I kinda knew it would be a traveling carnival, and that's part of the appeal, they got the rides, the petting zoo, the stunt shows, the games, and, of course, the deeply fried foods, which makes for a fun evening. I just wish there were more El Chuco-ness to the fair, some El Paso flavor like local food trucks or vendors or artists. I dunno, maybe it's because it's located at the site of the old Western Playland, but it mostly made me wish I had gone to Western Playland.

My family and I came here on a whim for one of our kids birthday on a Saturday. It was slightly a bad mistake. It was extremely hard to get a table to sit at for a group of us. They hardly have any seats other than what is next to all the trampolines. I assume they do this so you can reserve a spot. Additionally, oh my is it expensive!!!! $20 a person to jump for 2hrs that doesn't even include the $5 socks you have to pay. It gets crazy pricey. Well it was my first and most likely last time I'll be bringing the kids to. This place is also not very sanitary at all. There is a funky smell but I think it might be due to all the kids feet. Anyways the one thing I did like is that there food isn't that expensive nor is it great but it helped when the kids were hungry. The inside is very smokey from the kitchen area. It's like there isn't any ventilation. There are far more fun and interesting kid places to go to than here but... it's always nice to try something new ... experience it... then never do it again right? PROS: 4th of July -- If come early, you can reserve space on the grassy areas to see the fireworks. Bring your own chairs or bring a picnic blanket! Which areas? I'd say the one next to the food stand. You'll be seeing the fireworks where the Sky Ride starts. The firework show itself is crazy long! Like a good 15 minutes of firework entertainment. You'll being saying "Woooow", "Whhhoooaa", "Cooool", "O wooow niiiicce" the whole time! Lol. And just to warn you, it's long enough that you're neck will start to hurt! No pain, no gain right?! Definitely worth it. You don't even need to ride the rides to see such a worth it show to $5 of admission. Just hang out with your fam. Totally would recommend going here for fireworks. Rides -- Rides are exciting! Although not big rides compared to Six Flags and other popular parks, but still great rides to get that THRILL! Most favorite ride during a really hot summer day, the water ride! You will get SOAKED! But then dry off once you get out because it's an oven out there! You can also get splashed. The Sky Ride is great for leisure and to see the park from above. Relaxing and FREE. No fee! Definitely a must-do when you're at the park. The kiddy rides are cute...my niece totally enjoyed her time. The rides are definitely a win with your little munchkins. CONS: 4th of July -- Came about 3 hours before the fireworks (show at 9:30pm), and the line for admission was LONG! The line went all the way across the parking lot!!! Although, the pace was constant, so not too bad, but daunting. PARKING was INSANE. You either need to be lucky to find a spot in the front, otherwise, there is parking at the back dirt lots. Lines are very very long for the popular rides...at least 30 minute waits. It's crowded for sure in the entire park. Food -- you're normal amusement park food to choose from, but my nachos had stale chips. Boo. Pricey as always. Anyway, good place to go for some amusement park fun. Bring your chairs and umbrella if you're just gonna chill. They got not issue bringing your picnic gear. It's a great park for good ol' fun, even if you've been here many times. Get that thrill you want and enjoy!

Several people told me it's like a permanent fair and I would agree with that. We got there right at 5 o clock on a Saturday night and stayed for about 4 hours total. We rode everything with the exception of a few rides that were down or just didn't catch our interest, all had minimal wait times. My favorite was the ski lift type ride, we went on it twice...I recommend going right at sunset for beautiful views! We had several snacks, pretzel, churros and lemonade and we thought they were all very tasty and well priced. I really enjoyed my time there and a lot of the rides made me feel very nostalgic (Himalaya for example was always my county fair favorite!) overall my little family had a blast and I would recommend going!

As a franchise, I just had to update my waiver that was already registered under my phone. As part of the party, the kids got access to all the areas. They had laser tag, dodgeball, trampolines, rope course, and a small arcade. There were slides, a ninja warrior course, and more. My kids ran around, then ran around some more. The family hosting got pizza and soft drinks for the partygoers. They reserved the room and our host Amerika Gomes made sure we were taken care of. Even management, Mario, came by to make sure all was well. The place is usually crowded, but this Sunday it wasn't and so the kids didn't have to wait in lines for any of the attractions very long, if at all. It was clean and the entire staff from the front door to the end were pleasant. I would return here for my own kids birthdays.

We bought the platinum package, which was already expensive, and I rented a room so we could have some privacy. What I wasn't told is that the number of tables and chairs depends on how many wristbands you buy. That should absolutely be explained when booking. I knew this was the case for having the party in the general area but not in the private room which you're already paying extra for. I had several older family members come who weren't going to jump but planned to buy food and drinks, and there weren't enough chairs for them. When I asked about renting more tables, I was told it would cost $100 for one table and six chairs, which is ridiculous. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially for what we paid. The girl in charge of my party was really nice and polite, but every time guests arrived, it took a long time for her to come to the room to hand out wristbands. That caused delays and confusion for everyone coming in. I would not recommend Urban Air for a birthday party. Take your kids on a weekend for fun if you want, but I will never host a party here again.
