This location is better than others for sure! Their selection of games is much larger and most of their machines actually work and are not out of order. They are taking the necessary precautions with covid and my kids had a great time! My only complaint is machines were down/cards were not reading when we visited so my kids were not able to use their tickets they have saved. read more

Came to this location for the first time over the weekend and so thankful we did! I had always thought it was closed as I never see it look busy. The weather was cold and raining and we got there 5 minutes before they opened. However, the employee let us in so we wouldn't freeze! The cashier wasn't there yet so we waited a few minutes and right at 11 she helped us get set up with playing cards. The establishment was so clean and well kept, no out of order games. All the games seemed updated better than other Chuck E cheese locations I've been to. The prices were reasonable as you have the options for minutes or play tokens. Obviously the minutes is the better option as you can play as much as you want in the selected time frame. The fact that this location isn't as packed made me even happier. The staff was helpful and always greeted my family with a smile. There's fun for the whole family young and old and in between . I HIGHLY recommend for some nostalgic fun. read more

This particular Chuck E Cheese is always very clean. The staff is always on top of making sure the trash and left overs are promptly picked up. They have plenty of games and small rides for children of all ages and even the adults can have some fun if they so desire. The pizza is definitely a step up from when I would go as a kid. During lunch hours (during the work week?) they also have a small buffet and salad bar. Once the buffet hours are over then yes, you have to pay for the salad bar separately from any pizza you order. As far as seating there is plenty of it. There are a lot of booths to choose from and generally during the week you do not need a reservation for the longer tables. It is logical however, that on Friday evenings and into the weekend you would absolutely and should absolutely reserve the longer tables for large parties. If that wasn't obvious at this point in Chuck E Cheese's existence, I don't know what to tell ya. The staff could be a little friendlier especially at the order counter. I can understand having a lot of children running around and screaming and parents complaining can become bothersome, but you work at Chuck E Cheese, it kind of comes with the territory. We have thrown a party for our child at this location, so from experience we can say there were on top of things and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely matter. read more

I liked the place. The food was good and the salad was fresh. One reason this place loses a star is because the people let they're kids run around and do not watch them. I have a 3 month old and some kids were unsupervised, running around, and almost knocked the high chair stand over where my daughter was laying in her car seat. Secondly, is because the staff is rather rude. They didn't tell me I had to pay for a salad. Which is fine but they made me put my plate down and not have it.They should make that more clear. Thirdly, the place has no seats for families with more than 6 people. The booths are super small and you literally sit next to the person in the other booth. The only way you could have a large table is to reserve it. Which is ridiculous. Overall, the place was kept clean and the games were ok except half of them were already out of order and the place is somewhat new. read more

Decided to try their new lunch buffet. I was very underwhelmed. The pizza was old, cold, or burned. The "salad" was just lettuce and ranch. I expected a much better offering considering that Chuck E. Cheese prides itself on better quality ingredients and value. Save your money and go to another pizza buffet instead. read more

A frustrating experience here.... Only deserve 3 stars. This place is always packed and way under staffed. We had to wait 20 minutes to get in. Here are no straws for the drinks. Place is extremely dirty. Probably should have built this place bigger. Anyway, I'll be back because my kids love this place regardless of the service. read more

Since El Paso doesn't really have arcades anymore, we headed over here to play some games. Food looked about like you'd assume for a Chuck E Cheese. It's cheapo pizza though the salad bar looked relatively okay. The main site currently has a deal for 125 tokens for $25 which isn't too bad. You can also do 150 for $30 right there at the store, which is... the same deal, except $5 so I'm not real sure why they even have the coupon on the site. This store does not have the animatronics of yesteryear. Instead, it's all big screen tvs with some light theming around the restaurant. The place IS very clean. I saw multiple staff sweeping up and taking care of things while we were there and most of the floor staff was very nice. The counter staff leaves something to be desired but they aren't terrible either, just a bit stiff and a little on the rude side. They lose half a star there. They lose one and a half stars for having so many token feeders and overly rigged machines. I realize you can't win every time and that's totally fine. Arcades operate off that sort of thing. But when I didn't see a single jackpot in 3 hours in the place (and I really was watching) that's a bit much. Especially when the jackpots are really, really low winnings of 50-150 tickets. Many machines just dispensed 1 ticket at once, or had such low payouts it wasn't worth playing. We left our tickets in the machines for kids to grab because bluntly, I'm old and I don't need a plastic spider ring. So don't bring your kids here expecting to get more than maybe 500 tickets, and that's if you get really lucky. I did watch the staff play simon says with the kids, which was pretty cute, and the kids all got a couple free tickets so that's nice but they literally did the game right in front of the counters. Which made it a bit of a pain for people who were trying to check out. Most of all, and this doesn't reflect on the staff or the business, I watched a little boy get stuck in the skiball machine and smash his face against the plexiglass (blood everywhere, poor little guy). He was about 2 or 3. I realize it's Chuck E Cheese and it's a place to let your kids run wild and that's awesome. Kids need that freedom to play and have fun. But if your kid can fit in one of the machines, you should probably keep a better eye on them because there are TONS of games that really little kids could easily slip into and probably get hurt very badly inside of. If you have kids under the age of 4 or so, take a once over of the place and you'll see what I mean. Specifically the wall with the skiball on it. Almost every single one of those machines could have a little kid sneak into them. Chuck E Cheese is kid friendly, but please, have common sense where the really, really little ones are concerned and don't underestimate what a determined kid can get themselves into. read more
