Absolutely love to take my 14 month old niece here! She loves the "toddler" area which has ride on cars, ramps, slides, playhouses, ladders, and an inflatable obstacle course. She has just started walking so the toddler area keeps her safe while she has fun. There is ample padding along the walls and floors. There are also "big kid" playgrounds in the main open space with baby swings. It's just like the playground at the park, except shielded from the cold December weather!

I'm reviewing this place based on what my kids think of it. After all, that's why I go there right? An hour is plenty of time for your kids to release a whole lot of energy. They usually start slowing down at the end of that one hour mark. But that's my kids :) Place is actually pretty clean for the amount of people, and more importantly children. Bathrooms are also well kept. Toys: Big inflatable double slide. A scooby doo little adventure bounce house. An inflatable obstacle course. And a simple bounce house. (Kids three and under have their own little inflatable slide/bouncy house). And three or four playhouse/swing sets. Parents are now not allowed to join in the fun (boo) unless you're going in to help your kid (weight restrictions and safety). You can purchase snacks there. But they allow you to bring beverages (including a coffee, which you will definitely need!). They have party packages which are great! Kids always have a blast there.

My husband and I decided to make the hour long drive here with our 14 month old last weekend. It was PACKED but I was very impressed with it. We of course had him int the toddler area which had tons of things he loved and he was so excited to get to run around and interact with kids his age, which he never does because I'm a stay at home mom and all of his cousins are older. The price was very reasonable and they only charge for the child, no admission charge for parents. We will definitely try to make it out there more often. Thanks for the great time!

Great place to spend the day with busy kids. For $9 you can have a fun-filled day and exhaust your kids.

So the facility itself is great. It's plenty large for kids to roam around and do their thing…read more They've got indoor zipline, go-carts, trampolines, arcades and a few other things. Kids and adults of all ages will have fun, and generally get your moneys worth. I've seen plenty of grownups having a good time. So far they haven't started strictly enforcing time blocks yet. A few times I've been here, we were able to spend more than a couple hours without anyone bugging us about it. Where they fall short is the concession area. I don't want to blame the kids who are running the area at all. It seems to me like it comes directly from the lack of direction and training. In fact, the whole place seems to be run by high school aged kids and I don't see anyone who seems older than 20. (I'm writing this review while supervising my daughter's party) This is a lot more apparent in the cafe area, but it's relatively the same in the registration area, too. I'm currently seeing about 15 people standing in line, having to wait 20-30 minutes to reach the counter. I had to go thru the line twice. Apparently they couldn't serve me a whole pizza until 1pm first time around because they were too busy. I can definitely see they were busy, probably because of the number of birthday parties they were catering to. But what's not acceptable was the way they were running the whole thing. They've had one cash register open this whole time they were running the lunch rush. One girl is ringing one customer up, grabbing buzzers, pouring drinks, grabbing pizza slices, and running back to the kitchen to grab whatever things were missing from the order, e.g. dipping sauces. Meanwhile, there seems to be a bunch of other kids running back and forth between the kitchen and the birthday setup area, presumably dealing with refills and such. It's definitely packed and busy here, which I expect it to be especially during the cold months where there are limited amounts of outdoor activities. But part of management's job is to properly assess the amount of traffic they're expecting and be ready. I don't feel like that's the case at all. Concession lone is getting longer by the minute as I'm typing.. My tip for everyone is to avoid meal hours. They open around 10am so if you can help it, be here first thing in the morning then leave for lunch, or be here between lunch and dinner. Also, if you're okay to eat a little earlier than usual lunch time, I've found it to be less wait.

Sharing my experience with Duke Petting Farm to save you from having to go through the same thing…read more I was having a big cowboy themed party for my boys joint birthday party. So I thought how fun would it be to have a cowboy horse & a petting farm. I Talked with Deb before even booking the party to make sure all the kids would be able to ride the pony. At first I asked for a horse because most of the kids would be around 10-11 years old. I was told a horse would be too hard for the little kids but she would send me a large pony that would be perfect for my age range. I told her no one would be over 120 pounds. She even asked me to put it in an email and I did. I am sharing that email in the photo section. I confirmed this with the owner several times before the party. Fast forward to party day when the problems all began. She sent 2 girls to work my one hour party. The one girl that ran the petting bunny area was EXTREMELY rude to all the little kids. Even rolling her eyes at them when they asked what kind of balloons she could make. She yelled at them multiple times when kids 3 years old were petting the baby bunnies. To a point of me and several parents going in the bunny pen to help. It was so embarrassing that people at my party were being treated this way. Several of the bunnies kept escaping. She yelled at the 3 year old birthday boy when he went to get a second handful of food from the food bucket they bring. She said "you already fed the animals." We tried to talk to her to help change her bad mood but it was the entire time and super disappointing as this was a kids party. The other thing I would like to warn you about is that TONS of the kids were turned away from riding the pony. The girl working said they were too tall. One of the girls was a tiny 10 year old weighing no more that 65 pounds. If height was a requirement I should have been told that before the party. Like I said I discussed this with her multiple times. So only a few little kids got to ride over and over. When you pay over $500 for someone to bring animals to your party you expect at least kind service. I contacted the owner before coming to social media. She said the girl working the party was only 14 years old. While she did say she would talk to her she made all kinds of excuses. I think it would be better to have an adult working something like this. She told me the bigger pony they had used at a different party that day and had problems with so they switched to this one. I understand things happen in life but those are not a customers problem. While I couldn't come to an agreement with the owner I thought I could at least warn all my friends or anyone thinking to book for a party! Stay far away. I wished I would have booked somewhere else. After having the party I had several people recommend Tyler's exotic animals. They said he is much more kid friendly. Just super disappointed that so few kids got to ride the pony & that the other worker that ran the balloons/petting area treated everyone so rotten. It was an awful experience and I have booked lots of big things for events. Never have I had to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism. Truly disappointed.

My girls just wrapped up softball and we're so excited to sign up for volunteering at the farm!!
