Pizza was good as always and place was clean, but service really sucked today. I don't understand what happened. We used to come here often and always received excellent service. The little Haole girl working the register had a bad attitude from the start. My husband and I were looking at the menu board when I hear a rude "Are you guys ready to order!" I told her sorry that we are still deciding. We decide to get their #1 value meal and upgrade to a large as well as a large salad. I pay and she hands me my number card and plates. When I get to the table I realize that I do not have my salad plate. It's been a while since we've been there so I'm curious if the cashier still gives them out or if it's brought to us by the server. So I walk back over and ask her. She gives me this "are you dumb" look and tells me I have to pay for the salad bar. I tell her yes I know, I PAID. I receive my salad plate. Our food comes after about 20 min. The boy drops the food on our table and in a depressing tone asks if we need anything else. I tell him no we're good for now. He then snatches our number and metal stand off the table and walks away. I'm watching him as he's swinging it in his hand while he struts away. Like really? There are small children running around and you're gonna swing a metal stick low enough to poke their eyes out. Why could he just no t carry it nicely away? I then go up to the register a third time the same girl is there with another young girl talking story. They see me standing there but do not acknowledge me. I had to say something to get their attention. What was supposed to be a fun family evening became a little frustrating. I called this morning to speak with a manager and an employee said "Kendra is busy" This USED to be our favorite Chuck E. Cheese, until tonight. I bring my two year old here at least once a week. Unfortunately I won't be bringing her back. I understand different employees play the roll of Chuck E. Cheese. But this evening, your Chuck E Cheese did not acknowledge my daughter or any other child. I watched three different times how he passed my child, while my daughter patiently waited to get a high five or at least a wave. But instead I saw the most saddest look on my daughters face. Had my 8U girls AYSO team's season end party here. They have a great deal for sports team parties. $7/person includes 2 slices of pizza, unlimited refill drinks, and 12 tokens per person. We had a group of 19 and Chuck E. Cheese gave us a party hostess to help us with our party. Pizzas came out quickly and was delicious and they provided us pitchers of sodas and water so we could be refreshed quickly. Girls enjoyed the party, pizza, the games, and the playground. They were all over the place. The 2 slices of pizza was not enough so I had to buy another pizza to supplement the party pizzas. The tokens were enough to keep the girls entertained and there was lots of music and dancing and kids had fun joining in and the free tickets. Overall it was a nice party. Downsides were the party hostess had to dance and my second pizza was pretty late because there was no one to deliver the pizza. Also party is only 1.5 hrs so you gotta get ready quick cause party is over in a flash. They give you another table for after the party which was nice for the drinks and leftovers. Another bad thing which wasn't the staffs fault was that the bathroom flooded after someone put paper towels in the urinal. Some people are too much! I hadn't been to this place in years and when I came back it was for my grandsons 2nd Birthday. The staff were awesome and very courteous. The only problem and would have given five stars is my husband had asked about the animatronics and when it would start up so my two grandsons could watch it and he was told every half hour , so they waited and when it was time they waited and waited and nothing, no animatronics, so he asked someone else and they said in a half hour and that we had to pay to see the show. Was upset because the kids never got to see the show and my 6yr old grandson had waited a long time to see it. I had never heard of having to pay for the show before, is that something new ?? You must book a party party package in order to get a chance to put your child in this machine. Yes, it's marketing at it's most evil but no one said the mouse was a good person. He's a mouse after all. Book your birthday party package over the phone and reserve your seats for $1 each person. The basic party package will run you about $11.99 and there's a minimum of 10 kids per party. We only had six kids but I sucked it up and paid for the extra seats. Why? Because if you don't get into the Ticket Blaster, nothing else matters! This is by far my kids favorite hang out...... In my younger years we had castle park, which everybody loved, so sad they shut down, I think in these days of x-box and ps 3's, it's always nice to get our kids out the house....Yes, yes we have a water park, but the prices I hear that people pay to get in......I rather go beach.....lol Chuck E Cheese...... Three times now, I have brought my daughter here and the damn person acting Chuck E. seems tired to come out and meet the kids. If you have a kid that's turning 6 years old, this is the place to have their birthday party. They do EVERYTHING from feeding the kids, to setting up the table and they even have party favors. You seriously don't have to do much work in preparing for the party! Best of all, the kids have so much fun eating pizza and playing games. This place is awesome. Yup, you read that right. I said Chuck E Cheese is awesome. Not because of its cheesy (no pun intended) character themed parties, or it's typical kids offerings of mediocre pizza and chicken tenders, but because the employees actually seem to enjoy entertaining the kids and providing a good time to them. I was impressed. Usually at other Chuck E Cheese establishments, it's just another teenager working at sub par performance to make some spending money. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was very friendly and asked us several questions as to the purpose of our visit. We weren't having a birthday party, but we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. She made her a birthday hat and pointed us in the direction of where to go next. The next stop was the cashier who made suggestions as what to order. She also advised us of when to let someone know when we were done with our dinner so that way Chuck and his crew could come and bring out cake and sing happy birthday. The food came out fast, within ten minutes. The dining area is suprisingly clean for little kids running around, putting their greasy little hands everywhere. The play area is also small, but that's kind of a good thing so you can keep track of where your kids are even though they have extra added security measures by stamping your arms with a matching number to your kids, so God forbid, you don't walk outta there with the wrong kid! Chuck himself was walking around the entire time, posing for pictures and playing silly games with the kids. I've never seen that before at a Chuck E. Cheese. Usually, he makes sporadic 10 minute appearances and then disappears behind the scenes. We were there for probably an hour and a half and he was out the entire time and came up to my girls several times during our visit. After some play time and pizza, we indicated to one of the employees we were ready for cake and song. Within 5 minutes, they were out with Chuck and a group of employees with cake and sang happy birthday. The final ending to the night was picking out prizes....ugh, you'd think this was a dreadful process because of the line and because kids are generally indecisive. Nope. The line went fast, the friendly employees were courteous and patient, making suggestions and pulling out prizes so the kids could get a closer look. My girls were lacking in a certain number of tickets (not that many) to get a certain prize, and then girl was nice enough to give it to them anyway. My girls left happy and on our way to the car, Chuck was outside to say farewell to everyone. It's gotta be the best venue for little kids. The games noises, the flashing lights, seeing other tiny tike's running around crazy with parents in hot pursuit. Put yourself in your little ones place, and the brain just went berserk with excitement. Pizza? Who's hungry? Being that we live on Kauai, there's nothing like this on our island. My son had a great experience. He enjoyed playing games and earning tickets. It gave him and my nephew time to bond. Before I had a child I dreaded this place. Kids running around like wild banshees and parents no where to be found. I guess mainland is different than Hawaii. Here the children are still running around but there seems to be more supervision. I also didn't understand why kids loved this place so much until I had my own. As a kid what's not to love? Rides, tickets to get prizes, pizza, wings etc. If you're celebrating your birthday there is a stage where the characters move and dance and MrCheese him self Chuck comes out to party! My son is only a year and a half but loves this place. Maybe it's the noises of the arcade games or the rides. We enjoy taking him here because he has fun. Mostly we stick to the rides but when he gets older we'll play some games and collect tickets. Pizza here is great because the garlic sauce is already on the crust. They also put a good amount of cheese. The crisp crust with the cheese and toppings makes it a winner. I'm also a fan of the salad bar. Never been to a party here at this location but I can tell the staff takes care of you. It can be a little hectic depending on the day, but hey kids will be kids let them live and enjoy their youth. That's what being a kid is all about. Just join in and play some basketball or skeeball and get in on the fun! Parking is a little crammed as this is a big parking lot so arrive a bit early if coming for a party and scope out the lot and wait for someone to get out. I've only been here on the weekends and it is like a zoo and all their parents let them run free! My little cousins love to have their birthday parties here and it's an easy fix for their parents. All they pretty much have to do is buy a cake and send out the invites (I think you can buy one in the birthday package too). I agree that this establishment has the best chuckie. When it came time for the birthday song he was dancing around and after "Party Rock" by LMFAO came on and chuckie and the dog were dancing, shuffling and doing the gangnam style dance on the booth chairs and around everyone! It made everyone laugh and smile. I've never seen chuckie do that before. The only cons are some kid peed in the obstacle course, and I felt sketchy letting my cousins go back on it, even after it was wiped up. AND I left early so I walked out alone and the host asked me if I was 18 and older... I said I'm 19 and she was smug and said "Oh that's funny because I'm 18 and taller than you ha". First time EVER at any Chuck E. Cheese establishment, and I gotta say that I was pleasantly surprised and quite impressed! My husband and I brought our two kids for a little family time together. Since Chuck E. Cheese has been around since before I was born (and that was a LONG time ago, lol), I honestly thought the place would be kind of grungy, outdated, laden with unhealthy food options, and aimed towards little ones enjoyment only. I was soooo wrong!! When we walked in, there was a young hostess to greet my family and gave us instructions on what to do next. We ordered our food with no problems, very friendly and helpful staff! Interestingly enough they all looked like they could be in high school, but they were all very responsible, attentive to guest's needs, and kept the place running smoothly. Another biggie for me - the place was SPOTLESS! There was a staff member that was always walking around, sweeping floors, clearing tables, picking up trash. All the furniture and fixtures were in really good condition and so very clean! That's gotta be hard to keep up with tons of little kids with greasy fingers running around. I love that I could just sit back knowing that everything around me was squeaky clean. Food was pretty good. They had a well-stocked salad bar which was a huge plus for me because I wasn't looking forward to feeling huge after a greasy pizza meal. The kids liked the pizza but didn't sit down long enough to eat the whole thing. They were having too much fun playing. Also, all the games are only a quarter! Where the heck can you find arcades/game rooms that offer quarter play?! Nowhere... The 40 tokens that we had lasted my kids two hours - that's only $10 worth. Love IT. Definitely coming back. Went to Chuck E Cheese for our sons birthday. I haven't been here in many many years, perhaps over a decade. We were extremely pleased with our experience and my Son really enjoyed it here. The lady who stamped us at the door was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. She asked if we were here for a birthday and we said yes. She asked if it was a reservation for a party or just a walk in, we said walk in. The lady explained to us that the birthday child gets a free slice of cake and Chuck E and the crew will sing happy birthday. I was very happy to hear that. We entered and got our tokens and our Son ran around like crazy fascinated with all the rides and games. For me, I think the value deal of $40 for 200 tokens is a great deal. With every game and ride costing 1 token who could go wrong? Make sure to ask for the value deal at the counter as you get less for your money with the automated machines. The employees were very friendly. Chuck E gave our Son a birthday hat with his name on it and interacted with him. You could tell the employees loved their job. Chuck E and his friends interacted with the kids a lot. My Son absolutely loved it and we were happy with the service we received from all the employees. The area was also very clean; from the play area to the bathrooms. Lastly, for the most tickets I usually do the bull dozer coins and the spinning wheel where you need to put the coins into the slot. It may eat a lot of coins if you aren't very skilled, but we came to a conclusion that those games gave the most tickets. Love this Chuck E's. I know it can get super loud and packed in there, but the staff is AMAZING. Those kids have better attitudes than some adults in other of the establishments I've been to. They HUSTLE and are ALWAYS courteous. The pizza is Ono and Chuck E always makes the kids feel special (hi-fives, hugs, mime praise). It's clean and games are cheap. My one and only complaint is the buffalo wings are never cooked long enough so you should ask them to leave it in the microwave longer. Other than that, this Chuck E is outstanding. Tip: if you're military or know someone military, get them to ask for the Bravo or Alpha package. You will save so much money. Also, to prevent any hurt feelings you can let your kids know that Chuck E cannot see them sometimes because he has "bad eyesight" so if they want a high-five or hug, make sure they call out his name first and ask him so they can get his attention. (I've seen a kid go in for a high-five and got aired out only because the guy in the Chuck E suit can only see through the suit's mouth and the kid came from the side out of view.) read more

No one celebrates a child's birthday like Chuck E.! I attended a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. My first thought was that it was WAY more crowded than I remember it was. Kids were sitting in the walk-ways, running everywhere. It was quite difficult to get to the tables set up in front of the stage. Luckily, our table was one near the Ticket Blaster, so we had more space than one of the middle tables had. (My Aunt said that we got the good table because she made reservations very early) It seems that there was one girl in charge of our party (of about 20). She was very good...so sorry I don't remember her name. She served us promptly and was very accommodating. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are small things that didn't totally ruin the experience: Some games ate the coins but did not give tickets. Our chicken wings took about 20-25 minutes to arrive at our table. When you walk in, they stamp you with a clear stamp that's supposed to help make sure you leave with the kids you arrive with. On our way out, the girl standing at the podium didn't even check the stamp. Granted, I did leave with the right kids, but still...kind of pointless. A VERY BIG plus- the pizza is good here! So I'm giving my out chuck e cheese trip a 4 star for this location. I normally take my daughter to the dilingham location because it's closer to my house but from now on we will make the 15 minute trip to pear city. This location first and foremost is much better kept. Way cleaner and the staff are great. Even the food seems to be a bit more fresh. Only thing is this location is super crowded. Wrong I'm never coming to this chuck e cheese again, not because the account was broken that day or not because the some of the rides didn't function properly during our visit, but because it's crazy packed here. I usually go to the town chuck e cheese where you usually can somewhere to sit pretty easily but not here. We had to stand and move tables 2x because the table they first gave us was too big for our party. Food: we had pizza and chicken wings which were the hi light of my night. The chicken wings we got were the spicy chili ones and the kids finished it before the pizza. We came Saturday night and it was the worst experience ever but kudos to the workers for keeping their composure. Staff Where amazing... Our severs catered to my sons every need and made him feel like no one else mattered. Chuck E seems to love his job and the staff as well... Machines where braking left and right but staff overcompensated by giving extra tickets and coins.... Not from this island but we will be coming back and sending everyone we know here!!! read more

Usually I dread going to Chucky Cheese with the children only because of the crowdednedd..lol. this time was a great because the fair was going on at the same time so it took half of their customers. The thing that I like the best was that the manager got super involved in dancing he took his job and showed why he was manager. He was so flamboyant and it made everyone so excited I haven't seen him there the last few times that I've gone but I hope he stays because the vibe that he gives off is awesome. I don't have kids so I may be a bit biased. The prices are affordable and it's kid heaven. So many machines and play thingies. The guys in costumes are scary. I don't know why the kids go wild after them. But some kids do get scared. I think these guys are teens cuz they do some perverted moves dancing. Maybe i just think dirty ... But I see you. But I absolutely hate this place and refuse to go back. Super super crowded, loud and I sat right by this choo choo train with smoky steam crud blowing at my face & that ruined my whole experience. Ok, im a huge pizza and wings kinda gal, and i loved the pizza and wings from the chuck e cheese in dillngham and since it was my son's birthday my mom figured.. let's go to chuck e cheese! i thought... perfect! satifies my cravings and it'll make my son happy... and boy was i WRONG! ok, the Pearl City one has alright service and the wings were just horrobile! it was like it just came out of the icebox, dipped in sauce and served. they were no where near cooked! i had to ask them to take them back and cook them longer. AND let me add the Dillingham one has different flavors of wings (Garlic Parmesean, Honey BBQ, Mild)... i remember going to the dillingham one and waiting just a little bit longer for our wings then we had to for our pizza, but we didnt complain or anything... BUT they STILL gave us free tokens for not getting our food at the same time. so all in all, DO NOT GO TO PEARL CITY, go straight to DILLINGHAM. read more

I always enjoy taking my son here, he has so much fun. Theres plenty for him to see, hear, and do. He's almost 2 and although he cannot play most games, he loves to go around spinning the knobs, pushing the buttons, riding the kiddie rides, and looking at Chuck E and his friends. Its always been pretty busy and crowded every single time we chose to come but it kind of adds to the fun and excitement. The waiters and waitresses were all very nice and helpful. And the girl at the door was very good at making sure to check we were leaving with the right child. The prices are a little higher but i guess you can expect that coming in. It would be worth it though if the food matched the price. I was especially disappointed in the wings. They were not cooked with any kind of crispiness at all, the texture was that of only being boiled. We ordered spicy and the sauce was only poured over the wings and unevenly at that. I wish they were tossed in the sauce before serving. The fries and pizza were good though, we all enjoyed that. All in all, we'd come back again but will never order the wings of course. read more

In my opinion this chuck e cheese has the best chuckie.. he really set the tone for the kids and interacted well. He even played a racing game with my lil brother and let him win! He even got a few parents approval by winning the jump rope game as well. Just coming to let the kids play and get a laugh with chuckee is worth your while. The pizza and food is ok, nothing to go crazy over but the parking, oh boy now that's a different story. Parking is a bit of a pain especially with trying to keep the kids calm without them running accross the parking lot to chuckecheese. Since its part of a complex with many popular stores, it does become a hassle. read more
