What the app says when I put In the barcode they gave me
    Brandi P.

Tried to contact the company multiple times about the summer fun pass I bought my child. No one will call me back, when I did get someone on the phone they didn't know how to help me. Now they are not even picking up the phone today. When we got there the other day all the computers were down. It was my sons birthday and we all just had to sit there for 45 minutes till they started working again. So of corse the kids got sad and mad they were at Chuck E. Cheese and could do nothing. I got the $90 dollar summer pass and I downloaded the app. The barcode they gave me says invalid and when I punch in the numbers it says (read the picture I posted) . I tried to find the place to send a picture of my receipt to but it doesn't exist on the app and no one will pick up the phone at Chuck E. Cheese to talk to. Ocala Chuck E. Cheese is an hour away from me and I don't want to drive 2 hours to get a problem fixed that they could do over the phone if they would just call me back or pick up the phone that would be awesome! Do not buy the summer pass you will only have problems and honestly Chuck E. Cheese does not care at all if you are having problems. Spend your money somewhere that's cares about you as a customer!

Let's face it sometimes Ocala is very boring. So for a little fun we headed over to Chuck E Cheese with the girlfriend and my kids. It was a lot cleaner then some of the other locations. The pizza was.. What you would expect from a chuck e cheese. Wasn't expecting a NY slice or anything. The selection of games was enough of a variety and a lot more then the other pizza game place here in town. Make sure to keep washing your hands and bring some hand sanitizer and you will be good.

Some of the games that give you tickets!

Chuck E. Cheese is definitely a place for children of all ages! From the youngest toddler to the oldest young-acting adult this place offers some fun without the Florida sun! It also offers food and drinks. Food choices are the ever favorite kid's choice: pizza ( several to choose from besides cheese includes pepperoni, all meat combo, bbq chicken, cali alfredo which has alfredo sauce, spinach, mushrooms, sausage and chicken breast, super combo- a meat and veggie pizza plus my personal favorite vegetarian pizza that has black olives, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers and tomatoes with cheese). They also offer chicken wings, two different wraps- a chicken caesar wrap and a club wrap plus bbq chicken sandwiches and italian sub sandwiches both on a ciabatta roll. And if that isn't enough for you they offer a salad bar! Go there for lunch and they serve an all you can eat pizza and salad bar! Desserts are churros, giant warm cookie and a cinnamon dessert pizza. So everyone can eat and play all in one spot! Beverages offered are the usual fountain sodas, ice tea, bottled water and milk. It's not gourmet by no means but it IS convenient for parents not to have more places to stop! The main attraction is the one and only Chuck E Cheese who makes several appearances where children can dance along with Chuck E and shake hands. In between Chuck E Cheese show times everyone can keep busy and happy with all the games. Ride on rides for the younger children include choo choo train, arka ( noah's ark), jett rider, race car, ambulance, jett rider , lady bug and space ship are several popular choices. Of course each ride requires several tokens which you purchase upon entering store. Games for older children include basketball hoops, duo drive racing cars, raptor captor dinosaur game, treasure quest pirate game, soccer, fishing game and goal line rush football game to name a few. Each games then puts out tickets which a child can redeem for a little toy to go home with! They also have a tube slide with all kinds of twists and turns. Staffed with mostly teenagers and a adult manager- the customer service is fair, nothing to brag about. This location seemed to be clean except the rug really needed a good shampoo but I guess it's to be expected with children- all the foot traffic and spills- oops! Chuck E Cheese prides itself on children's safety - everyone in your group entering gets a hand stamp so children go home with you and nobody else. This is a great concept except for one thing- the hallway between rest rooms and dining/ play area has an emergency exit. This time I noticed that door was propped open with a trash can! Anyone could take a child out that door or a child could wander out that door by themselves! Next time I go I will be sure to check the exit- believe me!! So my recommendations are enjoy yourselves out of the hot Florida sun but ALWAYS be aware of where your child is at all times and check all exits! You never know what could happen in a blink of an eye!

So cute! She already forgot her worries!

Always a good time. Took my daughter here after some discontent with a school event! Turned that frown upside down! Fair prices.... Ate before we came and ordered a child drink for the Free refills! #momRocks #FlauntNow

I visited the zoo yesterday. I first called to see if I could do the camel ride, but then I found…read morethat need at least 3 people for the ride. So I decided to pon.... Er... Camel up the money for 3. I arrived to the barn a bit early for my ride. It was 14 for admission, 16 per person for the camel ride (42 total), and 5 dollars for a generous amount of feed. There was a small barn when you enter, but the horses and ponies were not feedable as barriers were too high. Instead, the outdoor portion had many animals eager to enjoy the feed like the goats, sleeps and cows. They were able to be petted as well. Around 1sh, the owner and her assistant got the camel ready for me to ride. They had the steps and mounting the camel wasn't too difficult. The had handles to hold on and I was lead by a person. The ride lasted for five minutes and was fun. It was a bit bumpy and definitely not like riding a horse, but the seat was comfortable and the barriers kept me safe. Plenty of pictures were taken by request. It was an expensive ride, but well worth it! After the ride, I visited the other areas of the zoo. Most of the animals were farm animals, but they also had some more exotic animals in cages like monkeys, lemurs, and birds. Unfortunately, they were a bit small, and some looked a bit bored. However, it looks like the barn tries their best by adding toys and engaging objects. There is also a place to picnic, a small playground for the kids, and even a kiddie ride. There is a small shop where you can get ice cream as well. The owner was friendly as well as her relatives and helpers. The explained that many have been rescued, and how the owner used to be in the circus. It looks like she takes as good care as possible for the animals, and not trying to make a huge profit from them. I am glad that I visited the zoo and was able to have the camel ride. The staff were friendly, most animals seemed alright, and the spaces are large enough to enjoy at least an hour. There are rules in the zoo, so be sure to respect them. Parking is free and wasn't too difficult. Definitely worth a nice outing, especially with kids.

My "2nd-mom" (mother of a very close friend whom I look at like a second mother figure in my life,)…read moreand I brought her two grandkids and my nephew here today (03/21/2026) for each of them to enjoy a 90-minute bounce together as a way to close their spring break weekend before getting back on school schedule. We came in, filled all of the waiver info, checked in, paid for the 90 minute passes + grip socks and got our arm-bands. Received our receipts and email confirmations that both included start and end times. As you'll see in the email screenshot, the start-time is clearly listed as 03:15pm and the end-time as 04:45pm. The place was packed with kids having fun. The staff could've been a bit more proactive in their efforts to ensure older children/teens stayed out of the areas designated for toddlers, but there were enough parents accompanying their toddlers that it wasn't an issue but maybe a handful of times that I witnessed (of course that's just a bit of speculation on my end, from the outside looking in.) All seemed to be going as well as one could hope for things to go, until about 4:20-4:25, when all three kids came over to us and said that a staff member told them that their time was up. Of course, that couldn't have been right, as only 65-70 minutes had passed and we each had a physical, as well as emailed receipts, showing the end times as 4:45. But, sure enough, we looked at their wristbands and all three had "4:30" stamped on them, which even still, shouldn't have been an issue, as it was still a few minutes before 4:30. So my "mom" went and asked the staff member (that told the kids they were done) why they were being stopped ~20 minutes early. That staff member directed "mom" to the manager at the check-in desk. The manager then (in what I believed to be an unnecessarily snarky manner in regard to an issue she was just presented with) "informed" us that time started when we began the parent/child registration and waiver forms and that there's "nothing they could do about it." My "mom" pointed out (not in the most chipper of tones, admittedly, but quite understandably so, from an objective POV) the several discrepancies between what the manager was saying VS. what the receipts clearly and physically state VS. what the arm-bands said. (Three different things, three different time frames/answers.) The manager just doubled up on her attitude and vocal volume and doubled down on there "being nothing they can do." Then her and my "mom" went back and forth exchanging "I don't cares" and "Leave!"s a few times and we made our way out of the door, still nearly 15 minutes before our recorded end-time (per the physical and emailed receipts.) All-in-all, we felt scammed, for lack of a better term. We were shorted over an hour of purchased (and promised) time, between the three kids, collectively, and told to just suck-it-up (paraphrased,) basically. It was a pretty disappointing conclusion to what started out as a swell outing. Do better, management. Attached are screenshots of the emailed receipts for my nephew's general pass (and my observer/parent pass)

Frustrating and inconsistent experience at Sky Zone Ocala…read more Last year, I was told my son could attend independently once he turned 16. Now that he is 16, I was told I still have to remain on-site -- and this came from the same employee who gave me the original information. That level of inconsistency makes it difficult to trust what you're told or plan ahead. If the policy is that minors require a parent present regardless of age, that should be clearly stated and consistently enforced -- not change depending on the day or conversation. This isn't about the rule itself, it's about the lack of clear and reliable communication. Customers should not be given guidance that is later contradicted, especially by the same staff member. Would not have come if this had been communicated correctly. The Reviews on Google all have same theme... Rude staff!

We decided on meeting on a Saturday afternoon to hopefully avoid crowds. I believe someone from our group reserved 2 lanes for us and had to place a deposit. I was last to arrive and the kids at the desk were not present and then when they finally showed up, they were short & rude. Any time I glanced over while I was playing, no one was at the desk. It was busy while we were there but it became busier as the afternoon turned to evening. While we were playing, we experienced issues with the lane several times. Sometimes help arrived quickly, where other times we waited for a good 20 minutes. After we finished bowling, some of us stayed to go to the bar and play pool. The drinks were very expensive and you had to pay to play pool, which was super overpriced. All in all, I would like to explore other bowling alleys in Ocala but I think most places replicate a Chucky Cheese kinda establishment.
