The pizza may not be the best tasting but you come here for a good deal and that's what you'll get! I see it as a good budget place for big parties and families. Had to give it a try after so many years and I can say it hasn't changed much. Take that as you will because it can be a good thing or a bad thing depending. I dig it! I didn't really care for their pizza in the past but I do now! My bf kept buying it so it eventually grew on me. We went to the buffet before the pandemic but we haven't been back. They recently reopened it. Lately, we've ordered pizza for carryout. A large pizza runs between $5-7. That's a pretty good deal imo. We tried the pepperoni pan pizza for the first time recently. It's pretty good! It's thicker than their regular pizza. They cut the pizza slices into small rectangles. I'd recommend their pizza over other cheap places like Little Caesars for example. Don't expect some gourmet, fancy schmancy pizza because you aren't going to find it here. Expect a cheap, decent tasting pizza for a day you don't feel like cooking or spending lots of money. Their fudge brownies are pretty good, too. They taste like a piece of chocolate cake with powdered sugar on top. I haven't tried their wings or anything else. I might sometime. We came about an hour before close. I wouldn't exactly recommend that because the food wasn't super fresh (I mean it makes sense, so that's kind of on us!). Cici's brings back so many memories for me, so I enjoyed my time there! I love that there is so many options (especially for the pizza) & I love their pasta. Very cheap buffet, great for big groups, or if you have a big family! There were 8 of us dining tonight and it was around 8pm when we arrived. There were plenty of pizzas to pick from. Pepperoni, chicken w bacon flatbreads, garlic breadsticks, stuffed breadsticks, stuffed pizzas, hawaiian pizzas, and dessert pizzas just to name a few. They also have soups, salads, and pasta! Service at the front was great and the cashier was friendly. The food tasted good and tasted freshly made. My only complaint was that of the employee that started mopping around 9pm while we were still eating. (there were other customers too) The mop smelt disgusting and it let out this nasty wet dog hair smell. YUCK. I'm so glad we were almost done eating because after smelling that, all we wanted to do was run out to breathe in some fresh air. As we were walking towards the exit, I look down at the water that's in the bucket that's being used to mop with, and I see that the water is black! Gross! No wonder why it stunk! As of May 2021 I have to say customer service is at an all time low. Vivian I believe my cashiers name was is incredibly rude. I got charged four adults instead of three, when I confirmed I believed she understood. The receipt have an extra adult and when I asked the loud, very rude response was " I asked you!". It is not very clean inside, salad bar is a mess the dressings are not being refilled. Overall not clean, tables are not clean either. read more

It's cheap but you get what you pay for. Before I stepped foot into a Cici's Pizza, it was explained to me that this establishment's quality fell somewhere between Sweet Tomatoes' (a fantastic chain salad buffet) and Chuck E Cheese's pizza. My last time eating pizza from Mr. Chuck E. was probably in the fourth grade, but I remember it to be delicious and would rank it slightly higher than Cici's.. They should really switch pizzas because the slices in Cici's are little kid-sized. There was plenty of seating (great for families or large groups), but the tables/buffet line wasn't the cleanest. Soup choices were limited to the one available and the salad bar was fairly small; one pasta-salad option and half a dozen veggie toppings. Their name isn't Cici's Pizza, Salad, and Soup though so let's not get too upset. I appreciated that you can custom order any pizza you'd like. You are given a number to bring to your table and served when your fancy pizza order (with however many slices you request) is ready. Even if you're allergic to pizza, it's still worth paying $5 for unlimited access to their cinnamon rolls. Just skip to the end of the buffet line past their dessert-style pizza (apple pie & something frosting-covered...) to find these sweet rolls that are just so.. on point. read more

It's bizarre, because it's kind of like the self-made king of "crappy" eateries. It's almost a step below fast food but it's delicious and I'm not sure why, cheap and delicious are two staples it's hard to find unless you go to super-local hole-in-the-wall places but this particular CiCi's is really good, believe it or not. If you don't want to spend a ton of money, it's a good idea to go here, flat out! Not all CiCi's are this way though... Not too bad. It's Cici's. All you can eat for cheap. They made a pizza for me when I asked, and brought me some of it when it came up. Can't beat that for five bucks, not when it comes with salad, pasta and dessert too. I did miss the "Welcome to Cici's!" and "Byethankyou!" from this one though. Everything was fresh and wonderful, except there was a large group of kids the night I went and they were going up and basically emptying the place. I wish that the staff could have kept up better, because there were times that I was asked to wait 10 minutes for food. It's a buffet type setting- GREAT prices! Especially for Teenagers who eat a lot.. you can even get their all-you-can-eat-buffet for superrrrr cheap! The food is yummy! please- usually when we come here we're greeted with a warm smile but as soon as me and my family walked in, the vibe was immediately different. the door was unlocked and there were no times of business on the door or anywhere visible so we thought it was okay to walk in. one man named jordan(?) came out from the bathroom with already a really disgusting attitude, along with the rest of the staff. when the man had helped us, he had a really ugly face on, kept rolling his eyes, scoffing underneath his breath and then really rudely said 'oh, we open in 15 minutes so we're not ready yet, there's nothing on the buffet.' and that i understand, but the way he said it with this attitude made us feel really bad. that obviously wasn't the way to go about telling us. it's very obvious this man didn't have any proper customer service. and now that we have been sitting down for a good half hour, whenever we get up, the whole staff mad dogs at us and mutters things under their breath. this is by far the worst experience i've ever had here and its sad. :( read more
