Cleanest, friendliest chucky cheese ever. The manager and staff were so nice I felt like we were at disneyland. The salad bar was fresh and clean. I seriously can't believe this is in California.

Amazingly CLEAN everytime we come. Like spotless. Seriously don't know how they do it but I love it LOL. Delicious salad bar perfect for weekday hangs while the kids eat pizza. The summer pass is a stellar deal and comes with 50% off food but you can also pretty much always find a coupon on the website for this location which is nice thank you, Redding location for all the fun times & cleanliness.

Having so much fun playing games

My kids and I went here the other night they are all teenagers and kind of wanted to not go but I talked them into and they were sooo glad I did we had the place almost all to ourselves the guy who was the manager was super sweet super accommodating and informative you can tell he cares about the place and the place was super immaculately clean and this is a kids place but you would never know!! Thank you for such a fun night we will be back and btw the remodel makes everything so much better as well better games better token and ticket system and better options for ways to play I hope I am still going here to have fun when I'm 80 hahahaha

So I'm torn here... the attitude of the staff working was great. They helped fix ticket issues quickly, the pizzas were delivered hot and exactly as ordered. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. At one point, I came into the bathroom as one of the workers pushed down the garbage yet didn't "check" the stalls... there was garbage all over the floor, old urine on all the toilets and yellow grease on all the soap dispensers. The paper towels were empty as well as the seat covers. They were not so busy that they didn't have time... I noticed a few of the workers laughing and joking behind the counter. In the Resturant, the carpet was so sticky my shoes (and my kids) were sticking to it! I didn't see anyone wiping down the games the entire two hours I was there. Only two ticket exchanges were open for the whole Resturant. The rest were broken. All that being said, the salad bar was very clean and fresh, the soda area was kept clean. I'm not going to return.

I usually don't give 5 stars. In fact, all previous visits I would give it a 3-4 and the rating varies based on customer service. My review isn't about the prices--we all know it isn't the cheapest party in town but when you use coupons, I believe it is a fair deal. Yesterday I took my son for his 5th bday. We didn't book a party there as Coupons is a better deal. The manager let us use 2 of the reserved party tables so that was nice. The reason for my 5 star review was an employee I haven't seen there before---Kevin. Kevin is GREAT with both kids and parents. His attitude at work is what it should be. He acts like he enjoys his job. The others, not so much. He went above and beyond with any need that we had. So if you plan a trip here--be sure Kevin is working first. Lol. Oh added this edit: they now have stuffed crust pizza! It's $2 more and worth it. Their salad bar is the bomb too!!

We dont come by here very often but every time we do, we enjoy it. For a restaurant that is geared towards kids the place is always very clean, well maintained and most of the games are always working. The pizza is not super amazing straight from Italy kinda pizza- buuut you don't really come here for the pizza. The pizzas good and the salad bar is clean and well stocked.

Pros: Fun for little kids Safe and secure Cons: No more beer Pizza is not great Stingey with tickets

The infamously bad pizza is actually decent!

Both Alyssa's were great also. We had 24 kids so we reserved the GREEN room. ( it's double in size so choose this if you have a lot of ppl coming ) I saw big rowdy kids in the toddler area and a worker quickly moved them along. It was good to see that. It's a bit pricey in my opinion, at least $75 too much but the kids all had a great time. It's our 4th party held here and won't be our last. Thank you!

Two areas for older kids on the left and middle sections, and another section on the right for smaller kids. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I would've given it to 4 Star, but I hated that it was so crowded. I also hated that i tried calling for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone DM me and I'll show you the call log. I won't post here because it's unnecessary

For $75 (a BARGAIN) they ran the train as our own private railroad for 4 hours. There are also some historical buildings (and a few re-creations) and old, retired, "real" trains (steam engine and a caboose) on the fairgrounds near the railroad--so there's some other cool stuff to see. (Note that you can't go in to any of these buildings outside of the annual Glenn County Fair in May.) There are several grassy areas and some picnic tables that served as lunch spots for our guests. PLUS there are restrooms near the train "depot" area--near the old train depot and 1-room school building. (The restrooms are old and small, but they were very clean and nicely maintained.) it looks like the railroad has had a few web pages over the years, but there hasn't been much updated lately and some are no longer up and running. However, as of the date of this review, you can find a little more information online at the following: http://onprailroad.tripod.com/ https://roadtrippers.com/us/orland-ca/points-of-interest/orland-newville-pacific-railroad?lat=40.80972&lng=-96.67528&z=5 A few minor considerations: The (short) tunnel was a little frightening for one or two of the very young (3 year old?) children. However, it's short enough that you can simply hug them to you for the 15-20 seconds required for this. Orland can be very hot in the middle of the summer, so a scheduled event could be canceled due to extreme heat conditions. (This would be a big disappointment, but nobody would have much fun if it's that hot.) You'll need to do some paperwork to get approval from the Glenn County Fairgrounds and the Orland Police, plus you'll need liability insurance (which you may have to purchase for the event), but it was all worth it. There are no restrooms at the usual picnic area (near the intersection of Papst & Yolo streets); the restrooms are about 100 yards away (near the old school and depot). This really isn't inconvenient, unless you have young children who need to go "right now!", and then that 2-minute walk could be a little too long.
