Came to this location for the first time over the weekend and so thankful we did! I had always thought it was closed as I never see it look busy. The weather was cold and raining and we got there 5 minutes before they opened. However, the employee let us in so we wouldn't freeze! The cashier wasn't there yet so we waited a few minutes and right at 11 she helped us get set up with playing cards. The establishment was so clean and well kept, no out of order games. All the games seemed updated better than other Chuck E cheese locations I've been to. The prices were reasonable as you have the options for minutes or play tokens. Obviously the minutes is the better option as you can play as much as you want in the selected time frame. The fact that this location isn't as packed made me even happier. The staff was helpful and always greeted my family with a smile. There's fun for the whole family young and old and in between . I HIGHLY recommend for some nostalgic fun.

Nothing great or bad about this place. It's your typical chuck e cheese. Don't get their family sampler! I felt a little ripped off. The boneless wings are smaller than the mcdonalds chicken nuggets with sauce. The games are ok. Cleanliness of this establishment is exceptional

So far this is the best one I've been to in El Paso. Nice, Clean and Friendly Staff.

Once the buffet hours are over then yes, you have to pay for the salad bar separately from any pizza you order.

It was my first time experience to go to an indoor trampoline park…read more When you go in, you have to enter your information and sigh the liability form. Then if you're there for the first time, they'll take you around for a little tour. Also, you have to buy their socks. ( I think they were $2-3) You pay before you go in. They have lockers you can use for free so don't worry about bringing your purse with you. It's divided into 6 different zones- basketball zone, dodgeball zone, form pit zone, x beam zone, and two different trampoline zones. Also, they had a small area for little kids. Across the kids area, there's a place you can watch movie so you can kill your time while you have your kids play. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. They had a small kiosk where you can buy light snacks and drinks. I really recommend you to find a coupon on Groupon. The regular price is $12 per an hour but we found a coupon for $29 for 4 people so it's less than $8 per a person. I don't mind paying $8 to come back but I wouldn't pay $12 for this.

Apparently since it's spring break they don't accept groupons even though it doesn't state that anywhere. Anyway the place is very small compared to a lot of other indoor trampoline places that we've been to out here. There were only about 5 trampolines total....the ticket included unlimited jump time but after about an hour and a half everyone was done and over it lol....they have a very tiny arcade area with about 8-10 games of which about 4 work. My baby loved these types of places but this one is just too small for the cost. I paid about $25 for 2 tickets. So we probably won't be back.

I ordered nachos and the woman making them did everything she could to squeeze the last of the old, BROWN nacho cheese onto my chips before replacing the bag. It was so gross and I developed a stomach ache after eating some of the brown cheese. I made staff aware and they offered to make a new plate of nachos but it was extremely off putting.

I don't understand the negative reviews. First and…read moreforemost, this is exactly why LC lacks family fun. Now, let's address the complaints. 1. I have been to about 2 dozen trampoline parks in probably as many different states. Ranging from Maine to CA. I have NEVER been to a park where there wasn't an attendant at every station of the park. This is for SAFETY. In case anyone gets hurt. I've never been anywhere that there was only someone at the desk and people were set free to do anything, anywhere. 2. I've also never been anywhere that you were allowed to hold a child and jump. Ever. For obvious reasons. Mainly, the whole if you fall and hurt your child, thing. But, obvious safety is hard to wrap your head around. I will say, yes. The prices are a little steep. But, I think that is only result of lack of community support. Had the families in the area enjoyed this establishment as they do elsewhere, prices would be more reasonable. I did purchase what I felt was a COMPLETELY reasonable rate on groupon. As a matter of fact, I purchased another so we could have a playdate here this coming week. Robin and her team have done an amazing job bringing something to LC that I've heard over and over again there was a need for. I'm just wondering where all those people are that I've listened to cry that there was nothing to do for their kids, to support this awesome business. And, it will be the people that never spent a dime in here that cry when eventually they have to pack up and leave. Now, go to groupon, get your kids some passes, and bring them in! Get them off their damn electronics for an hour!

Two experiences, very different, yet also the same…read more #1 - November 2025 - overall a decent experience, although my friend's beer glass "broke"* and drenched our table and got two of us wet (*or so we thought, see 2nd experience) and service was slow, if very nice. (They were crowded that day.) #2 - May 2026 - went with a different friend, whose beer glass also really drenched him - like soaked his entire lap. Turns out they use some kind of tap system that fills glasses from the bottom. There's a big indentation in the bottom of the glass (so you're not getting a true full pint either!) and there is a hole up in that hollow in every glass -- so if you find that hole with your finger, the glass just drains, whoosh. It doesn't take much contact to do, and all your beer rushes out fast. So, on the first occasion, they didn't tell us what happened (but they did replace the beer.) On the second occasion, my friend was told "that will happen if you stick your finger down there" and the beer was not replaced. This happened AFTER two other smaller things: 1) When my friend arrived, he was told the bar he was at was closed, and to go to another station, which he did, waited, and there was no one there to serve either. 2) Eventually, after I arrived, someone showed up at the 2nd station. We ordered 2 beers, left the tab open, went out to lanes. While at the lanes, another server wanted to take an order from us. We explained that we'd left a tab open, and said we'd go to the bar for another round. She assured us she could take our order, so we gave in. A few minutes later, the server from the bar brought us our beers, annoyed, and told us we needed to order at the bar. ‍ We never saw the server from the lanes again ‍ So when my friend's 2/3 full 2nd beer ended up in his lap, and they did not apologize or remove the charge for his beer or offer to replace it -- we closed out and left and went to play billiards instead (where we had amazing service, and prices were better for full pint glasses.) He will NEVER be back and I'm not sure I will either. Maybe you'll get better service and at least know there's a hole in the bottom of your bar glass that you don't want to find. BUT this place will serve as a reminder for me to look at Yelp reviews before going someplace. I would have given my first visit 3 stars. The second visit was a complete zero. So I'm rounding up 1.5 to a 2.
