My family and I came here on a whim for one of our kids birthday on a Saturday. It was slightly a bad mistake. It was extremely hard to get a table to sit at for a group of us. They hardly have any seats other than what is next to all the trampolines. I assume they do this so you can reserve a spot. Additionally, oh my is it expensive!!!! $20 a person to jump for 2hrs that doesn't even include the $5 socks you have to pay. It gets crazy pricey. Well it was my first and most likely last time I'll be bringing the kids to. This place is also not very sanitary at all. There is a funky smell but I think it might be due to all the kids feet. Anyways the one thing I did like is that there food isn't that expensive nor is it great but it helped when the kids were hungry. The inside is very smokey from the kitchen area. It's like there isn't any ventilation. There are far more fun and interesting kid places to go to than here but... it's always nice to try something new ... experience it... then never do it again right? Ok well hope you enjoy my pics byeeeee

The place is dirty, restrooms need a deep cleaning , floors so sticky and grimey. paper towel…read moredispenser was broken and soap was not refilled , so gross. The whole place needs a make-over, dirty peeling carpet. The party rooms are small and very hot to be in there with sticky dirty floors and poor lighting and dark wall paint , may consider painting walls a warm color? whole place needs a deep cleaning .. I know kids have fun here but the paying adults sure notice these things ... step it up management

This was a fun way for the kids to burn off some energy on a February Sunday afternoon…read more We dropped in to join a birthday party. As a franchise, I just had to update my waiver that was already registered under my phone. As part of the party, the kids got access to all the areas. They had laser tag, dodgeball, trampolines, rope course, and a small arcade. There were slides, a ninja warrior course, and more. My kids ran around, then ran around some more. The family hosting got pizza and soft drinks for the partygoers. They reserved the room and our host Amerika Gomes made sure we were taken care of. Even management, Mario, came by to make sure all was well. The place is usually crowded, but this Sunday it wasn't and so the kids didn't have to wait in lines for any of the attractions very long, if at all. It was clean and the entire staff from the front door to the end were pleasant. I would return here for my own kids birthdays.

The kids had a great time at Urban Air. They loved all the different activities and the pizza was…read moresurprisingly good. But overall, I was really disappointed with how things were handled. We bought the platinum package, which was already expensive, and I rented a room so we could have some privacy. What I wasn't told is that the number of tables and chairs depends on how many wristbands you buy. That should absolutely be explained when booking. I knew this was the case for having the party in the general area but not in the private room which you're already paying extra for. I had several older family members come who weren't going to jump but planned to buy food and drinks, and there weren't enough chairs for them. When I asked about renting more tables, I was told it would cost $100 for one table and six chairs, which is ridiculous. It was embarrassing and frustrating, especially for what we paid. The girl in charge of my party was really nice and polite, but every time guests arrived, it took a long time for her to come to the room to hand out wristbands. That caused delays and confusion for everyone coming in. I would not recommend Urban Air for a birthday party. Take your kids on a weekend for fun if you want, but I will never host a party here again.

Let's start with the pre-party!! So much fun! They had really great bands that I never heard before…read morebut were VERY good. There was so great food trucks and jack daniels was their giving out swag and serving up yummy jack and cokes. The VIPS had a special area with special catered food that looked super yummy. Then we moved over to the coliseum for the bands. It was fun to watch the the couples down on the floor dancing and hearing all the great music. Now the VIPS also had cool seating in the coliseum and a super short drink line. I think it would be fun to be a VIP. It was awesome to hear Tracy Byrd remembering the yesteryears and he was hilarious and engaging. Can't wait for next year's line-up and please bring in more oldies but goodies.

This was amazing and awesome fun!!…read more I loved listening to all the performers, though i wasnt familiar with any of them. Still amazing performances! My husband was more familiar with Tracy Lawrence though, so he especially enjoyed that more. Loved how generally close all the seats are, even in the farthest section. The seats were pretty bunch up together tho so my husband who's almost 6 feet tall almost didnt have enough leg room. Wish we had attended the pre-party session as that may have contributed more to the whole idea of a festival. I was hoping the main event that started at 730 would still have more vendors and activities going on but it was only the performers. Which was still fun though. Loved the food trucks they had going on too. I for got which one it was but it was the last one on line. They had a seafood soup that you can add tortilla chips or crackers to and it was amaze balls! Just what i needed this chilly night. Of course, the coliseum had their own typical stadium food which most was reasonably priced, especially for stadium food. Pretzels with cheese dip and nachos with jalapenos were awesome! Wine coolers were good too but too fizzy. All in all, great night and great employees who were very helpful to find your seats and what not. Thank you Yelp!!
