The shoes were clean and the check in process was easy. We had a group of 8 on one lane, and played Hyperbowl the entire time. We got through 4 games and maybe halfway through a 5th. This game mode is unique and different, the bumpers are up and based on where your bowling ball touches the bumper, you get different multipliers on your resulting score from knocking down the pins. Each round the zones and multipliers are different. Our group was asked if we wanted to order anything as we were getting set up and putting on shoes, but they never came by to check on us after we said to give us a few minutes.

The lane would gets stuck, count pins incorrectly, and give 3 turns per person before resetting the pins . We went up to the front desk to get a refund and they wouldn't offer more than half refund although we didn't even get half a game in . The owner is supposedly in the hospital which is unfortunate but the people that were left in charge was putting all the problems on her which I feel is extremely unprofessional that nobody in charge had the authority to make it right . The man at the front desk admitted to the lane having multiple parts that needed replaced but still didn't feel obligated to take responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and especially not any family's trying to have fun on a budget .

Then the price he charged us was very incorrect, so he had to call a manager. The manager didn't ask questions, he assumed and told me *WE* were wrong about the price of the package. You know, the one advertised on the screen. Right above our heads. One iota of empathy or apology would've de-escalated the situation, but there was none to be found. He ended up refunding the excess in cash, but good golly. The experience was a cluster. Would not go back.

We had an issue with a couple different games and she was just full of good vibes and went out of her way to make sure that things were taken care of. On a third visit, we had an issue with some incorrect information and James not only made the situation right, he was a freaking rockstar! The vibe at this particular location is very laid-back and the employees just seem happy to be here. I know it's a smaller location with less games and it is not as sports driven as some other locations, but we prefer to come here whenever we can because it's a much more enjoyable experience and we prefer to look at the positive things and not the negative.

My fiancée, my friends and I went on Saturday night and we were amazed by the quality and cleanliness of the alley. Not all alleys are clean and well-kept. We paid $30 for one hour of bowling and it was worth it. Shoes were $2.50 a pair, and the house balls were solid. No issues with them. There was a slight mechanical error in the first part of our second game, but the staff fixed it and gave us time to finish out our second game. That shows they are kind and customer-service oriented. I had a follow-up concern as well (not a big deal) that the staff (Kim and others) were super-kind in trying to address. Even little things like that make this alley a perfect 300 when it comes to a good experience. I highly recommend!
