This location is decent-sized. The prices were not terrible and they had a $22 for 2 pizzas special. Pros -Decent Prices -Kids had fun -Earned more tickets than expected -Variety of games -Decent side of town -Customer Service was good -Pizzas were a good size and tasted good too -Salad bar was really good Cons -Bathroom (not in good condition), both sinks were leaking and one was excessive -Quite a few machines were defective (especially the ones that dispense coins) -Prizes were beyond lame (especially compared to what they had when I was a kid) Overall, not a bad experience though! We will likely be back.

I'll start off saying this. The kids had fun and that's what is most important. You know what you're getting with the pizza. It's covered in butter and grease. Not the worst crust in the world. The kids enjoyed the pie but obviously their taste buds aren't as mature. The main issues that caused a weaker rating was cleanliness. Bathroom was rough, toilets not clean. The guy stamping hands at the door had a strong smell of urine. Almost as if he had rolled around in it. Some of the games were out of order too. Doubt I'll be back unless they really give it a deep clean.

Went here with my brothers and a roommate of one. Unashamedly saying we had a great time. The pizza wasn't as good as my oldest brother remembered, but I blame nostalgia. I thought it was good pizza, better than some like Papa Johns, and came with a giant cookie. My little brother and his friend went to get beer, but they were out so they tried the Babe wine. Bubbly rosé that was reportedly not good lol. They sadly removed the hamster trails and pinball machine, but they do still have the Chuck E animatronic at least so we were happy to see him. You can buy game time or play points so we went for points. Most games are only 1 point to play. We ranged in age from 23-31 lol.

Not the Chuck E Cheese of 12 years ago. Went there expecting a play place with sides, and disappointed they have been removed. The place is basically an arcade with pizza. Plus side, pizza has always been good. They were out of mini corn dogs, so we substituted with fries that were well undercooked.

Fun kid play place!!! Play area is clean and entertaining for the kids. Did not order food. Bathrooms could use their own personal attention every so often. Long line once you enter but game card machines available to purchase play packages.

We had a lot of fun. This by far the best one in columbus. It is very clean. Has a lot of fun games. The staff was very helpful.

They need more workers I'm assuming? Really slow service even when the restaurant is empty.

Bars in each area, and apparently food available though we didn't see anyone eating mid-afternoon on a weekend. And the cost? Nothing. Sure, they want you to have a beer and order other stuff, but they are not pushy about it. I asked at the bar how to get change for the games, and he said "just push start, they're free." We played a lot. Many nostalgic games for me, and Baby K liked Pacman and Defender. A wide variety, and there was always something open. I imagine at peak times you have to wait, but no issues, again mid-afternoon on a weekend, warm spring day. I was thirsty and bored, so got a drink. Ginger ale. No charge. I did tip, but seriously, we were there an hour and could have walked out without spending a penny. We'll definitely be back.

They have wall-to-wall arcade games, that are completely free-play, and a handful of other activities (big "beer" pong, a ring toss game, a giant LightBrite...) to keep the fun going and going and going... We checked this place out with kids in the afternoon and then returned as just adults that night. To be honest, it can get crowded and therefore was more fun without the kids (b/c the drinks started flowing...) but either way everyone will have a great time. If you want a spot that checks A LOT of fun boxes then check this one out. It's connected to Pins too so you basically get a two-for-one deal!

I did not have a good experience but I'm confident that these issues can and will be resolved. So with optimism, I share this review. I was looking for a unique daddy date for my 3rd child who thanks to Covid(sucks) has missed out on two birthday parties(20% of his birthdays). I saw a Groupon that allowed you to play for several hours for cheap. My son(10) called to verify what games were available and was told "we have all of the major titles". That's also when I realized that kids don't make phone calls. It was like learning to drive for him. I digress. When we arrived there was a special even better than the Groupon so I bought 30 hours or so for future visits. The staff was kind and at our request gave a tour. The problem began when we tried to play. There were fewer titles than we expected and we couldn't get logged in. Technical problems are to be expected but after 20 minutes, the staff member said "it's been doing this all day"....Oof. You knew about the issue when I called earlier... Additionally, and this makes sense, we needed logins for the games themselves. Which we don't have. 45 minutes in we had played a couple of rounds of a first person shooter that we were wildly outmatched in. And it was the only game we could get logged in to. My son was a trooper. Each time it became evident the game he wanted wasn't working he would say "let's try this one dad" and unfortunately, no go. Eventually I had to pull the plug and scramble to find something else. Full refund and bailed. That one experience was brutal. But I just don't think that it's conducive of the typical experience. If you are an avid gamer in the genres they have, with your logins, on a good server day. You will have a 4-5 star day I'll bet my bottom dollar. Alas, not us. Alas, not us.

We ordered pretzels and nachos for apps. They have a happy hour that goes from 5-7p so we took advantage of that. They run a lot of game and food combos which is what the family chose to do. My half rack of ribs were fantastic. I would compare it to upscale bar food. Our server seemed relatively new. She had a hard time with the IPad and taking our orders. My wife tried ordering an Aperol Spritz which was on the menu but had some ingredients to asked not to be part of the drink, and she brought out a glass of just Aperol. The manager stopped by our table and we walked away with a free appetizer and a complimentary 100 chips, which was very kind. All in all, I don't have any complaints. The games were all fun.
