We were told that outside food or drink wouldn't be allowed so keep that in mind during your visit. As for the atmosphere, it was fairly energetic. Music was playing and there were TVs on the back wall. The lanes appeared to be well maintained (although I didn't do great- lol) and the score board was easy to figure out. They also had an arcade section with a few arcade games and claw machines. Overall, our visit to Bowlero was pleasant and I could definitely see us coming back one day :)

This game mode is unique and different, the bumpers are up and based on where your bowling ball touches the bumper, you get different multipliers on your resulting score from knocking down the pins. Each round the zones and multipliers are different. Our group was asked if we wanted to order anything as we were getting set up and putting on shoes, but they never came by to check on us after we said to give us a few minutes.

The lane would gets stuck, count pins incorrectly, and give 3 turns per person before resetting the pins . We went up to the front desk to get a refund and they wouldn't offer more than half refund although we didn't even get half a game in . The owner is supposedly in the hospital which is unfortunate but the people that were left in charge was putting all the problems on her which I feel is extremely unprofessional that nobody in charge had the authority to make it right . The man at the front desk admitted to the lane having multiple parts that needed replaced but still didn't feel obligated to take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and especially not any family's trying to have fun on a budget .

He was awesome, so down to earth and friendly. He's been our server a few times now and he really sets a high bar. Jonathan also checked in with us while we were dining. We came back a few more times and Juniper was working on the game floor. We had an issue with a couple different games and she was just full of good vibes and went out of her way to make sure that things were taken care of. On a third visit, we had an issue with some incorrect information and James not only made the situation right, he was a freaking rockstar! The vibe at this particular location is very laid-back and the employees just seem happy to be here. You know, the one advertised on the screen. Right above our heads. One iota of empathy or apology would've de-escalated the situation, but there was none to be found. My fiancée, my friends and I went on Saturday night and we were amazed by the quality and cleanliness of the alley. Not all alleys are clean and well-kept. We paid $30 for one hour of bowling and it was worth it. Shoes were $2.50 a pair, and the house balls were solid. No issues with them. There was a slight mechanical error in the first part of our second game, but the staff fixed it and gave us time to finish out our second game. That shows they are kind and customer-service oriented. I had a follow-up concern as well (not a big deal) that the staff (Kim and others) were super-kind in trying to address. Even little things like that make this alley a perfect 300 when it comes to a good experience. I highly recommend!
