Really helpful and patient with checking out getting our kids prizes , unfortunately my daughter had open her bat with the ball that I've purchased she couldn't wait to open it sadly she was battling and the ball went under the soda refresher fountain , Max was really kind and replaced it with a new one.

This was the case for 1 hour. No salad. Staff said it would be refilled since there was no more salad prepped.

Attended a birthday party here on a Wednesday night. Super chaotic and understaffed. Salad bar was not refilled and our party did not get to enjoy it. This was the case for 1 hour. No salad. Staff said it would not be refilled since there was no more salad prepped. No one was checking children at the door. What a waste of time and money. Play cards were distributed late and pizza came out late as well.

$18 for this?! They tasted just like Tyson frozen which is probably what they are.

I can definitely see why these places are going bankrupt. Understaffed, moody teenagers in charge. Really dislike coming here but my daughter enjoys the trampoline and pizza. If I had to say something nice I'll say it's kept relatively clean which is good to see but the staff and food are terrible.

This is their version of an acceptable 12.99 salad buffet.

12.99 for a salad bar, the salad bar was not constantly full, no other options to constitute a 12.99 salad bar. Online says 8.49 but when you go there its 12.99 for what? Used a coupon to upgrade our medium pizza to a large, that was a scam by the time they charge you for each topping and deduct $3 off the total your paying 22.99 for a large. No savings. Purchased a 60 mins game card expensive at 35 dollars. Card was not activated by the time they were able to help us and trying it on games we lost 15 mins of game time. When we finally got a card the minutes already started from activation at the register and not at our 1st game. Parents were not watching their kids, high pitch screaming, shooting adults with toys and not their own parents. Kids ate our pizza while we went and played games, walked past us on the long booth and sneezed on our food. I asked for salt and pepper was told they dont have that. But upon asking for a box there were salt and pepper shakers at the pickup window.

    The soda cup size.

First time here and spent 44.00 for large pizza, all you can eat salad and 1 drink. Which the soda machines were down so only tea. The pizza we got was stuffed crust and it was ok nothing fancy. Salad bar was decent plus there is fruit. I thought you would get extra points but that's not the case. For being a brand new place it was clean lots of games. To buy time or points it can be costly so be prepared for that. Very colorful lots of TVs with chuckle cartoons. Employees can't say much it's a job . They stamp your group so that way everyone is safe.

Aaliyah was our party host and she was amazing and attentive and let us go with the flow of the kids for the timing of the party.

We booked the larger party option for 16-35 kids and when the date was approaching and we thought we may end up with a few more than expected, they were flexible and communicative about our options. Come game time, it turned out we didn't exceed the limit so the team remained flexible and delivered the original plan with ease. Set up and break down was insanely fast. They kept the birthday girl completely engaged and loving every minute of the program. They made her feel like the star of the show while keeping her guests engaged as well. When some kids got a little squirrely, they were gracious and patient and kept the program rolling. We throughly enjoyed the fun, different element that Zovargo brought to our party. We highly recommend!

We've been coming here for over a year, since before my daughter could walk to now wanting to climb…read moreon everything! I have found the staff helpful, kind, and on top of kids who are misbehaving. Having a kid who is under two, we play in the baby area (3 and under) a lot. I don't know why it draws in older kids like it does. Maybe because they're not allowed, they feel the need to go? Anyways, I don't have problems if there's older kids in with their younger siblings and they're being calm and just helping the younger kids. But when kids come barreling in, jumping throwing things, yelling...nope. It's a baby area, and I have no issue telling kids to leave. The staff is usually good at keeping an eye on that area as well. They regularly are out and about wiping the structure and play areas down. I'm not sure how they sanitize the ball pit balls, but I hope they do! There's clearly signs that say only homemade food so I'm not sure why people complain about that like it's not posted. There's also signs up saying to wear shoes in the bathrooms...I don't know why you wouldn't You do have to buy socks if you don't bring your own, so remember that! But they don't care what kind of socks (the Playground requires you wear only Playground socks) Is also recommend checking the calendar on their website before going! Sometimes they have private parties and will be closed to the general public. I've made the mistake a couple times of just driving over and getting there and it's closed. Oops! Their cafe area is good and the food is pretty yummy. I always bring snacks for myself and my daughter though so we don't have to pay for extra things if I don't want to. I haven't had any issues with any of the staff, though I've never interacted with the manager. The staff that is usually there is all great and very helpful! If you're not combative or rude, they're not either. The biggest problem I've run into is that parents or caregivers will park it somewhere and sit on their phones or computers and not pay attention to their kids at all. So you do get wild, out of control, and mean kids sometimes. If you have littles who want to climb the big structure, I'd always go with them to make sure they're not getting pummeled. Overall, we love this place and got a membership so we can come whenever!!

Love that they have a designated toddler area and the staff was very vigilant in making sure bigger kids don't come in to disrupt. The laser tag was extremely fun for the kids! Man, I had forgotten how much fun laser tag is until I saw my kid and her friends playing. Then the party room was simple, but served its purpose really well. Our party hostess, Karrina, was really great with the kids and made sure the party kept moving along. I think what I liked the best about the experience for the party, was that our hostess walked the kids around to the rides and through the arcade so they could familiarize themselves with the layout of the Boardwalk. As I was talking with the adults, we were discussing competitors like Bowlero and Lucky Strike and how unreasonably priced it is for a family of four now a days. Just the arcades there are so expensive! Here, the kids were able to make their tokens last for hours and walked away with some fun prizes too. I hope the prices never get ridiculously high here. I grew up going to Parkway Bowl and the Boardwalk. I am so happy that the accessible pricing has remained. Additional shout outs to MC and Noelle (staff members who were very helpful and attentive). Please don't change Parkway! Thank you for allowing us to host an epic party!

The boardwalk is connected to the bowling alley so go bowl some frames too. The Boeing are just opened up a remodeled section and it looks absolutely amazing!! Definitely a monthly visit for me.
