Went to Chuck E Cheese for the first time in a long time . The cashier told me the best package was to buy a month membership. When I went to the site(while standing in the store) I had questions (it was dark and loud) 3x I ask if I could buy it for one month and was told yes. Not true I have to buy a monthly membership for a year . Can't cancel early I feel ripped off so I guess 1 paid over 400 dollars for one visit. Always attentive to our concerns. Food was delicious and the kids know the workers here by name. Very clean bathrooms and facilities. Chuck e cheese visits on the hour which is awesome. Most of the complaints I'm seeing here are unhappy customers and I don't understand why when the coworkers are always rolling with different situations. read more

I love this place it has its animatronic band munches make believe band the service is great here it's just sad that they're putting in dance floors across Chuck E. Cheese's nationwide. To start with they would not honor their promotional coupon. The food was terrible too skimpy on toppings. You get no game time with food purchase. It cost us 150$ for 1extra large pepp pizza 4 drinks not souvenirs cup, 1 salad , and 3 play cards for 60 minutes. Half the games did not work. You don't get squat for points either. There are no napkins or parmesan cheese at tables and you have to go get your pizza when its ready. Its been like 2 years since we came to cec and we will not be coming back! The employees made this such an awkward experience! we paid way too much money the salad bar for four adults, plus pizza and cheesy bread, and were given a stack of plates. The two men in our party got salad just fine, but when my MIL and I went to get salad we were stopped by two employees and asked why we didn't have the right plates, who paid for the salad, and which employee gave us the plates. my husband paid so I had no idea. It was this big awkward and very public confrontation over freaking salad plates, after already paying $12 per plate! and they were the ones who didn't give us the "right" color plate to begin with. my husband went up to show them the receipt, but we still never got an apology or anything. plus when I walked in with my two older kids and waited for a hand stamp, this teen behind the counter (same one who later confronted us about the plates) yelled at me to just come through, so we did. Then my husband came in with the baby and she stopped him saying it was a security issue and he needed a stamp. so they signed him in with a random family and never stamped me or our kids. When we went to leave we had to try to explain what happened. I don't know who left that teen in charge, but she needs a lot more training on management. which is a shame because the food was good. we've came here regularly, but we'll find a new place going forward. read more

This place is GREAT!!! We love it. Our granddaughter loves coming here. I like that their Pizza is not spicy and they cut it into smaller pieces which is great when you have small kids. The Establishment is always clean as are the bathrooms. The staff goes out of their way to take care of you. We got the summer fun pass so we've been coming in weekly and like I said it's always clean and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would Highly recommend the airport highway location. read more

can they get a zero star? I ordered a pizza right when I got their. 1.5 hours later I asked where my pizza was? they said they would make it now. I came back 30 minutes and they didn't even start it. I brought my kids here to celebrate one off my children's birthday. I got into the building at 6:10pm and found a table. I then immediately a minute after went to place a order for food, I stood at the counter for about 25 minutes until someone came from the back I ended up just purchasing the game passes. my son tried to go get food but was told they not taking orders. I was very patient but was more upset due to the fact that no one came to even notify me why the wait was long or they wasn't a greeting stating someone will be right with you. I was looking forward to eating the pizza. i never come here and was thinking that my experience would be great. read more

FOOD POISONING and HORRIBLE SERVICE! - woman at front desk was so rude when turning our tickets in. Made my child waste 10 tickets because she didn't feel like doing her job :( suppose to be a fun place and she left so sad that her tickets were wasted. On top of that, the woman with long braids had a horrible attitude and walked away from us while we were still at the counter. And- WE ALL GOT FOOD POISONING! We won't be back. I am so upset. I love this place, not really for its food, but because if you get a coupon, you can get up to 8 tokens for 1 dollar. The food is okay here, they have pizza, I recommend the barbecue. But don't do the salad bar, it just doesn't look like they keep it together. My favorite thing is the 1 token picture machine, I go through so many of those each time I visit. The kids get so mad because they have to wait, but hey, they wouldn't o feven given it a glance if I didn't sit there. But skeeball here is more intense than anywhere else, everybody strives to hit the bonus when it gets up to high numbers, and on a busy day, spots are limited. read more

This place is a filthy, mismanaged disaster. It could be a great place because they have plenty of games and whatnot, but the problem is that so many of them are broken or otherwise inoperable. It wasn't always this bad, but over the last couple years, it seems management has quit trying to actually fix machines. I'm tired of the disappointed look my kids have when they put a token into a machine and nothing happens or it doesn't work right. I came here for fun, not to to continuously cheer up my kids after they wasted another token in a broken game. Some of them are turned off, some of them have error codes on the display, and some of them look like they work but a key component is broken rendering the game unplayable (which you don't know until AFTER putting in your money). I guess you could complain to management to get your token back, but I would have had to do that over and over again. I would spend more time trying to find an employee who would help me than I would playing games. I understand if one or two games are out of order and they are waiting to be fixed AND they have an "out of order" sign on them, but there are tons of broken machines and not a single one had a warning sign of any kind. Furthermore, when it was time to redeem our tickets for prizes, two of the items they wanted were out of stock. There were 4 of the items in the display cases, but they wouldn't give us those, they just said "pick something else" with no apology. All of the prizes are complete crap as it is; how hard would it be to at least keep them in stock? On top of all this, the employees are just apathetic, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Hey prize counter guy, you're dealing with kids here, can you at least TRY to be friendly and helpful? You are standing there with the calculator, can you tell us how many tickets we have left to spend instead of making us keeping track in our heads while you stand silently staring at the number on your calculator. Seriously. I saw one manager who seemed decent, but he rushed off and passed me off to one of his awful, apathetic lackeys. I've been to this location maybe 6 or 7 times, and I don't care to ever waste my money here again. On my last visit I left this place feeling like I got scammed. I paid money to put tokens in broken machines and then my kids didn't even get the prizes they wanted. I just wish someone would come to town and build a higher-class version of Chuck E. It's a fun place for kids. When you walk in they stamp you and your kids with unique numbers to identify them as your own so people can't walk out with your kids. We ordered a pizza it was nothing special but it was OK. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Busy on Fridays. They have the latest night tech state of the art animatronics from the '80s here in the form of animals that form a band and play on stage. It doesn't get any better that that! All of the arcade games worked for us. So that's cool. Most of the time at these places everything rips you off. Overall kids had fun so it was worth it. read more
