they are there when we leave. How often do they clean the games and their buttons/handles/balls/tops? I can't imagine. Make sure you wash your kids and your own hands before, after and several times during because the place is disgusting. Look closely, it's really appalling. Beyond that, parents still show up and abandon their kids, I've seen parents walk away from their kids to talk on the phone and don't show up for a long time. They have no idea when they're playing rough, pushing other kids or breaking the games and the staff never does anything. The place no longer has any appeal. read more

!!BEWARE!! Beware of the ice cream machine ! Not even there for an hour and I had to leave due to my sons painful injury with the ice cream machine ! As he reached in to grab his ice cream his little finger got smashed and sliced ! Seeing my poor 5 year old in pain and screaming as he saw blood coming out of his little finger ! He keeps seeing the ice cream machine is going to eat him ! This was one of his favorite places to visit and now it is otherwise . All they offered was a bandage and a report for the ice cream machine ! I feel I could of gotten a small bag of ice or a first aid kit! I hate seeing my son in pain ! I don't know why I haven't learned my lesson about coming here. The main problem is that it's 4 times smaller than it should be... at least on a Saturday. They had 7 birthdays going on in the main room and there wasn't even room enough for our party. The play areas are so overcrowded and noisy that you can't even enjoy playing with your kids. We saw Chuck a whopping total of 5 minutes when he came out to sing Happy Birthday. Oh but it didn't matter anyway because you couldn't hear anything over all the other noise. The food deserves a negative star. The pizza is like cardboard and none of the other food looked appetizing. At one point we spotted 3 booths that were not being used but full of trash from the previous occupants. We asked an employee to clean it at least 3 times until we finally just did it ourselves. I will never have any of my kids birthdays here... Ever! And if anyone I know has a party here in the future... I will boycott. read more

Well with these same gloved hands decided to touch the wall, touch the fridge, touch her face and pick up food off the floor! FIVE employees that were there trying to help the 200 people, most of whom were kids; some barefoot, some looking for something in their nose. The pizza I had from my freezer last week gave this pizza a run for its money, only I paid $7 for the frozen pizza, not $17. The machines: ugh.. dirty, some broken. The ticket machines: of the 4 I saw, only 1 worked. The trash cans were overfilled. All of them. The salad bar is right next to the ticket redeeming counter... So think of all the little people hovering by the salad area, dirty fingers and all. What else? Did I mention the chicken bone on the ground that no employee would pick up? It's not on their Facebook it's not on their website you just arrive and find out with a note on the door. What kind away is that to do business? And we're not the only ones waiting. There is no way I can give this Chuck E Cheese more than one star. I would give no stars if I could. If you read my other reviews I am fairly reasonable, however with this place brutal honesty is the only way. One big reason that parents like taking their children to Chuck E Cheese is that they are content to allow their children to go and play the games etc. without the worry that they will be able to leave or be taken out of the building. (I understand it is still your responsibility as a parent to keep an eye on your kids) However, the ONLY reason this contentment exists is that they stamp your hand along with your child's hand to allow ONLY you to leave with that child. This system only works if you have employees that actually DO THEIR JOB and monitor the stamps when people leave. Two separate occasions on the same day, two separate employees let someone without a matching stamp leave the building with a child. Regardless of who the adult was weather it be a parent etc. the stamps on the hands are supposed to match. If they don't then you DO NOT LET A CHILD LEAVE! I do not understand why this is such a difficult concept, but they let it happen twice. I spoke to the manager and all she kept saying is "you're right"... Well that's great, I already knew that, however what are you as a manager going to do to fix the problem??? I've been coming here for years since I was a kid and a lot of changes and renovation. This CEC used to have the cards fyi on people writing this off on their reviews. They reverted back to using coins for about a year now. I asked why they did that, and they said they weren't sure. I loved the cards and no on has to touch the dirty coins. But I think maybe cards cost money where as coins are immediately used over and over. I only gave 3 stars for average because I know how busy they get during weekends especially because of all the overbooked as I feel parties that they have! I almost wish the parties could be a little more private when it's time to blow out cake at the least. But a side from that I do wish they extend the party hours so it will not be in a rush. Pizza has been better than years back and I do eat their chicken wings. One last suggestion is for the workers to always make sure the games are working.
