Had my grandsons birthday here and loved it. So much so, that a friend of mine just had her child's birthday here. I'm not sure if they have a new manager or why today it awful. All six of the ticket redemption machines were full so would not work. Of the few games we played (we mostly just play one game) two of them didn't give tickets. Bought dipping dots and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up to serve them. The management here should be fired because all of their staff are not doing their job. Had a Birthday Party here for my little one. The food and service was good. But people next to us "Another Birthday Party table" oh my gosh...I seriously have no words how inappropriate were the adults, so loud, not in a cheering way. One word " Crazy " I wish Chuck E Cheese would explain the rules to all Birthday tables and control the situation. It was our Birthday girl's turn in the Ticket Blaster she had fun inside but when she came out "crazy people" that were next to us came and started to pick up her tickets ...also it wasn't the children, but adults. I've been to the Belleue location and this place is much larger and has more entertainment for younger kids (toddlers). The parking lot is rather big so easy access and there's always plenty of tables for people, despite it always being very busy. They do a good job of keeping the games and rides in operation, however the layout and efficiency is pretty poor. The entrance is right in the middle of everything... where you enter is also the bottle neck to either sides of the gaming, it's also enters right towards the restrooms, the party area, the ordering station, and the dip n dots cart. So as people are coming and going and moving from one side to the other, it's just a cluster of chaos all in the middle there. There's usually only one person taking orders, which if there's an indecisive person in line ordering can take a long time. You'll usually have to waive somebody down to help at the ticket exchange and when you got 5 kids all picking out toys, that takes a good 30 minutes. Food isn't horrible... pizza is pretty decent, my wife and I usually opt for the salad bar option. Wings are pretty basic... kids chicken tenders aren't tender at all and are definitely frozen and then refried to an inedible texture. Churros are a joke and tastes like cardboard... Food is rather expensive too... a pizza, two salads and a soda runs a bit over $40. Plus cost of games which is roughly 25 cents per game. but hey! i'm not here for amazing food! I'm here for the enjoyment of my little girl and she always has a blast here. Though not fault of the establishment, but there are a lot of rude little kids running around so fair warning if you decide to go. read more

Came her for my daughters birthday on a slow Monday night. Which I am super happy it was slow. I wasn't sure what to expect since never been before. I will have to say how surprised I was with how clean it was! So nice when you have crawlers who want to join in the fun, don't have to be worried they will get something off the floor! The games were nothing special. Though I did like how they had ones for all ages. The staff seemed nice enough. The food was ok nothing amazing. They do have a great salad bar though. The pizza was just like cafeteria pizza. Overall decent way to spend a Monday night. I don't think it would be worth it to me to go on a busy day! Fun place for kids and adults my buddy and I has Intense game of basket ball a lot of the kids games are too difficult for children 4 and younger and really could use some maintenance. Pizza and cake tasted cheap as we expected but all in all a good time. read more

This is a great place to take the kids. Go online to the website for coupons and you can spend a couple of hours here eating lunch and playing games. They seem to keep the place pretty clean. Only downfall is they are understaffed. This turns not only into lots of waiting to order food or redeem tickets, but a safety issuse as well. I am giving it a one star because it's the lowest possible but if it were up to me I would rate this negative 5 stars. This is the worst establishment. For a "supposedly" child friendly place this Chuck E. Cheese is run by the worst employees with attitude I have seen. This is from the African American girl that was checking people in on 11/26/17 at 6pm when she refused to give me any sort of information regarding how to get in touch with the company about my dissatisfaction. The manager taller chubby guy wearing a red striped shirt has the nastiest attitude even to little kids. This establishment never fails for family fun. So on several items, first the place and equipment are always in tip top shape in terms of being very clean and in working order! With kids this can be tough but this place knows how to keep the place clean and surprisingly there were no strange odors throughput the game area or eating areas, so no 'daycare' smell! Second the staff is amazing, very professional, polite and courteous. The manager, a young lady is always welcoming, accommodating and always treats us well when we visit with our little ones. She is always working hard but there for the customers. Third to believe it or not the food is pretty good, always fresh, like the pizza is piping hot, salads are fresh with nice colors, overall it is pretty good. This team cares and has pride in what they do to make it a very comfortable place to entertain little kids. But overall the cleanliness and professional staff make this one of the better Chuck E. I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was little. Tonight that changed and I was running around right along. The food has improved since I was last at a place like this in the early '90s and I would say it's on par with Godfathers or Dominos pizza. The only reason I'm knocking it down a star is because security could be a bit tighter. While we were there, the fire alarm was pulled and my niece was taken out of the restaurant by my brother's girlfriend so she could calm down. The numbers stamped onto their hands did not match, and that speaks of possible security issues that some person could come in and snatch up a child. read more

Just came back from my son's birthday party (3). Our hostess, Neima made it the best experience ever!! The name had been spelled wrong on the reservation so it was wrong on his balloon and nametag, she made another one and even made one for the big sister (8). She went to the food counter and found us coupons that were leftover from other people and we were able to get a pizza plus 4 drinks plus 45 tokens for under 20.00, she made everything work out beautifully. I think that all kids should have at least one party at chucky cheese. If the hostess is as good as she was!! For 5 kids and the party package it came to UNDER 70.00 and we STILL have tokens leftover!! read more

The employees are so genuinely nice and helpful. The kids had a great time. I think it's probably most fun for 5yrs and younger. We had the super combo pizza, all you can eat salad, and churros. We took the kiddo for a middle of the week night out. Wow, things were so expensive here I couldn't believe it. We had coupons kiddo had gotten from school that day and they were refused, so instead of paying under $30 for pizza, drinks, and tokens we paid almost $50. I was very disappointed with the amount of games, rides, and entertainment available for this cost. Other than that, the kiddo and my other half had a great time playing, and the pizza filled us up. I'm not a fan of these places, but it was too hot for us to be out and we ended up here. The place wasn't that bad, I actually prefer it to the bellevue location. We came late morning on a Friday and it wasn't crowded. Staff were friendly and the place was clean(including the bathrooms). It doesn't have any play structures, just the arcade games. Overall, a good morning filler if you are needing to beat the heat. Admission is free and I thought the $20 for 100 tokens they always advertise online was a good deal. Most of the games are only 1 token each, which was plenty for my 5 year old. Kept her entertained for almost 2 hrs. she had a blast getting tickets : ) read more
