A great experience at the chihuahuas baseball game! We attended May 4th so the game had tons of star wars themes and lots of people in costumes. The fireworks and laser show was awesome! It was set to Star Wars music and had images of Star Wars. Honestly watching the game was not the reason I went, I went for the social aspect and the snacks! I visited the merchandise store while I was at the game. It had tons of cute stuff but it was super packed with people. There were some inexpensive items like stickers, magnets, and collectors items. Of course, everything at the game is incredibly priced up. Think $10 to $15 dollars more than what you would like to pay. Ha! Guidance: memorize where you park, after the game it will be late and difficult to remember. We ended up walking a long way and finding various locked entrances causing us to have to walk more! I must confess, when the El Paso Chihuahuas were first announced I was a little worried, after all, Chihuahuas are by far the best dogs ever and this team was going to be made out of, let's face it, a bunch of San Diego Padres, could they ever live up to the excellence of actual Chihuahuas?! But today, after 3 magnificent seasons, I'm ready to declare that the El Paso Chihuahuas are the best baseball team in town, 5 stars, as good as it gets, woohoo! The El Paso Chihuahuas just won the 2016 Pacific League, like the whole freakin' league, not a division or conference, but an ENTIRE LEAGUE! It's like the Chihuahuas are me, and all other teams are Amos, and even though we didn't win in 2015, 2016 is OUR year, me and the Chihuahuas winning the leagues we are destined to win. Needless to say El Paso has a case of Tiny Dog Fever and there is NO CURE! (#TinyDogFever it's a thing) Dialing back the hyperbole a bit, the Chihuahuas are actually a pretty fun team to watch and root for, they've hit at least one Home Run at almost every game I've attended, and even in losing efforts, the games have been close and exciting. While it is true that the Padres haven't been the most exciting of teams recently (or ever), we have been fortunate to have young stars to root for here in EP, guys like Cody Decker, 2016 PCL MVP Hunter Renfroe, and 2016 PCL Rookie of the Year Carlos Asuaje. Plus there's Chico, everyone loves Chico! It has been 3 great years of the Chihuahuas in El Paso, here's hoping for 3 dozen more! read more

Went to see the Albuquerque Isotopes Vs El Paso Chihuahuas in Abq and the game was entertaining, 3.5 stars, max! However I was overcome with an overwhelming sense of happiness when #34, the right fielder of El Paso, satisfied one of my childhood dreams and threw me a game ball, holy guacamole Batman!
