Refueling to play more from kids to now grandkids
Bob S.

Tayelor was so very helpful in helping us to have another great day at Chuck E Cheese Pearl City. She's exceptional and you can tell she loves what she does and it shows! We of course enjoy the food and fun as this has been part of our family for 20 or more years! We brought our kids here and now our grandkids. We have always loved the family atmosphere it has provided us and the community. Now it has come down to corporate greed and lease costs so high that the numbers don't add up anymore for owners willing to take the risk to support the community. It is so frustrating to hear via news that the Pearl City branch will be closing in August! This is like HOME to us and it's now coming to an end here after 30 years of community support. This truly sucks for many families. We will now have to travel to Kalihi or Kapolei until their leases become also ridiculously too costly to meet payroll! We will miss this place and want all the staff at Pearl City Chuck E Cheese to know you guys did a fantastic job and provided a priceless service to the community. We bid you a fond farewell and from the bottom of all our hearts, A SINCERE THANK YOU!

I love Chuck E. Cheese. They have the best pizza and wings. People are surprised when I tell them that, but they really do. I grew up going to Chuck E. Cheese. It was at their very first location on Kapiolani Blvd. where Papa John's is now. Then I started going to the Dillingham location. They have all these games that kids and big kids like me can play. You can redeem the tickets for prizes at the redemption center. They also have rides for kids, no big kids this time as we can't fit. It's usually packed with kids especially on the weekends. Kids love to have their birthday parties here. It was actually my first time at the Pearl City location as I live in town. It was exactly the same as the Dillingham location, full of kids running all around and having a good time.

You can't beat Chuck E. Cheese if your kids are still into it. My daughter turned 6 and we surprised her with a Monday trip--she was stoked! It was still empty around 1pm. We had originally gone to the Kalihi one because it's closer but apparently they don't open til 3 on the weekdays. We got the #6 combo that came with 2 pizzas, 6 drinks and a cookie pie for $76 I think? When you get any combo they give you 10% off tokens or time. I have never seen the unlimited game play, they now offer 1 hr of unlimited game play for $50 each. We thought this would be the better deal but I don't think k we'll go this route next time. I have a 6 and 7 yr old and they didn't seem to grasp the concept, I kept telling them hurry go play the games that you can win plenty tickets, but they wanted to take their time, stand in line at the lollipop machine and just weren't taking full advantage of the $50 unlimited play lol. I think it's better to get a bunch of tokens and let them play, choose and take their time playing until they run out. Now we know.. & older kids might like that option. Anyways, other than that the staff was super friendly, they gave my daughter a free piece of bday cake and you can't go wrong with the pizza there, it's always delish! & my daughter loves doing the dance with Chuck E. & staff..

Chuck E. Cheese has some good pizza! The crust is crispy, brushed with butter and it came out hot and fresh. The salad bar was always fully stocked and cold. It's gets pretty busy on the weekends! Most tables were full and it stayed busy past closing. A bit hectic but that's to be expected. They have a special pizza combo for military.

You can find this Chuck E. Cheese Game center right next to Daiso in Pearl city in the shopping center we're you can also find Don Quixote and many other retail and shops. Lots of parking spaces all around the shopping center. I haven't gone there for a while and was surprised that they used to stamp the parents hand and the children's hand to make sure only the parents can leave the premises with their children. It is sad that they don't do this for the safety of the children protection. They had lots of sanitation areas to clean your hands and also as you enter they instructed you to sanitize your hand. They had lots of staff working, service was fast even though the place was packed and all Birthday seating was filled waiting for guest to arrive. They really improved the quality of their pizza, before it was worst then the cheapest frozen pizza that you could buy in the supermarket, now the pizza has improved quality and taste. The salad bar looked fresh and with a lot of variety to choose from. The fries were tasty and came out hot and crispy. The cheese bread was good The chicken wings was also pretty good.

I absolutely love this place! It's a wonderful place to bring my child and they absolutely love it. This time, I was asked if we could go and I agreed since they did well in school and listened. Although I do get annoyed of all the COVID check-in guidelines that all businesses are forced to do, I still appreciate what they do. You take a photo upon entry and then it's time for the kids to play. All the staff is always extremely kind and courteous. Safe and awesome place to bring your kids to play.

Let me just say that the customer service was amazing when we went tonight! We subscribe to the summer fun pass (which is so worth it by the way). We come here for dinner so we order food for 5. The girl at the register misunderstood what my mom was asking for when ordering. Once she brought it up, the managers remedied it without hesitation. Within minutes they brought us a card to apologize for the wait. I just have to say fabulous!! Best service we've had since I was a kid.

They have a new deal for summer! I'm definitely going to look into getting this for my kids.

I took my little ones here today right when they opened and we were the first ones in. We were greeted by ChuckE at the door and my daughter was so stoked. Games are now 1 point only!!!! My little ones played games for maybe an hour and we still had points left on our card! Definitely recommend this location. The staff are very welcoming and ChuckE was the best! I'm always curious who is under that ChuckE suit, because they have so much energy lol and some dance moves!

Took the kiddo to Chuck E Cheese at her request. We usually go to the Kapolei location since it's bigger than the others, but since I took her to ride the train at Pearlridge, we opted to have lunch in Pearl City since it was close by and she was hungry. You need proof of Covid vaccination to enter, and after that you take a selfie with your little one and then you're allowed in. Because it was right before Christmas, she received a ticket that had a scratch off and she ended up receiving 100 tickets for free! She was excited! We ordered a small pizza (half cheese/half pepperoni), fries, dry wings with ranch on the side, two sodas, and 40 tokens. Our bill was a little over $60. Chuck E Cheese is NOT cheap, but as long as the kiddo is happy, Mommy is happy! The cashier overheard me ask my kiddo if she would pick off the pepperoni on the pizza (the sign said one topping for a small) but she went to ask a co-worker and told me I could do a half and half pizza which I greatly appreciated! We found our table, got our drinks, and our food arrived hot and fresh shortly thereafter. We honestly had 4 people come by to ask us how everything was and if we needed anything. ALL the employees were very professional but SO NICE!!! Even my kiddo said "Mommy everyone is nice here." Yes they are! Shout out to Chuck E Cheese Pearl City for exceptional customer service and for literally EVERY staff member we encountered being SO KIND! Our empty plates were quickly taken away and then we were off to play games. A couple employees made continuous rounds spraying and wiping down games which was awesome to see. The rides were all in working condition. The bathroom was very clean and they have a little sink for the kiddos. The prize section is okay... not a huge selection of stuff and the amount of tickets you need is pretty high (compared to other game places) but as long as the kiddo is happy right? She didn't care that it was 500 tickets for Chuck E Cheese light up glasses... lol All in all highly recommended. Depending when you go parking sucks because of so many other establishments but the customer service here is impeccable.

Recently attended a 4 year old's birthday party here. Food is decent, plenty entertainment for the kids (maybe too much simulation if anything haha), bathrooms are fine, service was fine. Good location with parking, and I can stop by daiso or longs while we're there. Considering it for our daughters next birthday since the packages make it easy.

Birthday girl!!!

Located at 4510 Salt Lake Blvd, in Stadium Mall shopping center which is Diamond Head of Aloha Stadium. It has plenty of free parking. Hours vary depending on the day due to ice hockey team practices, their games and skating lessons. Sometimes rink is closed for a week to two weeks for maintenance so be sure to check website first. Saturday hours are 10:00 am - 4:00 pm then close down and reopen at 5:00ish for the evening customers. Ticket prices are reasonable at $18 for all ages and include the skates. Must bring own socks. If you are not skating and merely a chaperone for young keiki, I didn't get charged. No outside food or flasks allowed. We were there Saturday morning and staff handing out the skates were quick and efficient so it went fast. You just tell them your size shoe and they're back in a flash with the skates. Enough tables and stools to sit down to put on skates. There's also aluminum bleachers on one side for onlookers. But bleachers are cold on your okole so maybe sit on your sweater? A fun live deejay keeps the music going entire time with jokes and other information. Kids and adults enjoy a cordoned off area with "walkers" to hold onto and push yourself around a small area to get the hang of it. Venturing out to the open larger part of rink you can clutch onto rails as you walk around or practice your spins in the middle of rink. There are two staff skate patrollers to enforce rules for the safety of others and they are very good about it and kind. Things like not holding hands in large groups - only a couple are allowed - no holding phones in hands to take pictures while on ice, no carrying of children on the ice, no jumping or racing allowed. Toward end of morning session the deejay turned off majority of lights and disco ball lit up to make it fun! How the kids screamed with glee when this happened. Then they do a limbo contest and the kids line up trying their best to skate under a stick as it gets lower and lower. No prizes given just the fun of participating! Onto the concession. Very nice staff working this area. Standard food like nachos, saimin, pizza and bottled water, hot chocolate available. Not real pricey and it's good to take a break then back to the ice. I noticed many kids not wearing warm items- shorts and tshirts - but evidently all the skating around gets them hot so they don't feel the cold at all. Onlookers beware it's like 40 degrees inside so I dressed warmly. A Pro Shop is available for gloves, hats, skates and other paraphernalia. Lose one star due to employee who wasn't very nice when I bought gloves for granddaughter but didn't fit her so went back right away to exchange and she wouldn't let me. Tersely said "no returns!" It's not like we wore them all day then tried to return. Just wanted to exchange within a couple of minutes of buying for larger pair. That being said I didn't argue, just paid the $6 for another pair. Bathrooms were roomy and clean with padded floors so you could walk in with skates on. Oh and one last thing, if you leave the rink they won't let you come back in without paying. You'll have to buy another ticket. This is to prevent people from buying cheaper or other food outside then returning. They want to keep their concession open so it makes total business sense. Grandparents enjoy babysitting because kids are on ice entire time and you can just watch them with a nice cup of hot chocolate! When the deejay announces they are closing up, there's a mad dash to return skates but all you have to do is plop them down on the counter- no need sign anything or check out with staff. Easy peasy!

It's always just me and my significant other or myself and another couple. Kind of crazy to me because when I was younger, the movies would always be packed. Now here I am with my unlimited movies experience from Groupon ($21 for three months unlimited), and an empty room. I like to sit at the accessible area where the two seats are isolated and closer to the screen. I also purchased a snack saver coupon that will last all year. It allows me to have 50% off on a large popcorn and a large soda every time I visit. These two items cost about $21 so it basically pays for two visits worth which is not bad considering the savings you get all year, It's worth it if you go to the movies often. I enjoyed my experience at this location. Bathrooms are also very clean and inviting. Seats are recline-able. My only family would be that there wasn't a table like they have in Regal Kapolei Commons. What a great movie night! ---- I woke up bright and early today to catch the 7:30 AM premiere of Wicked: For Good at Regal, and it was absolutely worth it! I had 24,000 points saved on the Regal app, so I redeemed a free slushy and upgraded to a large for just a dollar. After rounding up for donation, they surprised me with a free pair of pink Wicked 3-D glasses. The theater itself was peaceful and almost empty, just our party of two and one other group. Overall, a perfect morning at the movies. Can't wait to go back!
