Visited this Chuck E. Cheese yesterday. The staff that stand at the door definitely need better training or something though, very unorganized process. The salad bar was also completely empty, with wilted lettuce. The ambiance was very classic, and overwhelmingly nostalgic. You can tell there is a lot of original games in the arcade, that are definitely old. The jett rider game (purple machine) was so exciting to see, it came out in 2006 and the machines are extremely rare. There is only two listed in existence at this point. Meaning, this could be one of the very last in existence as of 2026. Come visit it while it's here!! read more

Love taking my kids here! We have the membership lol but we had my nephews birthday here on Sunday and the staff was very friendly. The pizza was delicious And the vibes were amazing! The manager Rian was great and very helpful! We had a little mix up and he took care of everything so calmly and so professionally. The Good News. Staff was friendly and they have a security system using black light to ensure person is leaving with their kid. The bad. Pizza is very very average and very expensive. A personal pizza is $13 for cheese and $2 to 2.50 a topping. It says six slices but evidently based on mouse sized portion. Any normal use of term slice would get two smaller slices tops. It was $36 for a soda the above mentioned pizza a cotton candy and water with souvenir cup. Says $2+ up charge if order soda but if pay for bottled water (same cost as soda) they charge almost $6 bucks for a very cheap quality "chuck e cheese" cup. Games. A few decent options but they have done away with ball rooms and anything more play centric. Save your money and go to Odyssey or a host of other better options read more

I was fairly dissapointed with my experience, the cashier I saw named Keemaria was very passive aggressive taking my food order, and was even openly rude to other staff in front of my kids. The food was somehow worse than I expected for Chuck E. Cheese, although my kids enjoyed the games. The other staff were very kind and playful with my children. The prizecounter person Ariana, and the employee Julie were very respectful and treated my kids well. Overall the experience was fine but the cashier left a sour taste in my mouth for the rest of the experience. We made a birthday reservation for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She invited 5 of her best friends and they all had such a fun time. The parents were even saying how great this place is. Our invited guests starting getting ready to leave and pack up their cars. What was a start to an awesome bday party ended HORRIBLY. A couple we invited got valuables stolen from their car. Someone was watching mine and her SO earlier to see them transferring some gifts into the vehicle. I just found out she was pregnant and gifted her some brand new swaddles and maternity clothes. We complained to employees about what happened. They said they'd look at cameras but not sure if they can really do much about it. What they should do is hire a security guard to stand in the front of the building to look out for people who break into cars. We had our cars parked right in front of the building and our invitees windows broken! Probably wouldn't recommend the place cause of how dangerous the location is. What I thought would be an awesome place to keep having my daughters winter birthdays isn't. If we get invited to a bday here, I'd steer families away from throwing a party here because of our experience. Please make it a safe place for your customers read more

I love this Chuck E. Cheese. All the employees are absolutely delightful. The food is definitely for kids they always chow everything down. I would recommend buying socks for the trampoline. The little ones love to jump and it gets them tired out so the car ride home is always peaceful. Don't miss out on this. We got the silver package so if you're into spending lots of time here with your kids but not a ton of money ask them about the different bundle deals they got it saves you a ton of money! read more

The food was delicious ordered chicken wings bone in it honestly tasted good, I also ordered a small cheese pizza yummy and crispy and cheesy. The cinnamon bread was actually delicious super yummy . Also the games amazing fun and also some of the games weren't working but it's okay most of them worked the inside its spacious and beautiful it's also more cleaner than what it was before. Dirty, and I am pretty sure my son got the stomach bug from this place, whether from the food or just going around touching the same games/machines that 100s of other people were touching. It might help if they cleaned their bathrooms better, trash everywhere, urine on floors, really gross, and they should sanitize the machines regularly throughout the day. I have been to this Chuck E. Cheese location twice for birthday parties my kids were invited to. The first time a lot of the games/machines were not working and the inside just looked very run down, but the kids had a blast. The second time we went was after the renovations were done and wow did it improve dramatically inside. All the games were working on the day we went and we enjoyed the classic games from my childhood plus the newer games they had. The play card is pretty neat too.. you can swipe it for different machines so 2 kids can share a card, but play different machines. Customer service is average as to be expected mostly teens/young adults work here, but luckily the birthday hosts have always been great. The food is average also, but again.. this is Chuck E. Cheese and it's geared towards children they will love everything here and have a blast regardless. Overall: this location has improved since the renovation and its worth checking out if you have a younger child.. they will have fun. read more

This place has definitely changed since I was a kid. It's chaotic sensory overload. My kid was invited to a birthday party that was held here. You walk in, and are immediately assaulted by loud games and children. Which would be fine if it was more organized. Instead of games being all in one area, and tables in another, everything is mixed together. The birthday tables are the only ones in a designated area. Being part of a party, my child got a game card with 2 hours of unlimited play (2 hours is the birthday party time limit). A good portion of the games were broken/out of order. They had skew ball, and some video/arcade games, but most were games of chance that are not interesting to a little kid. And the ticket payout was small per game. Amazingly, he racked up 203 tickets on his card. Great, right? Wrong. The "cheapest" prize on their prize wall is worth 1000 tickets. All he was able to get was a lollipop and a super cheap noisemaker. He would need multiple trips to get enough points for something hanging up. And even then, it's not worth it. For example, for 6000 points (or $60 if you purchase tickets at 1¢/ticket) you can get a board game... that costs $10 at Target. My kid enjoyed the party, and I'm glad we didn't have to pay for anything, but I doubt I'd choose to ever come here again. read more

We had my son's birthday party here yesterday and it was an absolute hit! It was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than everywhere else as they don't charge entry for the adults. They do the complete table setup and tear down so that's one less thing for you to stress about! They have everything timed out for when the food comes, when ChuckE comes to sing, I went one tier up in the birthday package and it offered all the kids endless play for the 2 hours, plus while we cleaned up the wrapping and the toys the birthday boy gets a card that doesn't expire for 165 plays! So he was able to go around and play a couple more. They always had someone at the gate and if you leave with a kid you need to have the matching stamp and it's only seen with a glow light which is so smart. The drinks were also endless refills, the kids keep the cups forever and can bring them again. Easily upgraded our pizza to a large and it wasn't much more. All the kids also get dippin dots. So many games, all of them were even working. The ticket payout isn't great but, at least for us, it's more the experience of playing for my son that he cares about. Plus being the birthday boy he got a bonus 1000 tickets which was a ton. He ended with 4516 but only because his cousins gave theirs to him. 2 hours was the max birthday time but they didn't rush us AT ALL, which was so incredibly kind. I completely understand having to get out for the next party but multiple times the host said it's okay and not to rush. I truly felt welcomed and like I could relax. I wish I remembered our hosts name because she was amazing and so so kind! They even cut the cake, passed out the cake. I mean I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself and didn't have to focus on running the party. Seriously 10/10 and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I understand it's not the greatest area around the building but they have no control over that and have safety measures implemented. Thank you to our host for everything!!! This place has gone completely downhill. The games suck. Hard to earn tickets for what they may consider "good" prizes. Literally the ratio is 1 penny=1 ticket. My kids won approximately 100tickets in about an hour. The only thing they could get that they'd want was a lollipop. So $1 for a tiny little lollipop. And we had to wait about 15-20min before any staff member came to help us. So many of them walked in and out the service area without so much of a greeting to let us know if someone was coming to help us. And don't get me started on the food. Personal pizza was about $10. Ok understandable for a place like Chuck E Cheese. But this crap? Boneless buffalo wings??!! $15!! I seriously thought I was getting a joke played on me because there's no way they could've served that and thought that shit was worth $15! I highly DON'T recommend. We went tonight at about 6:15. Every single team member we talked to was wonderful. Completely kind and attentive. The facility was clean, bathrooms too. More than one employee went out of their way to make the evening memorable. Our dinner was very good also! Our family of 4 stayed out a little later than we meant to, but time flys when you're having fun. My daughter and I came here on. Wednesday night for a Daddy/Daughter dinner night. It was her first time at Chuck E Cheese and she LOVED it. The staff was so nice and professional not to forget courteous. The place was clean. It sure has changed since I was a kid but we were there for 1 1/2 hours just playing games and enjoying the food. Of all the CEC locations I've been to, I got to give it to Tacoma for they are the most well staffed and most efficient at what they do. Other locations seem to have 3 people running the whole place. Their parking lot is a challenge as it shares it with an Azteca but inside is very spacious with plenty of seating as well as an upstairs seating area for bigger parties. They place is pretty much always busy but with the big space it never seems to get overly crowded. They have the most games and they are well maintained as games/machines are rarely down. As the same as other locations - the food is pretty terrible. It's all edible and i'm sure kids don't care as long as it's pizza - but it's far from food anyone with any type of standards would deem as delicious. read more

Can I just start off my saying- kids cannot afford Chuckee. Parents pay for the visit to the arcade. Have not been to this fun place since Chuck E went on a diet and lost all that weight. Seriously let's talk about this place. The food was; well it was terrible. The pie was edible for kids and adults - took a long time in a not so busy night. It wasn't enough so we ordered an appetizer plate to nibble. We were not able to enjoy our burnt fries, burnt chicken nuggets - we did however eat some bread sticks and cheese bread. The platter showed celery which did not come with our burnt offerings, only sauce was ranch. So sad really over $20 bucks. I work hard for my money so we asked for what the appetizer plate asked for not some sub par burnt food with no sauce. So we asked and 15 minutes later we received carrots-! I know. Let's talk about the woman's restroom. No seat covers - toilets have handles - faucet needs to be turned on by hand - ugh. Not very clean or sanitary. They need to put sanitizer I. Every corner. So though I went with my grandchildren - they not I will be returning. B-day parties cannot make me go back to this location - but maybe I will try another. And they still charge you full price $12 for all you can eat. Pizza tastes mid but charges like it's gourmet. $20 for 10 wings and they came out mid warm. Games were alright. Celebrated my daughters 4th birthday party here, read all the reviews but still decided to go since she loves it here. I was impressed by the staff, they really are thorough and make sure to answer all your questions, yes it could of been better cleaned, floors need to be kept up ; suggest someone on cleaning crew 24-7 and only cleaning crew. Other then that we were satisfied with our experience here. Chuck E made several appearances during our time and our hostess was very accommodating. I have always enjoyed Chuck E Cheeses, but after taking my Grandson's to the Tacoma Chuck E Cheese, I probably won't go back. I spent $56.00 for my grandsons to enjoy the games but instead they found many of the games were not working and that wasted there time that they stood there swiping there card to start the game. I would say more than 12 games were not working. I would have to say they wasted about 15min trying to swipe there card to work so that lessened there play time. What a rip off I will never go back again. Came here for my 3 years old birthday, no mention the drinking machine run out of ice cube, no servers help for table cleaning, not enough highchair and not enough ice and no water & no drink come out from dispenser... I'm really sad to have to re-rate this establishment. For months we'd been having decent experiences here. My daughter is an avid Chuck E Cheese fan so naturally when her birthday rolled around we decided to celebrate with the Mouse. Weeks in advance I called in to their reservation phone number and tried to make a reservation for my daughter and the small group that would be joining her (4 of her family members). They told me over the phone that the party was too small to make a reservation and to just "walk in and buy a cake". My main concern was that Chuck E would come out to greet my daughter and that she would get her birthday tiara and cape. To my shock when we arrived on her birthday (as the people over the phone told us to do) we found that the manager there (a middle aged woman) was not accustom to walk in birthday parties. My wife requested to buy two cakes, two pizzas, drinks for the party and the tiara and cape which Chuck E Cheese had been advertising to our daughter over Nick Jr for months. The woman then began to argue with my wife for nearly ten minutes how she could not sell my wife the plastic tiara or thinly sewn cape as we had not reserved our party. My wife continued telling her that her own company had told us twice over the phone that our party was too small and that we could just walk in and have a party set up on the spot. Eventually the manager broke down and allowed my wife to buy the items in question but only after 10 minutes of continuous arguing. The party then went as planned but the damage was already done. My daughter had witnessed this woman try and not give her a party. Within a week I passed by my daughter as she was playing with her toys saying "my birthday party annoyed people, no we don't want a birthday party it's annoying." My daughter continues to like Chuck E but I can tell there is a sense of betrayal in her where she now feels that Chuck E thinks her birthday was annoying. I'm at a loss now. She still likes Chuck E so taking him out of her life would only hurt her more but I can now never take her back to this location as I'm appalled and shocked at how the manager there could ruin a four year old child's birthday in front of her face over a simple piece of plastic and a wispy piece of cloth. read more

Came here yesterday for the first time in forever to attend an event. The manager is a sweetheart and the event was a lot of fun but man has this place changed since I was a kid. Very disappointed to see that it looks like every other commercial arcade center out there anymore. No uniqueness or individuality at all anymore. Waited over an hour for a pizza that was mediocre at best. If you like eating a lot of bread with the absolute bare minimum cheese and pepperoni you may enjoy it I did not, not to mention everything here is ridiculously overpriced. None of these places care about quality or your experience anymore it's just getting into your wallet. Again I want to thank the manager Bree for putting on a fun meet and greet event but other than that I have to say I'm very disappointed in Chuck-E-Cheese and to be honest I do not know how they stay afloat compared to some of the other arcade centers out there that have twice as many games available to play. This is my first time here but 2nd visit to a Chuck E Cheese's place. It was a very busy day. Expect a lot of noise & fun. Haha! The employee that helped us was very pleasant & had great customer service. He appeared to have a lot of patience for working there and did smile. After getting our food about a good 30mins. The same employee came to check on us and asked how everything was and how we were doing. That makes a difference checking on people and asking them a simple question. Makes you feel warm and welcomed. We would take our nieces & nephews here again in the future. read more

This place is not as great as it once was. Most of the games are out of order. Less than half the people are wearing their masks properly and social distancing was not enforced. Was told they wipe down the games every 30 mins and I did not see a single wipe down the whole 1 hour and a half I was there. Pizza was okay. I ordered the app sampler and was given 10 pieces of fries and a wing that shouldn't have even been counted as a wing. Most of their sodas were out of order. The place is drastically understaffed. I was glad to walk in and see the price for tickets is cheaper than other places like family fun center where I normally take my two girls who are 6 and 3. I load 2 cards for $50 and we start playing games and find out half the games are malfunctioning or not even on. The place is packed! I walked around looking for a staff member for 10 mins but the only ones I could find where behind the counter selling food and had no idea about the games. So we decided to sit down and order lunch from the table since they clearly post that you can do that. I text the order in with no response for 20 mins. Now I find myself writing a horrible review because I'd much rather pay more money up front and get better service while I'm here. Just a heads up to the management here but you need to hire some people. Update: went up front after waiting for 30 mins from the time I sent the order by text as the sticker on every table tells you to do. After waiting in line for another 10 mins lady says oh yeah I think the order by phone is down. No apology no discount. She's like well what would you like. So I read off my order from the text I'd sent 40mins prior. She's like ok 3 drinks med pizza and cheesy bread $30.88. Take this number go sit down and wait again. Wow... read more

Who hasn't had a Chuck E Cheese experience? The kids love it, and the pizza is marginally edible. It's really too bad that it's managed so poorly. We had a party there yesterday and we were all disappointed. Waited in line for a solid 45 minutes just to place our food order. The employees kept running to the back, instead of taking orders. The manager (?) finally stepped up and helped out. Two registers in operation during such a busy time (Sunday at 2) is unacceptable. I would try Odyssey 1 for our next party. It's a great business model, poorly executed. Additionally, the restrooms were lacking toilet paper and hand soap. ICK. Many games were out of order. Get your stuff together people. read more
